Wonderful staff, great experiences. They are always willing to do what needs to be done for your child as a person, but also for you as a family (if you have multiple children needing things done). Focus is placed on the kids having a positive experience at the dentist so they do not fear it. The atmosphere is very inviting and all is centered around kids, so the kids love being there.

Weve had nothing but great experiences here with both kiddos. Staff are friendly and welcoming, appointments have always been on time, and its been easy to schedule follow ups.Plus each kids room has a TV mounted above the chair, so what kid doesnt love that?!

Blaine Kidds Dental is amazing! My kids do not fight going and leave with a smile. The hygienist are kind as well as office staff. Very thorough and collaborate with our orthodontist as well. Typically we see Dr. Megan but saw Dr. Chris today and he was great as well. My daughter loved his purple converse shoes. It’s the small things and positive attitudes there that truly make it enjoyable. I wish I could have my adult cleaning here too! 🦷😁

We had a phenomenal experience! From the sweet ladies at the front desk to our amazing dentistal assistant and the awesome dentist. They were unbelievable. No tears, no fussing just giggles, smiles and shiny teeth. I was put to ease as soon as I walked through the door. Hands down best kids dentist! I highly recommend them.

Everyone was really nice. My kids loved it there. They were quick, patient, and informative. The building was decorated so cute and very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend especially if a child deals with anxiety.

We had an amazing experience at this dental office. Every single person from the front office, to be the dental assistant, to the dentist was kind, thorough, patient, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything to my 6 year old and myself and made sure we were comfortable with every step of our procedure. We originally went on a referral, but I will be switching my daughter’s primary dental to them until she is older. I could not recommend this place enough.

My son is such a funny sweet boy. He’s 6. He also struggles with anxiety socially and mentally. Darcy was so thoughtful and super patient with us. The staff was super sweet and made my son feel like a rockstar and took really good care if him. We went through some dental work with no fuzz at all!

Blaine Kidds was the best choice for our daughter! As you may know any doctors appointment with a toddler is challenging but they were so great, kind and understanding! Dr. Ashley was very thorough, gave helpful tips and was very gentle. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Blaine Kidds Dentistry. I’ve had such good experiences with them over the years, and they are so kind and patient with my kids. My youngest gets anxious, and it can take quite a bit of coaxing to get her comfortable, but they never get upset at her and are so good at explaining and showing her what they will be doing. Today my 5 year old needed X-rays, she was so scared about it. I expressed her fears while making the appointment and Tori was wonderful at communicating that with the rest of the staff. When we arrived everyone was so sweet and encouraging. Michelle was amazing, letting her hold the bit wing and even try place it herself. Ultimately, she wouldn’t do it, and they didn’t force her to. Instead they offered the alternative full scan which she handled like a champ. Dr. Megan knows teeth and does a great job!I don’t however, recommend Dr. Darcy. She isn’t patient and can be rude from my experience in the past. But this is not the norm for the clinic so I don’t let those experiences take away from the rest of the amazing staff.

Michelle, Dr. Megan and the front desk staff were amazing! My daughter was very nervous and not cooperative. They were patient, kind and flexible in their approach with her. They put me at ease and did not judge- which seems to be a rare occurrence these days, I was definitely frustrated with my daughter - but they showed no frustration and were nothing but professional and kind- thank you! We will definitely be returning.....

An adorable place that is very welcoming for children! The nurses were very friendly and the doctor informative. The TVs over the kid chairs were playing videos that helped relax my kids as well.

This place is amazing at working with kiddos! My 7 year old has severe anxiety when going to the dentist from a traumatic experience at a regular one. They explain every little detail to the kids about the tools and how it will feel. Plus the kid atmosphere really makes them more comfortable. Top notch kids dentist!!

The staff at Blaine Kidds are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in helping me with my baby daughter when I took her in for an evaluation. I highly recommend this place. Also, Dr. Darcy is very good at what she does, and I am happy to travel a distance to continue both my daughters’ care with her.

We love it here. It’s clean, everyone is super friendly, and it is adorable. I love the woodland theme, and in non covid times they have a great play area. It is 100% catered to kids. My only constructive criticism is I wish the dentist would have introduced herself. She was awesome and my son responded to her great, I just don’t always remember who we’re seeing and I think it’s just a nice gesture to introduce yourself 😊. But great place, I recommend it to all of my friends with kids!

