I had a positive experience with my covid testing. I had trouble finding a place to go that was open around work hours. The front desk woman was extremely nice and treated me like an actual person and not just another number. The nurse who roomed me and did the test was personable as well and made sure everything went as well as could be with something uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting to see a provider but the PA did come in to go through the possibilities and what to do from there. She was so kind, listened well, and took time speaking with me. I have already recommended this place to others.

From the nicest lady’s at the front desk to all the staff in the back are so professional, kind. They do not just took my info but took they time to hear about all the details of my daughter illness. This is the most important for me is how well I have been heard. ALL of my questions was answered in details. I do agree with one of the reviews here, that they do not overwhelming you with unnecessary tests.So blessed to discover them near by . Highly recommend.

This is a deceptive clinic!I am lived in BLAINE for 3 years! My ears are a little swollen. I came here for the first time to see a doctor and told the front desk that I have no insurance. How much do I have to pay? , The front desk told me that it would not exceed $150! (Because I don’t have money, it’s too expensive.) In the end, the doctor didn’t know what was wrong with my ears!The bill sent today is $318, my goodness! This is a scam! I will never come here to see a doctor again! Remind everyone without insurance, do not come here to see a doctor!

Was a bit skeptical of the reviews, but ended up having a positive experience here at NMH Urgency Center in Blaine. I was coming for some abdominal pain and to get bloodwork done to see if anything came up from that. On my way to the clinic, I actually started to have a panic attack for some reason and barely made it. When I did arrive, I talked with the front desk person for a few minutes. Both women working there seemed courteous. I ended up only waiting for like 1 minute in the waiting room, which was good because I was still panicked at that time. I was taken back by a nice nurse named Stacy. She started taking a history and then I told her I felt lightheaded and anxious and she took vitals and then laid me down and got me some water and a warm blanket. She reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and I calmed down soon after. I believe the PAs name was Rachel? She also was very nice and listened to my concerns, not rushing me. She offered good guidance and asked about bloodwork making sure I was not overloaded with unnecessary tests. I ordered a CBC and then electrolytes for peace of mind. Stacy returned to take blood and was a good stick (I have good veins). After a comfortable wait to have my results, Rachel returned to say that my blood looked good, but to schedule a primary visit this week because of my other symptoms. I was then allowed to leave. Overall very positive visit for me and felt tended to in the right ways. Thanks!

Had a run in with some glass and needed stitches. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The practitioner I saw was good at what she did and had me in and out quickly. Nothing but good things to say about this place and so glad I avoided the ER

I’ve been here a few times & each time I’ve been treated promptly. Staff is overall very nice & friendly. In times it’s been busier I’ve waited in my car for about 20 minutes, which is still very fast especially during a pandemic. I really like the north memorial clinics & hospital and will continue to go as well as have my family come here. I recommend this clinic to everyone

Staff only swabs for Covid19 I had chest pains and was non stop hacking and fever! No chest xray, nurse rushed through my vitals, Dr. Wouldnt get me a chest xray, and kept saying its COVID19

Choosing a different urgent care center today for my son, because of my last experience at this clinic in Blaine. They gave my son a flu shot he didn’t ask for or need...in MARCH. Why?!? Just trying to make more money? Don’t they know the flu season is pretty much done in March? That was not the reason we came in. We will never be back here.

Went for a walk in covid test. I was exposed and symptomatic, so I was trying to be safe. The front desk got me and my boyfriends information quickly, although one woman was less than polite about it.Once in we were greeted by the man there to perform our nose swabs. He seemed nice enough at first, but when I made a joke about this being my third test, he started berating me for having too much fun and getting exposed. I work in an essential business and have less than responsible coworkers who have exposed me multiple times. I had never tested positive before, but I was being careful and need a negative test to go back to work. Ya know, where I make money to pay my rent!Then he started shaming me for choosing the urgency care clinic instead of going to walgreens because it was more expensive here. I stated the tests were covered by my insurance regardless of where I go, and this place was the only one I found I could get a same day appointment(so I could get back to work sooner and pay my bills). He then sarcastically said its not coming out of YOUR pocket. Like, excuse me its not coming out of yours either! This is what insurance is for!He was rude and dismissive the whole time, as if it were my fault I had suspected covid.I also got an awful nose bleed after he aggressively performed the test(my last two tests were not nearly as uncomfortable), where he then directed me to lie on my back to stop the bleeding. I was doubtful but hes supposed to be a professional so I did, and ended up swallowing a load of blood which made me feel sick. That is outdated and dangerous advice!He was incredibly rude and very upsetting. I felt very ill and just wanted a test so I could know if it was covid causing my symptoms or not. Not a pleasant experience at all, although it was very quick and results came back two days later.

