I think its a bit silly that if I come here to refill my 5 gallon water jugs I have to stop at customer service first and thats no biggie but before you walk away from the counter you have to pay for the lids first. Its weird to me because its a grocery store and they must assume people are going to steal the lids. If that were the case everything should be locked up like a vending machine.. most Cub stores I go to are not this way.. I walked back to the water to find out I had to get the lids at the counter and then had to go back to the service counter and nobody was there, so then off to the register and then back to the service counter and then back to the register and then back to the water.Just seems a bit ridiculous to me. A bit of a run around and when I did get the lids I had to pay for everything I had with me. Welp I guess my shopping is done at that point. Im sure theres a better way of doing this.

Racial profiled today at this store. Please beware of the employee at cashier on Aug 21 5:30am. She recorded me the whole trip and was sus that I did something. All I purchased was 2 bags of ice and Starbucks coffee and 2 donuts. Yet.. she felt the need to record me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! UNLESS YOURE A KAREN OR KEN. SMH.

ATTN Cub shoppers, please listen to this PSA. Confirmed on 2/23/2021, face masks are completely optional within this store. The front door will continue to claim they are required. However, with unquestionable, absolute, 100% certainty, you are NOT required to wear one in store. It is official store policy to not confront anyone not wearing a mask. What other rules are optional? Do you have to wear pants? Do you have to pay for your food? Presumably not. All we know for certain is that masks are not required.I urge everyone to speak with their wallets and avoid this Cub location. It is a travesty that they do not care enough to enforce their own rules during a pandemic. They care not for my safety nor yours, never think otherwise.

Very clean easy to shop store. Sometimes hard to find things cause I feel like they move around a lot. Reaosnable prices. Excellent fresh meat and produce department. Wide variety to chose from.

This is my go to for groceries, new dutch apple pie is a must try and way better than in the past. Well stocked, easy to navigate. Usually not too busy.

I frequent this Cub about twice a week. Everytime I go in there, theres always a sign on the door, Now Hiring. I decide to apply since Mr. Walz has decided to close all bars & restaurants. I applied over 5 weeks ago & still have yet to hear anything from them. I have also talked to 3 different managers & still nothing. I am 55 & have basically had 2 jobs in my life, because I belive in loyalty & longevity. Both jobs, I have 25+ years at (worked both @ the same time). Last time I went in there & talked to a manager, he proceeded to tell me that they were pretty much filled up. Fine! Then take your now hiring sign down.

Staff is always really friendly and remember you by name. The butcher has some of the best meat and the girl that works there is incredibly sweet. Its a really clean and well maintained store.

Just made a plate of food via Cub foods in Blaine. Fresh green beans and other produce for this time of the year.

Never enough cashiers at night..

Nice store. They have all the typical grocery store items. Ive also found quite a bit of gluten free items here. Parking is easy and they keep their carts put away, so theyre not blowing about taking up parking spaces. Always plowed in the winter. Lines are short with a good amount of cashiers working.

I went the other day, they opened two lines each cashier, the cashier did not sanitize the belt after every customer, and I didn’t see anyone sanitize the carts. Is this the way to keep people safe? What happened to the six foot distance? I will be back to Walmart, they care about the safety of their customers!

I am so impressed with the service at Cub Foods Village of Blaine. Today I lost my wedding ring while in the store. I was devastated. Employees (and customers!) helped me look for it. I left my name and number in case it was found. Hours later I received a call from Cub that an employee had found my ring! I am so thankful and appreciate the employees at Cub! I didnt think Id ever see my ring again. Thank you!

After waiting in line for a while, and it was our turn, the cashier barked at us “my light is off!” Apparently she was unable to help us with our five items. No apology, no explanation. If she needed to leave, fine—but that doesn’t justify her rude tone. Unfortunate because this is our preferred Cub. Perhaps we’ll now go elsewhere.

Getting really sick of having kids ask me about bagging my groceries every single time I go to Cub. I understand that Cub means well but constant nonstop fund raising campaigns are getting really old and annoying! Im about ready to stop coming to the store just to avoid this... Sorry to sound grumpy but Im pretty sure Im not the only one who feels this way!

Other than groceries, my family buys the large, 5 gallon jugs of water for our water cooler at home. With 6 people in our home, we purchase 20 gallons of water every 1-2 weeks. Without exaggeration, that process only goes smoothly 1 out of 10 times on average. Either the empty jug return is full so we can’t get the credit coupons, the coupon dispenser is not functional, they don’t have any jugs up front to purchase or they don’t have any jugs in the store. Each time this happens, I ask a manager about getting this corrected. This has been going on for 3 years. And each time, they blame it on the vendor saying it is their responsibility. And that’s fine. But when Cub offers this service and the service is consistently failing, they should be finding a solution so the customers do not need to keep experiencing this, and coming back in hopes they have water. I even had a manager say he will find a solution and call me within a timeframe and never called at all.Why I’ve waited 3 years before deciding never again to do business with a place that writes off issues so easily, I don’t know. With 6 mouths to feed, we spend a lot on groceries. Which will now be spent elsewhere. So long, Cub Foods. You won’t be missed at all

Its a nice and clean cub store, but I feel the prices are a bit high in the food aisles. They do have great deals once in a while and the cub card is great to have if you have a holiday gas station near by. I do enjoy the convenience as well. Overall, its a nice store to go to.

I try to shop at the cub on main st because they have a much bigger selection and items however this cub is closer to my home. They often times don’t have a wide variety of different flavor or size choices for products but overall still a nice clean store.

I bought some corn here and I shoved it up my bottom. It was nice.The store is pretty nice too.

Very clean store and is easy to find the things you need. The employees are very nice as well they are helpfull if you need assistance finding something.

