Synergy has been great to work with. We needed their services asap and was not sure even where to begin. Brian came and met with us and helped us through the whole process. They were great about any changes that were needed with my dads schedule. The PCAs that came to our home were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Synergy for your home care needs. The online training that Synergy required was well chosen by the administration. I learned a great deal and feel well trained to do my job as a care-taker. The people I assist are enjoyable and appreciative of what I help them with. I look forward to each job.

Synergy is awesome. We have a caregiver from Synergy HomeCare who comes in weekly to give my mother-in-law a shower. Her caregiver, Emily, is wonderful. She is always bright and cheerful. We hear her in the bathroom engaging my mother-in-law in conversation. After her shower she sits and talks with us. Since the virus, we dont get out much, so that face-to-face time is important for us. Brian has been great, always helpful and caring.

My sister has received excellent care from SYNERGY HomeCare in Blaine, MN, for the past year. Her caregivers Araceli, Skylar and Veronica have been compassionate and caring while providing much appreciated assistance with shopping, changing linens and transportation to medical care. The office staff is always professional and courteous when we call. Kacey in the office has done a superb job of insuring caregiver coverage is provided, even when we have needed to make unexpected last minute changes in schedule. We have definitely found a high quality care agency in SYNERGY HomeCare-Blaine and we couldnt be more pleased.

I don’t have my drivers license so I need a caregiver to take me to Bright Eyes every Monday and I need another caregiver to take care of my kids because Work Comp is paying for the services and synergy has not kept up with their end of the bargain so I don’t recommend them. I have appointments on Monday’s and I need two caregivers so one can watch my kids, but they keep messing up and they are never able to send 2 correctly. Also, they have a lot of clients and not enough caregivers. And, they are always switching my caregivers around and heather just tells me I have to deal with it.

SYNERGY HomeCare is a company that very clearly cares about their clients AND their caregivers. They have a wonderful team in the office that have been nothing short of warm and welcoming from the first day I started working with them, and they set new standards for great communication. Every other caregiver I’ve come across in the field have all shown they do their best when working with the clients and find ways to go above and beyond. I’d highly recommend them to both anybody looking for cares or employment!

We have used Synergy HomeCare Caregivers for my 90+ mother for many months and have been very pleased with the level of assistance and care provided by her caregivers. It is very easy to change service dates/times with just a phone call to accomodate doctors appointment etc. The caregivers are punctual and are open to daily needs my Mom might request. We have an extra level of security knowing that Mom is in good care!

Brian the owner worked very hard with my family member who was in charge of my care. He was patient, accommodating, and participated in a phone care conference when I was being discharged from hospital. Finally a company who stands behind their word. I found a gem in Morine M. who has made an incredible difference in my recovery. Synergy is responsive, caring,and provides dignified, high quality of care to people like me who who are going through a difficult time in life.

We only just started with Synergy for our 85yr old father, but the experience so far has been great. Sandra has been especially wonderful to our Dad and he has responded to her patience and kindness very well. Were looking forward to having this personal care for Dads benefit for as long as he needs.

Synergy has been absolutely wonderful in the past year that I have needed them. My care giver, Michelle M. is AWESOME! She can anticipate my needs, she is very proactive and finishes tasks n a very efficient manor. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and makes me feel so special. Recovering from 2 strokes has not been the way I pictured my retirement to start out, but I thank God for Synergy!

We have used Synergy Home Care Services located in Blaine MN for 10 months for in home respite care for our 95-year-old Mother who lives with us and has advanced stages of Dementia/Alzheimer’s.If I have any complaints for this review its that Synergy Staff doesn’t follow up with communications well, I would like to receive more information from Synergy office staff when I request dates to be added to the calendar for specific care givers whether or not they are available and are on the schedule.Also It would be very helpful and necessary for us to be informed when a scheduled caregiver cancels and who they are replacing them with, this is very important to know being that our Mother has specific needs and issues that need to be addressed before we leave her alone with someone unfamiliar with her and our home, we would not be comfortable just walking out the door and leaving Mom with someone unfamiliar to her, our surroundings and routines, therefore that situation require us to delay leaving and then adjusting our plans by at least a half hour of our paying scheduled time to quickly go over everything with a new caregiver.We have been very fortunate most of the time to be able to schedule when needed the same two caregivers that we trust- who have been very caring, loving and excellent with Mom, we don’t have to worry when they are with her whether for short periods of time or long hours. They have proven to us that Mom is their priority and will do what we ask and provide good quality time with MOM. I used Synergy to help care for my mom who has dementia. All of the caregivers were great! They took great care of her and treated us both with kindness and respect. I never had any issues scheduling more or less time. It was easy to get a hold of someone but also to communicate by email. Would highly recommend them.