My eye was irritated, like a pin poking it all day long. I washed it out and no help. I stopped in was seen by Beth within about 15 minutes. She took a look and saw it was a hair growing inward and rubbing on my eyeball. She took care of it in about 2 minutes and boom! All was back to normal! Thank you Beth!

I am from Wisconsin and was visiting my daughter when I had severe pain in my abdomen. Went in to the urgent care and was waited on promptly. A very thorough examination was done including blood work and scans. The cause was determined promptly and treated right away. Staff was friendly and very professional. They handled all the insurance paperwork for me and got my prescriptions filled promptly. Excellent care!

The woman checking us in was kind and professional asking new comers to sit until she called them, so information was kept private.The RN was fabulous. She was smart, funny and personable. We loved how she spoke to us like people not just another couple of patients on her very long list.The doctor did an amazing job. He was excellent, personable and kind. I have been an RN for 29 years. It can be tough to trust anyone to care for my daughter. With this group I was confident.The paramedic in training did a wonderful job as well.We hope we dont need these services again, but would not hesitate to go back to this Urgent Care. Having an alternative to the ER that is open until 11pm is a wonderful option I am thankful for. Well done Blaine Urgent Care!

I don’t understand the low ratings. Been here a number of times for myself and children. When it’s busy, there’s a long wait. Today it was super fast, kids got in to see doc within minutes. Always had excellent care. Beats the hospital by far, and available when most urgent care centers are closed. Plus they can do more for you here.

My hand was swollen from a Bee sting. When I walked up to the front counter at the Blaine location I asked the woman sitting there how much it would cost me to see the doctor because I dont have insurance. She said $150. I said great Ill pay in full. I paid her and sat down with a doctor. The doctor said to take Benadryl and come back if it gets worse. A week or two later I have an additional bill for $223 dollars. Bait and switch at its finest. The doctor billed me for a prescription I didnt even get. I cant tell if this was a mistake or if I was taken advantage of.

After reading so many negative reviews I was nervous to come here but it was closest to home. I had a very positive experience and so did my son. The wait was short and the receptionist was very pleasant. He even said goodbye on our way out. The doctor was very nice to my son. He gave him a pep talk on weight loss and told him he believed in him and his ability to lose pounds. I would come back here again.

I almost just walked out but needed a lab test due to severe health issues & didnt think sitting at an ER for 12 hours was something I could physically do, wish I wouldve just gone to ER.ORIGINAL POST post over a year old: Was seen very fast, maybe 8 minute wait. If you arrive right when they open youll be seen right away. My medical/insurance info was on file because Ive been to North Memorial clinics before so check in was extremely easy. Drs were very understanding and able to do more for me than an urgent care. Follow up care was needed and they arranged info and an appointment for me. Also sent me home with a medicine I couldnt get at a pharmacy and gave me Rxs to get other meds I needed. ♿parking available, spaces are usually pretty full. Building is wheelchair accessible. There are public bathrooms in the building right outside the entry doors to the Urgency Care, but Im not sure if they are accessible. Its a relatively new building so I would like to think there are accessible restrooms.

Absolutely pathetic service. Went in for a routine physical. Ended up receiving a bill for over $130!!!! They tested my lipids and breathing capacity. I am 23 years old in perfect health. The doctor even mentioned how healthy I was. In trying to dispute it they ran their investigation and said there was nothing they could do. When asked them if I could be met half way on the charges (to cut my losses and move on), they refused, saying it wasnt their problem. I tried to be very respectful and work with them. They were absolutely unwilling to help out. Purposefully run unnecessary tests and do not communicate the reasons (shame on me for not asking).Avoid this place at all costs. Total scam. Will never be back and will never recommend this place. What a joke. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Went to this clinic for a “scheduled” urine drug analysis for a pre-check/physical before I could start work. Had my appointment set up for a specific time and yet they made me wait well over an hour just to pee into a cup. No one told me I would be waiting for any extended period of time and had to go very badly. Ended up having to go before the test and when it came time for the test I couldn’t produce enough to get a clear result. Now it’s being sent off to the lab to be cleared and they gave me no estimate on when to expect results. My work is waiting on the results before I can start. It could be another week or two and that’s only a guess. Next time would be nice to have some communication and clear answers. Thanks.