This is the closest Cub to me and I have found it to be well stocked and never too crowded. There are very often school groups doing fundraisers to bag your groceries on weekends. The produce is good and they have a good fresh meat selection!

Great store. I often shop at another Cub location after work at around 230am. I will now only shop at this location after work as there is no waiting. All of the self checkout lanes were open plus a full service lane with a very helpful cashier that directed me to what I struggled to find. I will go here atleast once or twice a week.

The meat department is always understocked and what offerings they did have appeared old, some with fresh meat 4 days old. Appeared gray. Every time I stop here because I want some steaks I am disappointed.

I have stopped going to this store, even though it is the closest to my home. They are very hit and miss on sale items, especially the meat dept. I have found expired dairy like really expired, brought it to their attention just to return a few days later and find it still on the cooler shelves. When asked at checkout about my experience shopping I again mentioned it and the response was I am new here!

I called on a Friday morning because I needed a cake for my brothers graduation party on Sunday. They said they could have the cake ready by 2pm on Saturday. I told them the size, details and design I was looking for, then they took down my name and number so they could call me when it was ready. At 4pm on Saturday, I called them because I hadnt heard anything about the cake. They told me they didnt have anything under my name and that the decorator had gone home for the weekend, so the cake wouldnt be done as they said it would. They never apologized and were inconsiderate about the situation. I have never been so displeased with a worker at any store in my entire life. My family and I are regular customers at this store, but are having second thoughts after how we were treated. They made our lives much more stressful because finding a cake with less than 20 hours till the party was frustrating and almost impossible. We will not be buying from this bakery ever again. If we need a reliable place that makes cakes, we will be going to Lunds & Byerlys, as they were apologetic and accommodating to our situation. They were friendly and extremely helpful and were able to get us a cake with time to spare. They will be getting a glowing review from us. This Cub Foods on the other hand will be receiving the opposite.

Satisfies the basic things a grocery store should have, but is lacking in a some places. Meat selection is pretty poor and there always seems to be lots of empty space on the shelves in that area. Popular products in general dont seem to be ordered frequently enough; very frustrating to return multiple days later, to see the same spots empty.

First time in this Cub. They have great produce very fresh. Clean bright and spacious. Found everything I came in for.

Seems to be one of the better Cub locations and it is by the office so that makes it a convenient stop.

I got a little confused coming into this store for the first time, since it seems to be set up a little different than other stores, but it was very clean and organized. Very helpful employees.

This store has changed (not for the better) over time. They dont even have a meat counter anymore, it has changed to seafood. The cuts of meat already prepackaged do not compare to what you could get from the butcher. Many items are randomly scattered from the family of items they should be with. I used to buy fresh fruit here all the time, but feel it is no where near the level of quality it once was. I have actually seen fruit flies in large quantities around fruit. They used to carry brand name items but have now replaced them with the Every Day Essential brand. Sorry cub, Im done.

I used to love this Cub Foods location. But having seen the rapid decline of customer service, higher prices and lower quality, I am no longer a fan. I used to spend over a thousand dollars a month here and I got to know the staff very well. We would just chit chat for a few minutes or during my checkout but the new management fired these staff members for being too friendly with the customers! This store can no longer compete with Walmart so I think they are competing with Lund’s! Too expensive for me to shop here when I get the same items, better quality and staff that welcomes its customers! Bye Cub and HELLO WALMART!

Clean store, normal Cub foods. Better prices than Coborns. I have a tight budget. So I am frugal. Using the card for coupon discounts saves clipping and missing a coupon. Essential products are pretty good for the most part. All Supervalue products. Wish they focused more on local farmers. I dont understand why local products cost more than the others when less freight and middle men involved. Local honey from Wisconsin? We are in Minnesota. And very few local produce products. I would support them if same price or cheaper. We shouldnt have to pay a premium.

Quiet store location when my wife and I visited for icecream. Good selection and staff to support business during the evening hours, especially in the winter.

Do not go to cub if you want to buy fresh produce and intend on using self checkout. The self checkout doesn’t accommodate very well if you don’t have a barcode. When trying to look up produce it is very difficult to find items. Photos are discolored, produce is labeled wrong and I found a wrong price too. They have 1 worker helping, but I waited for 5 minutes because there were 6 self checkouts and a lot of people had issues. Not worth the hassle!

Not my usual Cub, but stopped in because it was close to where we were dining. Nice selection of food and produce, but older gentlemen at the checkout was short and didnt seem to care that the coupon that was given out in store was out of date, and then the meat it was offered on had no expiration date on it. Said at least it was in the freeze section it wasnt... He also seemed put out that I asked him to look up my Cub card. Made me not want to come back... all from the last 5 minutes of my visit.

I stopped for pet food and a few extras. Nice, clean store...always enjoy shopping at Cub.

This Cub is clean, tidy, and well stocked. With WalMart so close I would think their prices on crackers, cookies, and other basics would be more reasonably priced.

Absolutely going down hill!!!!Third time in the store and disappointed again!Came in on Friday night @6:30 and meat department was out of filet mignon. Asked meat department if the had more and they said NO! I left and went to Target and got one.Came in Saturday and again out of Strawberries I was looking for and no help. Came in Sunday and bought blackberries, went to eat them Monday night and full of mold. Took them back Wednesday morning around 8:30 and had to wait until 9:00 because no one at either customer service station or Register station.CUB going down hill fast, now I understand why my wife prefers Target and the monthly run to HyVee.

This Cub foods has sold out and gotten rid of half of the organic section, and shuffled the rest into the rest of the store where you cant find it. When you ask for help finding it, it takes about 20 minutes per item to get hold of it. Aldis will sell the basics for less, and the rest well have to order online. Im sorry this store doesnt want to support the health-conscious community any more.
