Had a color and silk press appointment with Geah and wasnt disappointed at all. She gave great advice on what to do with my hair and reccommended products that would help get it back to a healthier state. Loved the salons environment, no aggressive selling or gossiping about customers, like some salons do. We sat down and watched from Wendy to The Real and had fun posing our opinions. If your looking to be relaxed and taken care of while you get yourself a new do then dont hesitate to stop by. I cannot stress enough what a great thing it is for women to be able to go get their hair done in an uplifting and kind environment. Will most definitely be back to get my hair done again!!

I moved to New Jersey from South Carolina about 8 months ago and had a hard time finding someone to do my hair. I’m transitioning from relaxed to natural and my hair had been breaking off pretty badly. A friend of mine referred me to Geah Salon and I can’t thank her enough. Geah has saved my hair. It’s so healthy and full. I get so many compliments on my hair, daily. She has so much knowledge about how to restore damaged hair, and gives me advice on how to properly manage my hair at home. I love coming to Geah’s shop because the atmosphere is so relaxing and they have REFRESHMENTS lol. I would highly recommended this salon to my friends and family!

It was my first time at Geah SalonThe salon is very clean, well decorated and the two hairstylists were nice and welcomingI came for a locs coloring in honey blond.The hair stylist did a very good job.She cared about what I wanted, listened to me and answered my questions. I didnt do a re-twist as I prefer the interlocking method, but she palmrolled my locs to tighten them. I had a great experience and I recommend the salon.

I initially gained interest in Geah Salon via Facebook and Instagram posts. I have natural hair and I usually rock braids or other protective hair styles. After seeing a few result videos on the page I decided to go with a silk press. I usually get my hair done at various Spanish salons and Ive found that they dont really treat MY hair right. Its usually a one size fits all regimen, leading me to damaged ends and thinning because of the excessive heat damage. So I decided to go black owned. I called last minute to try to get in and although she was fully booked Ruthie made time for me. When I got there, there was a bit of a wait but I got detangled, washed and deep conditioned fairly quickly. She also trimmed my ends. That being said my hair looked amazing for Thanksgiving dinner and I got a ton of compliments from my boyfriends family. I even let them touch it (yes, we are a mixed couple). Overall, I had a great experience. Reasonable prices, and Im a very happy camper. Im already planning to go back to get my hair done for my 25th burthday!