This is our familys go to clinic for urgent needs when we cant get an appointment with our primary. The health professionals are helpful and its usually a quick in and out of the clinic.

I have never had anything but a GREAT experience here. Sure, the front desk lady probably isnt thrilled about her job everyday, and yes its an after hours doctors office - of COURSE there will be wait. The nurses, x ray techs and doctors have ALWAYS been wonderful. They answer questions, they arent in a complete rush to get back out the door and theyre much more comprehensive then what Ive experienced from an every day urgent care. Highly Recommend.

Went in to get a rash checked out, as we have a newborn baby at home and I wanted to be safe. Got there with over a half hour till close. There was only one other car in the parking lot.*Phew, this will be a quick in and out*Walked in, waiting room was empty. Even better, this is going to go great!Tried to check in with the front desk. Sur pointed at the wait time board and said that they were at 2hrs wait time and that they were not accepting anybody else tonight, but directed me to the ER instead. Frustrated, I walked out. Passed a mother and daughter who were on their way in. Waited in the car to see if they got the same bad news. 20min later, they still have not come out..This place is the McDonalds ice cream machine of Urgent Cares..

My daughter and I came here for different ailments. Everyone was really nice, and it was quick. My daughter is special needs and tends to talk alot, the doctor talked to her until she was content. I will take my family back here.

Awesome speed, when I came there was two people ahead of me, I was taken back in 14 minutes ( the board said 30-45 minute wait ). I saw a nurse a couple minutes after and a doctor about 5 minutes after that. The whole process from sit down to back in my car took 44 minutes total. Everyone was super nice and super caring. I hope I dont need to come back but at the same time, with how I was treated I wouldnt mind.

Worst experience ever! I was severely dehydrated. My Dr sent me because I was needing fluids. The staff was more interested in having their meeting than attending to their patients. I ran out of fluids and my husband had to ask twice for someone to co me attend to my IV. By the time someoone finally came to the room I had blood going backwards in my IV and this was just 1 of several issue we had at this 1 and ONLY visit.When my husband interrupted their meeting to ask for help they were rude and acted like they had to draw straws to see who would be willing to check the blood in my IV.We up and left since they werent treating me. My husband was doing more than they were. This place is a joke. They are only interested in money. Not trying to treat their patients.Avoid at all costs!!!! Go somewhere that cares about their patients.

I had a great experience here. The wait said 40-60 minutes. I waited an hour. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the nurses, radiology tech, to the awesome PA. All very friendly and caring. I would definitely go back. Sure hope I never need to.

The doctors diagnose correctly and have always been go to me and my family. Ive had a few issues with them pushing an antibiotic shot on to me (and one time still billing me for it, though my son didnt receive it). That same appointment they prescribed me an antibiotic that I had to give my 6 year old 4 times a day. I thought that seemed ridiculous, so I called my pediatric clinic and they agreed, so they called the pharmacy and changed up the med/dosage. All for common strep. It felt like it was the doctors way of saying...you should have taken the shot and just been done with it.The reason for this review...Their receptionist is a crude, mean person who has NO grace for ANYONE! I have always wondered why and how she still works there. She has a very gruff personality. It feels like she TRULY hates her job.

Staff was not friendly, or helpful at the front desk. It trulyseems like they can care less about helping anyone. So if you are lucky enough to see one of the doctors they are awesome. But prepare to wait. I have gone here 3 or 4 times, today i finally learned my lesson.This is how they run their business.But again, the Doctor was awesome.

I have visited this clinic a few times for myself and my children. Generally they are pretty efficient with a competent medical staff. Today I attempted to bring one of my children in for a strep check and clearly the wheels have fell off somewhere here. We waited for 25 minutes just to check in and than waited another 40 minutes before we left to find faster service which we did. We left because they started calling people out of order and they were only getting busier. People that were there before us hadnt even been seen. The front desk asked why we were leaving and I told them why. The response was they are a first come, first serve facility. Seriously? So when I reiterated that the main reason why we were leaving was because they were calling out of order the response was some cases are more urgent. Ok. Who at the front desk has a medical degree? Explain to the guy who was waiting way before us why his blown out back isnt a priority. Explain to me how hard is it to take the minimum 2 other patients plus us to get a throat swab and start the rapid? I ended up taking my daughter down the road to another clinic and were in and out in 30 minutes. The rapid took 15 minutes from start to finish. Hopefully whomever reads this finds this review helpful when choosing where to go.