I absolutely love Blaine Kidds and definitely recommend! My kiddo started going at I believe 6 years old and he had anxiety over the dentist to the point we would both leave in tears and it was really traumatic. The first few visits at Blaine Kidds were rough as my son gained trust, but each provider was saw was so patient and accommodating to what worked best for him. My son now tells me he isn’t scared or nervous at all and will even go in without me while I wait in the waiting area. Every staff person I have met is very kind, helpful and friendly and the office itself is so cool with all the games, set up and details for kids. Again, I highly and often recommend Blaine Kidds!

We love this office. I have two teenagers but I will continue to take them here until they are adults because our care has always been so great. My son had his first cavity filled today and was nervous about it. Dr. Carl and the assistant were so good with him and really decreased his anxiety. I also had a question about another procedure my son is scheduled for this fall. The front desk found that the dentist scheduled to do that procedure, Dr Darcy, was in, and they arranged for me to speak to her directly, even though it was a different dentist. I really appreciate the respect they had for me as the parent, and explained in pretty good detail the reasons for the upcoming procedure. The entire team at Blaine Kidds is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I always have the best experience here with my son! They are all so kind and treat us so well from the front desk staff to the drs! I cannot recommend them enough. They give you pointers on how to help with your child which for sure comes in use for us with a toddler! I feel they are so patient with you as well. Bring your child here because you won’t be disappointed!

They got my daughter in the next day when she had a tooth that began to ache. They moved their schedule around to treat her and we could not be happier with the level of care. Adorable building and great staff!

I wish I was told that they only take special needs kids before making an appointment. I went through my insurance webpage to find a clinic and they were listed as preferred clinics. Please provide better communication in advance -or even when setting up the appointment, or explaining in on your website. I was waiting weeks for the appointment only to end up cancelling it because we didnt qualify.

We had such a great experience for my daughters first dental appointment. From the easy scheduling with the scheduling coordinators to Dr. Megan, and the assistants that were fantastic. Its been two months since weve been in and my daughter still talks about her appointment and how much she loved it! Thank you so much for making this experience so easy and amazing!

Given the many 5-star reviews, I was hoping this would be the place to have my son get his first dental check-up. The overall experience was sub-par.- Due to COVID19, we were told to wait in our car until the staff members were ready for us. 15 minutes past our appointment time and they never called so I called the front desk at which time they told me to go in with my son. Once arrived, we were rushed to our designated room.- The experience with the assistant and dentist was less than ideal. My son was unfamiliar with the room/place and didnt want to sit in the chair. However, no effort was made by the assistant nor the dentist (Dr. Megan) to help my son become more familiar with the setting. Despite this being a pediatric dental office, I did not feel the staff nor dentist were kid-friendly. No one took the time to even engage with my son to help reduce his anxiety. Also, the dentist took a peek in my sons mouth (literally like 5 seconds) and then told me he needed to go to Childrens Hospital for dental surgery without explaining what for, why, whether GA was going to be utilized. No attempt was made to clean my sons teeth either.- I was told they would contact me to schedule an appointment for the hospital. Two months passed and I finally get an email from their hospital coordinator to set up an appointment. By that time, my sons cavities had worsened. Ultimately chose to go to a different dentist.

After many years of screaming, crying and panic over the dentist due to sensory issues at the dentist office. This was a dream match up. My daughter was asking all sorts of questions and they answered them. She was even laughing at the dentist. I just about cried from happiness. Granted this was just a first meet and xrays before our fillings appointments next month. But it was amazing the difference. We are so happy so far.

My daughter has anxiety and freaked out about having to get her infected tooth pulled and getting a few teeth sealed. Dr. Darcy and Lisa let me escape to the lobby and handled it like champs! Was not impressed with our experience today. The office did not seem to be keeping Covid-19 safety a priority. Specifically, not cleaning iPads before handing them to parents for paperwork etc. The dental assistant seemed impatient and irritated when my two year old was interested in all the toothbrushes that were eye level in the dental room while awaiting the dentist. Nothing to entertain children once brought back and no explanation when the dentist was reviewing my sons mouth. I will not be returning. Cleanliness and patience is so important with children and I was very disappointed.

Kids had a decent experience. However had a billing mishap regarding insurance company and dental office and in the midst of this discussion and potential resolution, business office person tells me I dont see how this is my problem. we are looking for a new pediatric dentist office.

The care and courtesy here was excellent. However, my child waited for over 90 minutes for his procedure to begin. He hasn’t eaten due to instructions we had recorded and he was anxious so to wait so long was torture. Finally, I got charged twice for a very expensive anesthesia bill with no resolve. I was grateful to receive a call back after hours but it reqired many phone calls to fix a situation that still hasn’t been corrected.

