IF I WERE ABLE TO GIVE THIS FACILITY A 6 STAR, I WOULD. DR WAS AMAZING AND KNEW EXACTLY WHATS SHE WAS DOING. SHE TOOK THE TIME OUT TO EDUCATE ME ON MEDICATION INTERACTION THAT NO DOCTOR HAS EVER TOLD ME. THANK YOU DR AND STAFF FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I love this office. Dr. Martinez is super sweet, very professional and kind. It is a great place for busy families and professionals like myself. The facility is super clean, and most importantly for myself the wait time was great. I was in and out in about one half hour. I highly recommend!!

Best doctor in Bloomfield. She works hard and always on point. She’s a one man army however she gets the job done. She’s like superwoman in the flesh.

Went out to get job pbysical about 1 month ago. Needed blood work. Seen doctor and she gave me a script to get blood work done, website says they do bloodwork there! Just ended going to see my primary too many copays for what when i can get everything done in one office. False advertising maybe they should fix that if they do not provide these services in the office!

I wouldve given this Urgent Care Center a higher rating but my last two encounters havent gone well and service has declinedAdministrative staff dont answer the phones and are not customer/patient friendly. The atmosphere is no longer welcoming, despite the place never being crowded.Clinicians are more concerned with your insurance carrier rather than your medical condition and are also extremely dismissive.This was my go to center as it is minutes from my home. Past experiences had exceeded my expectations in terms of care and service. This is no longer the case.

Amazing service! they were very caring and they work fast. I fell off a ladder and cut my hand badly - I was taken care of within an hour. If I went to emergency I would be there all day.

This place is amazing. Went in for a really bad case of poison ivy and was treated promptly and felt much better the next day. Couldnt ask for anything more. Would give it another star if there was one.

I am supposed to have a follow-up for my fever and infection today at 10 am, I arrived there at 9:55 am and no one was there. I waited for more than 30 min, still no one showed up. I went back again at 12 pm to see if the clinic is opened, no one is working at all. On the appointment card it said If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. But when you guys cannot keep the appointment you do not inform patient at all........ How could you make your sick patient running around to get your service!!!!!!!

Good experience! The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was very personable and attentive. This was my first time at this new facility. It was impeccably clean!

Went in with my daughter who was ill. The PA on duty called Bloomfield polce. The detective said they suspected human trafficking. Is this place for real? Unbelievable!!!! Stay away from this place!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service and they automatically over charge you regardless of copay. At the time of this review, they have posted on their reception windows If you have not paid your deductible, this visit will be $120. My copay is $40. Explain why I would need to pay triple to be seen?! I walked in and no one was at reception. There is an automatic doorbell when you enter and no one came to the counter. I had to ring a bell and when the receptionist came halfway to the window I had to say can I see someone today? She said yes but still didnt come to the window. Then she asked me to wait because she just went to get lunch. I then asked about the sign demanding $120. When she read it back to me, I left. Ridiculous. Go down the road to afc urgent care in west orange instead.

Had to take my 9 year old grandson to Bloomfield Health Services, Town-MD. We are from out of state. He developed a cough 4 days ago and OTC cough medicine was not working. Called up to confirm he could be seen. The lady who answered was extremely professional and helpful answering my questions. When we arrived the two ladies at the front were very attentive. They took my grandsons insurance card and called for verification. Unfortunately they were not in network to see him. In the meantime I had filled out all the necessary paper work. They even called another completely different care center to see if they can see my grandson and if they would take his insurance. They said “yes.” I looked them up(won’t divulge any names) they were only a 1 star rating compared to Bloomfield that had over 4 star review. Decided to stay here, pay out of pocket for all they did. Met with Intisar Ibrahim, DNP who was extremely throughly and very personable, answered all my questions and explained as to what she was going to put my grandson on and why. Would recommend this office. Also the office waiting area and examining rooms were spotless!

I go to the facility, no where is is listed you need a state ID. I give the woman my employers ID. same company on my insurance card. The picture looks like me. She tells me i need a state ID. Very nonchalant attitude. Not personable or caring.

I walked in cold to get to urgent care felt discriminated against .The receptionist refused to let me sit in waiting area and acted like I was homeless person off the street. She locked door told me come back in 2 hours I almost fainted at the door.My neighbor tried to call but answering machine was on. Im very disturb at the treatment I have received.

The never open on time office hours are from 9am To 7 PM 10:30 am Im outside waiting no one is there and this is not the first time..

Services have slowly dropped!, bring back Dr. C and young receptionist...this place is not welcoming as before, very disappointing.

Theyve made themselves out of network to everyone and now charge $120 to be seen by a doctor. They say its a new policy for 2018 from their CEO.