Nice people but the bill will kill you... $406.00 for a 30 minute visit where I saw a doctor for 5 minutes MAX!I stopped in because my dentist said I had high blood pressure... the doctor agreed and gave me a prescription... My insurance said we had used up our visits and refused to pay so these people charged me $406.00 for a 30 minute visit!!!!!!!!!!My take away... it may be better to DIE than to go here if you are not SURE ... in writing... that insurance will actually PAY!P.S. the doctor only gave me a 2-week prescription and then referred me to my regular doctor for follow-up.

Quickest urgent care experience ever. In and out and on our way to pick up a prescription in less than 15 minutes.

The level of care I received here was second to none! The staff from the front Desk, x-ray and to all who treated and helped me while I was there were very Kind, professional and courteous! This is where I will be going for all non life threatening emergencies from now on!

One patient ( former one now) says the Doctors are very nice, but the nurses are rude. Patient complaints that the RN was argumentative, called this patient a liar and stayed after the doctor entered the room to dispute what the patient had to say. Calling the patient a liar in front of the doctor. The doctor had to make the RN leave. The issue? The RN did not believe that the paitent had a particular test in the past.

I came in for what I thought was a break turned out to be a sprain. Everything went really quick which was nice but Im still not sure about my experience with the nurses and doctors. They were casual with their approach, the commentary and their interaction with me. I also felt like I was interrupting their hangout sesh. I feel like everyone should have fun at work but theres a time and a place for it. It was kinda weird...

NOBODY EVER GO HERE!How DARE YOU try to make someone with ptsd feel not only unwelcome but out of place due to their service animal. You all should be shut down. Or re trained at least! Shame on you all!!

Went to the Urgency Center and had a wonderful experience. Had a bit of a wait but much better than waiting in an ER lobby for 4 hrs and a minute clinic just wouldnt do. Staff was wonderful, thorough and caring!

My son sustained a pretty good sized gash on his leg and was actively bleeding. Because we refused the kind of tetanus vaccine they had at the clinic, fully intending to go to our pediatrician in the morning, we were asked to leave. They would not clean out my sons cut, let alone do stiches, and we spent the next four hours sitting in the emergency room waiting for assistance. We were treated so rudely I will never go there again.

If you are looking to have your childs foot permanently disfigured with a major scar and loss of feeling with pain then this is the place for you. Daughter broke her foot, they wrapped it too to tight told the nurse that and they did not fix. Long story short, we ended up at a wound care specialist. But dont worry, they will tell you that this is normal care for them and you get no apologiy, no nothing but a disfiguring wound on a 16 year old child. Go to a real hospital.

Usually have great service but not today. They are open until 11:00 pm. Arrived at 10:52 and sign outside still said open. They turned us away and told us to go to emergency room as they did not want to be there until 2 am and they said they actually stopped taking patients at 10:30. Then that should be their closing time! I have arrived earlier in the night in past times and have had to wait for hours in a room past closing time to be seen. Asked if they could just quick run test and get prescription and they said no. Would have taken 10 minutes.

Its urgent care if you go there expecting to be seen right away you are wrong. Like the ER, there are times they are slow and times they are fast. The services my family and I have received have been great.

I always go here, instead of the Roseville location, even though its WAY farther away. Wait times are always short, the lobby is neat and tidy, theres never any weird country music playing. The staff is great; theyve always respectfully listened to my concerns. The nurses, PAs, Doctors, etc have all been surprisingly knowledgeable about my rare disorder (which speaks highly of their abilities, plus willingness to engage in educational studies in their personal time). Overall, I prefer this place to any other Urgent Care facility. Ive always been satisfied with my treatment there, and their aftercare instructions are clear and effective.

Thank you a wonderful staff and the excellent doctor that diagnosed an aortic aneurysm (life threatening) that two other doctors elsewhere missed. Patient is now in hospital awaiting surgical options. So thorough and, accomodating to the very confused and cranky patient. I have already recommended your facility to friends who may need it sometime.

Was at the one in Blaine on 5/17/19. Fell at work, couldnt put any weight on my right foot. Front desk, nurse and xray tech were awesome! The doctor however spent 2 minutes with me, said I had sprained my right ankle and I could return to work on Monday. I told him I was a driver and I couldnt put any weight on it, he said that wasnt his concern and left the room. The nurse came in and put a simple plastic and gel splint on my leg and that was it. No crutches, no pain meds (not that I expected to get them), nothing. Got a second opinion the next day at TCO, they found a fracture and put me in an air cast (boot) and a script for a scooter. I wont go back to north memorial ever!