First time at Blaine Kidds Pediatric Dentistry today... definitely a very kid friendly environment. The staff was very pleasant too and engaged the kiddos. Will be making this our dental home!

I came to this office in October 2020. My 4 month old son spent a couple days in the hospital and was diagnosed with severe acid reflux by Minnesota childrens hospital after passing out at daycare. He sees a gastroenterologist weekly. The GI doctor recommended a feeding clinic to help with his feeds and reflux. They confirmed he cannot latch and is swallowing half air and half formula. At the feeding clinic, they watched him feed and suspected that he had a posterior tongue tie. They recommended we reach out to a couple pediatric dentists about the procedure. My wife researched online and found that Dr. Darcy was highly recommended. On the day of the consult and possible procedure, I called and asked if he should eat beforehand. They told me he could have some food but not the full amount so that hed be a little hungry. We live about 50 minutes away from the practice, so we fed him about half his normal amount and started on our journey. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment time. We checked in and then waited for about 35 minutes before being called back. During this time, my 4 month old was tired and hungry, so I was walking him around outside to get him to calm down.We go back to the consult room and meet with an aid and go over his medical history. We tell her how he has passed out before from severe reflux and review how we just want to see if there is anything wrong, specifically a posterior tongue tie. The nurse leaves and comes back with Dr Darcy about 5 minutes later. Dr Darcy sits down with us and we lay our son on a little mat for the inspection. She shoves her thumb into his mouth and he gets extremely upset. She checks him out for about 5 seconds before telling me that he needs to leave the room because he is crying too loud. I take him outside and calm him again. My wife stays in the room with Dr Darcy and the aid and Dr Darcy starts questioning us on why we are even there, asking my wife if he has even been diagnosed with severe reflux, and my wife replied yes, and that he was diagnosed at childrens in Minneapolis and that he sees a GI doctor every week. Dr Darcy proceeds to imply that she doesnt think he has reflux, even though he has seen multiple doctors that all diagnosed him with it. She then told my wife that since the baby was crying she couldnt diagnose if he had a posterior tongue tie but it isnt apparent (she then pointed to the beautifully printed canvases on the wall showing very obvious anterior tongue ties). Dr Darcy told my wife she could do the procedure, but she was nervous about it since he had the passing out episode from acid reflux.Dr Darcy gave us the option to do the procedure or leave. My wife text me and I came back in, I had gotten my son to sleep. My wife explained everything they had gone over and we discussed possibilities. We requested that Dr Darcy come back in to inspect him again for the posterior tongue tie and the aid said she will not come back in and check him even though he is now calm. We decided not to do the procedure.On the phone, prior to our visit, they told us that we could get a 20% discount if we couldnt use insurance. We decided to pay out of pocket. They told us that the total was 141 dollars, and with the discount, it was 112. My wife pulled out her card and then they told her that the full discount only applies to cash (which we would have brought had we realized). At this point, we are pretty over this place, we told them to bill the insurance and left.We will end up paying 140 dollars for an inspection we never fully got; instead, we felt criticized for coming in general, even though we were recommended by multiple medical professionals. That felt really crummy. All we are trying to do is the best thing for our son. They did have a lot of cute architecture in the building, though. I will not be coming back here.

If I could give this place a -10 I would! It isn’t even worth 1 star. I have 4 kids and missed 1 appointment and they chose not to reschedule my poor kids appointment that THEY MESSED UP ON in the first place!! They provided a wrong silver tooth on my kids teeth and are not fixing it and not rescheduling to fix it. So if your kids are sick and have an emergency come up they will not schedule you going forward. For being a kids dentistry they are so unreasonable and terrible service! The owner or manager Dawn does not get back to you within DAYS OR EVEN WEEKS (ironic how she gets to be late and that’s ok for her to be late only)!!!!! This place will not be around long so I would find a new dentist for your kids. WORST. SERVICE EVER!

With this place still being fairly new it ran like a well oiled machine. The front desk lady was beyond nice. When the hygienist came back to get my kids they were friendly and when my daughter said she didnt want me to come she made sure I knew what room they would be in. The dentist we saw was nice as well. He completely understood our sons sensory processing and was extremely gentle and nice. He also took time to explain options for getting fix my sons teeth.I completely recommend them.

My 3 year old daughter DID NOT want to go to the dentist. She was crying and upset and scared. As soon as we walked into Kidd’s she was calm and excited! The environment is awesome! Really cool decor and lots of fun things for kids of all ages to do while waiting! Then when you get to the back the decor and environment stays very kid friendly! It was fun for both of us. Her dental hygienist was very calm and patient with my daughter, showing her and letting her touch her tools. They have Disney movies playing and fun animal tracks on the ground. Lots of fun colors and things to look at! So excited to go back!

