I was not on time to my appointment for my son and the receptionist was super cool with me. Told me the policy behind arriving late and helped me reschedule my appointment. I gave her a brief rundown on why I was coming there and I gave her all the paperwork needed so that on the rescheduled date, it will be a lot smoother. It was a very hectic day and I appreciate the patience. She told me her name, but I dont remember what it was. I hope she has a great week!

I was unsatisfied with my previous pediatrician and asked around for recommendations. My doula recommended Dr. Flynn and I am so happy I was able to visit him! The wait was quick. The office is incredibly cute. As a first time mother, I appreciate his patience with my tedious questions. I look forward to our next visit with him

My husband and I scheduled an ear-piercing visit for our 12-week baby with Dr. Flynn, and he was wonderful! He showed us exactly how the process would be, and the packaging the earrings came in. We would have given five stars for our visit. However, our wait time was just longer than expected (by about 40 minutes wait time from our scheduled appointment).

Im giving the Doctor 4 stars based on my research. Im currently expecting and doing mini interviews with offices based on suggestions from friends/family and research. I narrowed down my list and have been contacting all doctors. I decided to give up on this one after being on hold for 10 minutes just to ask questions(yes they have a prompt with this option on its own) In comparison to the other offices Ive contacted theyve all answered right away. Ive only been contacting offices with >4.8 Stars and reviews not only on google but other outlets. Definitely a runner up on my list based on the Doctor himself, however, if you are like me and you need efficiency with the staff you are contacting you might want to do your research. From my experience searching there are many great doctors you just have to do your research.

Dr Flynn is a friendly Dr with good bedside manner. He took time to answer all my questions in great detail. My 6 month old was also happy

Has been seeing my son since he’s been born . Came to the hospital . Very respectful man. He understands we’re not interested in vaccines and doesn’t force it on us . He’s usually calm, smiling and friendly. The office is clean and the wait time isn’t long . Ample parking plus a garage across the street . Nice spot !

First time mom first pick pediatrician. So thankful I went with Dr. Flynn and haven’t changed. My son is four years old now and do not plan on changing doctors. He’s a great doctor, professional and awarded several times for best pediatrician in NJ. I think his struggle has been the front desk staff but now that he’s been blessed to find two great medical receptionist. His office is truly great and smooth sailing even more now. Thank you Dr. Flynn and the office staff for always taking care of my child and requests especially when it’s last minute. I would give them more stars if I could.

Wed. 1/16/19 at 1pm was my newborn babys first appointment with this doctor and his office. We hand to switch to his office since our first doctors office told us after they billed us that our current insurance would not cover the costs.Before this appointment, I spent an extended amount of time making sure that our insurance company *Emblem Health* was accepted and that the appointment I scheduled online was confirmed by calling directly also.Based on all the previous reviews here on Google, the office seemed busy because the services and location were convenient and high quality.After reflecting on the first appointment, it was a good experience. Due to the long line and busy atmosphere, it did take approximately an hour to see the doctor and his staff, such as his nurse and assistant. It was worth the wait for now, since I will honestly admit that the office seemed clean, positive and in high demand. The services were friendly and laid back vs other offices that were more formal and unfriendly. It was worth the wait since all questions were answered despite my own awkwardness and nervousness. They were also friendly and caring towards the baby too, especially the employees who assisted the doctor.We visited the office again on Saturday, 1/26/19. There was still a long wait, but at least the doctor showed his appreciation and concern when our daughter was attended to by him. She finished getting her all first immunization shots, and the doctor continued to answer all questions and concerns. Once again, it was worth the wait and at least the office is still clean and well kept too.

We like it there but we waited in the room for 35 minutes. That’s too long. We often wait that long.

Heard nothing but wonderful things about this place, so I decided to try to make an appointment for my newborn but as you can see I been on hold for 13 minutes. That doesn’t make me feel safe to make him my newborns baby doctor.

I changed my daughters MD to doctor Flynn because her previous doctor was always booked and we would have to see other doctors who worked in the facility.. Dr. Flynn is attentive and caring and listens to our concerns. He doesnt hurry up and leave but instead he takes his time to provide the proper care. My daughter actually likes going there and she doesnt cry when she get her shots because the staff is gentle. I would definitely recommend Dr. Flynn

My wife and I met Dr. Flynn at Clara Maass Hospital the day I gave birth to her. Immediately, I knew I wanted him to be her pediatrician. His professional demeanor with patients is exceptional. Being a first time mom, I appreciate his willingness to answer every question (and there are TONS), as well as his detailed responses. I love how much time he spends with each patient individually, because he genuinely cares. I would also like to say that Mallet (?), his medical assistant, is exceptional as well. She is always personable, and cheerful, and remembers us every time we walk in the door. Although weve only been patients for a few months, I am excited to continue to bring her to see them year after year. I thank you both, so very much, for being so amazing to us, and our daughter.

Very first appointment but I can already tell he is a lot better than my last pediatrician. Barely any wait when we got there and he saw both my kids in one visit. Orders the prescriptions right in front of you so you don’t have to leave wondering wether they’ll be there when you show up to the pharmacy. Also he uses a surface and not some antiquated computer system. Very happy.

This was a nightmare got reschedule around 2 months for not having the vaccine my baby needed..when finally got my appointment i got there with my baby 15 to 20 min late try to called them and the voicemail keep on saying they were busy or on lunch time..when i hot there the nurse or secretary was rude and told us that we need it to reschedule for 2 other weeks i think this was really rude knowing that my baby really needed this vaccines and not doctor or nurse care about it at all.

My boys absolutely love Dr. Flynn. He has been their doctor for over three years. He has an excellent rapport with them and provides best care.

My family was blessed to run across his name when looking for a doctor for our two of three children a little over a year ago. The search took place after a year of hard times financially for our family. Meeting him the first time explaining the childrens much up to date health situations and needs, there was no judgement and he immediately& successfully ordered required surgery,test,etc as needed(with referrals in hand before i left his office same day/not weeks..). It is an honor to be a mother of two charismatic children, whose Dr. can handle and deal :) If you are looking for a quick yet efficient,smart without cockiness, personable with boundaries, and availability for all needs from school paperwork to medicine referrals,promptly..This is the place. Definitely not switching until kids reach adulthood lol

I am a recent USMC Veteran, and another Veteran in the area recommended this doctor to me, unfortunately, I have not had the same great experience that both he, and everyone else in the comment section have had, apparently.They erroneously billed my insurance company for my kids visit, and refused to change it, despite contradictory paperwork Flynns office provided me.Will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and other consumer portals; additionally, insurance will be filing a complaint against Flynn: please let me know if youve had a similar poor experience.Finally, I will NOT be recommending Flynns services to any of my colleagues who will be moving to the area in the near future.Thank you,Semper Fidelis

Make sure if you have insurance and you are coming here for the first time ONLY to have baby girl ears pierced, the primary physician must be dr flynn. (BASICALLY CHANGE YOUR INSURANCE CARD FOR A DAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT) Waste of time making an appointment 3 weeks in advance just to get to the office ams be turned around. Whos montoring appointments? Who is doing the following ups? I mean the doctor should have compotent staff supporting him if he is as wonderful as all these reviews claim! How about update the website so we have this knowledege.