My first visit with a broken foot.10/10 service from staff. From the desk, PAs, Xray techs. All did a fantastic job.My specialist couldnt further my recovery. He didnt recommend additional treatment for my condition. Excellent!!!!

This is an excellent place to go to. I have been here 2xs now and had the best care!! I have COPD and get exacerbations. Both times the Dr.s, nurses, xray techs, and receptionists have been very caring and quick. I would rather go here instead of a hospital. First time it was really busy, but they still were very professional. I have never rated a place before, but I wanted to, because they should be recognized for their outstanding service.

Was in and out in 20 minutes with my 18 month old. Nurse and PA did wonderful with her. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Will not use this clinic again. $572.00 yes I said $572.00 to been seen for urgent care. No test were ran.....thank goodness. Wow just wow! When you have a $3000 a year deductible before the 80/20 kicks in this kind of price matters.fairview urgent care is less expensive by about $300. The only reason why I went to Blaine urgent care is because they were open till 11. Next time I will wait the next day and go to my regular clinic.

I preferred to be sick than have North Memorial treat me. Doctors are great, but this placed has to be managed by kindergartners. Yeah, thats being to kind. Give me a break on your excuse of your 6 month transfer. I dont care. Any other business wouldnt be in business. Your a joke!!!!

I prefer this urgent care over my clinics urgent care. We are always treated like family. Never been pushed to take antibiotics or unnecessary treatments. Had influenza A last year and felt like they truly cared about how bad I was feeling. I will always take my family here for our urgent care needs.

I thought I had possible strep and came in for a throat culture. I was checked in and swabbed within 10 minutes. I have had to wait too but overall satisfied with the care I’ve received

Went to be seen today. Normal walk in has always been check in then be seating. Walked in again today as I was saying to be seen and that was not the case. Lady at the desk took my name and told me to be seated..... Questioned it said ok. The room was full with maybe 8 people thinking not bad for a Sunday... 25 min later a couple that was there before me, got called thinking it was to the back it was to the desk to finally be checked in.... How does that make sense?!? Why take someones name make them all sit to call them up to check them in 25+ min later. I got fed up and left. I dont have time Im the day to sit in a waiting room to be checked in because the lady at the desk wants to do things ass backwards to make people wait longer.....Ive never had that bad of customer service there in my time of going there!!!ever!

They state online the conditions that they treat but when I went in for a migraine they kept saying I had a headache even though I had all the symptoms of a migraine.....,.nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, and pain on both sides of my eyes but worse on the 1 side. They pushed it off as if it was nothing at all and kept telling me I had a headache. Ive had migraines for many years. I think I am able to determine what is just a headache and what is a migraine. They dont seem like very friendly staff starting with the receptionist all the way to the Doctors. It seems to be a lucky day if you get a knowledgeable provider that actually cares about the patient........Ive been here multiple times. Staff seems to have huge turn over here and now the employees are rude and have no sympathy for the patients. I actually work for a different healthcare company but used to only trust this place and maple grove hospital for my care........seems like this will not be one of my choices in the future.

The 2 times I have been to the urgent care I have been seen within a minute or 2 of being seated and seen by the dr as soon as the nurse leaves the room. From the time I am checked in to the prescription in hand has been about 15 minutes. Great, quick service!

This is worst urgent care in Twin Cities. I wouldnt trust even with my dog to. I was very sick and they could not even see me and they told me we have right to refuse the sevice and i dont understand the reason the place was empty i guess there was samething else going on because i was standing the desk for a while and no body shows up. then i told that fever i may strep throat and the lady front desk said to me sorry we cant see you. This is horrible place dont ever go please doesnt deserve even one star they are not human being.

Brought my 5 year old in who was as sick as he ever had been. Luckily it wasnt serious. So immediately we thought it was strep because it was his throat. The nurse (Chris) tried to swab my son who has a bad gag reflex and didnt want to have it done, I was in the room coaching him and trying to alieviate the situation. Chris tried the first time to swab him and my son didnt let him. He tossed (aggressively) the set of swabs on the desk next to us. On the second failed attempt (by this time Im focusing solely on my son) he tossed the swabs very aggressively across the room and by this time my son was biting down on the tongue depresser.He wrestled the depresser out of my sons mouth as if he were playing with a dog who had something in its mouth, shaking my son and his head relatively forcefully, and then basically left the room in a huff. The person who replaced this nurse was a champ and got it done and the news was good, however I had started to get very upset at how this nurse couldnt handle the most important part of his job. My son is FIVE YEARS OLD, sick, and scared, this nurse did NOTHING to help him or the situation. I placed a call the same evening and have not heard a word from the clinic or any of its representatives. Its moot because thankfully were not part of the North Memorial network, we only went there because our urgent care centers at Fairview were closed that time on a Saturday and they sent us to this clinic. Im still livid about the situation.