I dont have anything bad to say about place and stuff, dentists and dental assistances are nice and friendly, but prices are ridiculous.255 $ to pull wiggly baby tooth out is way too much. ( I pulled my wisdom tooth for twice less that price).The bill we received for dental work for our daughter was much higher then average dental bill.

Dr Tyler and all the staff were exceptional today! They always are but today in particular I called with a emergency that my child needed to be seen. It was 1:21 and the office was closing at 1:30. They told us to come in and were waiting with open arms and warm hearts when we arrived with my screaming, scared son. My son does not like the dentists but they had a show going, and explained everything to him/us. They got xrays and later extracted a tooth all with such great care! We didn’t leave there until after 3pm and I never once felt like they were rushing us out when they should have been closed . Thank you to each of you at the Blaine office today. Even the reception staff was great! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what each of you did for my son today!

Super kid friendly! My 3 year old goes here and we were also able to make an appointment to have my newborn evaluated for ties within just a couple of days! They gave me the charge codes so I could confirm services would be covered by insurance in advance and even gave a quote so I knew what to expect. The whole team was so friendly and helpful.

We used to go to a highly recommended dentist in Plymouth; when they tried holding down my anxious five year old, it left him traumatized. I googled Blaine Kidds. We are so happy we switched over here. They waited ten minutes just for my anxious now six year old to get used to sitting in the chair, etc. When he was scared of the toothbrush, they let him brush his first tooth so he knew what it would feel like. My three and 18 month old also loved this place. I can’t give this place enough stars. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and calming for kids.

Absolutely can’t say enough how awesome the experience here is. Super welcoming from the moment you walk in, incredibly cute play area for the wait, amazing staff! I would recommend you ditch your current dental provider and at least check this team out! It was my daughters first time going to the dentist and I doubt I’ll have any qualms going back!

Had a very good experience here, and they treated my son awesome. He has major issues going to the dentist as well as major sensory issues-and they handled him very well. 3rd dentist and I can say they have been the best.

I went to see Dr.Darcy today after a lactation consultant felt it was worthwhile due to some ongoing breastfeeding issues. Dr. Darcy DID note a lip and minor posterior tie but felt as though she was functioning well and did not recommend the procedure. As a doctor myself, I appreciate when someone is conservative and is not doing unnecessary procedures. She was quick but thorough in her assessment. Just wanted to give reassurance to those considering an assessment, that she practices with great integrity.

This was my sons first visit and they were very welcoming and super patient with him. They talked him through everything using words he could understand and made him feel comfortable....Which made me feel comfortable 😁

The best dentist I could ask for for my child. Corrected her tongue tie when she was 4 months old, got me in for an emergency appointment after a fall chipped her teeth, and my daughter was very comfortable with the staff.

This place discriminated against our child who is adopted. The office canceled his appointment as he has MA as a secondary insurance. His primary insurgence is Delta Dental, and we pay cash for anything else. We just moved to the area and we were looking for a good Dentist. Dont waste your time here.Update. Just got off the phone with the DHS. It is competey legal for dentist to take kids with MA, and only pay with primary insurance or cash for service. This dentist told me it was illegal to do so. Not sure their motive of not wanting to see our child. Just want others to know before your canceled the day before. Rant over, off to a new place.

So incredibly lazy... We had our newborn in for a procedure. She was not yet on our insurance in the system because of her age so they made us pay out of pocket. Ive called 5 times since insurance payed them over a month ago and they keep making excuses as to why they havent refunded our $750. Pathetic.

My kids were scheduled for a simple cleaning, were current patients and werent even due for x-rays, and even though I called ahead of time to tell them we were running late and all she said ok Ill let them know when we got there 17 min late she acted incredibly rude to us and told us we had to leave and reschedule. Im not sure if they were short staffed or what,we got zero explaination, were the only people in the waiting room aside from one family whod just arrived and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot... For all the times Ive gone there, showed up early or exactly on time and still had to wait up to 30 min to be seen youd think they could accommodate our tardiness for a glorified tooth brushing and I would have been happy to wait considering I drive an hour to get to a pediatric specialist. The second to the last time we were in for dental work we showed up right away in the morning, at our scheduled appt time (which was after their open time) and the doors were still locked and we waited outside while the staff (the same girl that was rude to us) chatted and walked around turning on the TVs and filling the coffee and eating their breakfast... Ill be switching to a peds dentist in Hugo.
