The staff at this halfway house are terrible. When I was there practically the whole house relapsed. Three people overdosed in the first month I was there. I am referring to the Drug Court mens halfway house in Elizabeth.

Great staff, many options for help. I was moved to write a review when I saw another review written by John. That couldnt be further from the truth. All of their management staff is caring and engaging. Excellent caring counselors and if you want help to improve your life it is available at Real House.

The staff is more toxic than the clients. They dont want you to do better. They dont help you at all. 95% of the women i was in there with have relapsed atleast once. A few have overdosed and passed. Very very sad. Im referring to their Bloomfield location

REAL HOUSE - an incredible SCAM. The state is funding this place that HURTS THE WOMEN they are SUPPOSED TO HELP. One of the higher administration members owns several cars and drives a new Mercedes, and through interactions with this person it is clear that its NOT because higher education has paid off. They have caused a young lady who really wanted help and was in their care to return to a life on the streets through negligence and intimidation. I have many things to share that I have experienced first-hand that will shock you and anyone of good conscience. I will shortly be documenting the things that go on at the REAL HOUSE. I am also in the process of preparing a legal action against them. Yes, that is how serious this problem is. Women can and probably have lost their lives because of the neglect to provide care and the denial of the concern in the governing auspice. This is a sad situation and a real sin what Real House is into. People go to prison for less than what they do (and fail to do) to and for women reaching out for help.