Terrible, my son came back from a weekend with his grandma with ear pain so bad hes been crying since Friday night, get in and they tell me hes got a bad ear infection but the dumb.... blank..... says hes not going to prescribe him anything and to wait three days to see if it gets worse.... my kids been screaming for three days already! So the doctor pulls up stuff from google saying your kid could get diarrhea from medicine ok? And my kids ear is terribly infected!!! Telling me hes saving my child by not prescribing anything! I told him I am the mother and I choose whats right for my kids and I want him better and to have the meds because hes missing school over an ear infection, he proceeds to again pull up things from google, I could have done that! Needless to say I said some choice words and went on my way! Also, if your a doctor and referring to google, you must not be a very good one, next time try brushing your hair and putting your pants right side in too! I seen Dr. Nicholas L. Menth, and I hope no one else does!

It should be zero stars! This is the worst place to go if you are sick. The doctors/staff do not really care and if you call to complain the administration does nothing. They will just claim that the care was adequate even when the doctor did not give you your test results! Biggest waste of time

The women at the front desk either hates her job or hates life. She was so unwelcoming. I was the only person in the waoting area, yet I sat for 20 minutes before being called back. Then the nurse was just as rude and uncaring. Didnt show any empathy for my symptoms nor offer me to lay down with a warm blanket. It was quite obvious I was feeling horrible. I told him my daughter was in two days prior and has Influenza A. Once the doc finalky showed up, she rounded out the rudeness. As I am coughing uncontrollably, have a fever and look like death, she asked What did you come in for? I told her my chest is in horrible pain from the coughing and I couldnt eat ir drink because I was vomiting every time I tried. She checke no bloodwork, didnt care if I was dehydrated, nor tgat I had a fever. She listened to my lungs and checked my ears and gave me a lecture on cough medicine with codeine. Finally after 1.5 hours and being the only perdon in the wziting area, I got a prescription for cough meds and zofran for nausea. Thos place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Everyone was very nice and I was treated quickly. No complaints. :)

Just go to a real ER - typically 2 hrs to wait, slow once you are in, understaffed, they dont have all the equip and they might forget you are there for a few hours. If you show up within a few hours of closing, they may send you to ER anyway and double bill you.

We had to go here tonight for the first time. The nurse taking care of us left for the night and didnt tell anyone we were still in the room waiting for our discharge papers! Ended up staying an extra 45 minutes. Absolutely appalled and will never be going back to this urgent care!

Dont trust the wait times they tell you... they told us the wait time was 30-45min to be called back... 90min later we are still waiting.

Worst place to be, they kept me in room for more than two hours and very rude people especially Laura Sims.

Amazing staff, brought our toddler here they were wonderful with him. This is well be first choice in the future!

Charged as an ER visit. Avoid. Asked and was told this would be billed like urgent care.

My girlfriend went in for back pain and all they did was prescribe muscle relaxers and run a blood test and a pee test. Did nothing to even look at the problem....

This place is a joke. Hours are until 8pm however when you show up at 7pm and THEY are running 60-90 minutes behind THEY won’t see you. It’s essentially the equivalent of any retail store saying yeah we know you are in here during our business hours but we don’t want your sale. If that is how their hours are, imagine their actual treatments!

Pay $150 minimum and they still dont guarantee they can prescribe a prescription. So dont waste your time and money and go to your regular doctor.

Listed as an Urgent Care yet billing as an ER. Pretty sure I was misdiagnosed as well.

Brought our 5 month old in and thry took care of him.

So i would have to say today was not the best day i ever had i sprained my ankle yesterday with my dog and today i sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and finally got called in and they took xrays and i can barely walk and the nurse comes in and gives me my papers saying follow up with your doctor i didnt even get to see the doctor she said ice helps well duh i know but i cant even walk didnt even ask can we help you i thought doctors were supposed to help people

Very long wait and understaffed on weekends. 4 receptionists and 1 doctor? Watched one of the receptionists spend the afternoon on Facebook.
