We have been scheduling our employees here for DOT physicals and Drug Tests for the last 5+ years. With previous owners we rarely had any issues, staff was friendly and accommodating. The last year we have had numerous issues - long wait times, being forgot about while waiting in a room, rude staff, staff forgetting to run tests that were scheduled. We have expressed our concerns to Robert Collupy (the operation director) on a few separate occasions and were treated very poorly. He was extreme rude and instead of listening to our concerns tried to turn everything around on us. His tone was very aggressive. We will not being scheduling any further DOT testing at this location and I would recommend that other companies dont waste their time at this establishment.

Incompetent and rude! It surprises me how they treat customers. I have no clue why my corporation still uses this company for testing. The office manager doesnt even know how to do his job.I waited over 30 minutes for a drug test. He argued with me about my fit testing. Its probably why they changed their name, to get away from the awful reputation they build themselves every couple of years. The medical staff is friendly and helpful though.

The staff is friendly and i have been very pleased with the physical therapy results. I have been going here twice a week for over a month, and the same for a previous injury. I only had one negative incident where the time of an appointment i made was told to me wrong. Other than that i would recommend this facility.

I usually dont take my time to write reviews unless the experience was really bad, or really good. In this case, it was really bad.I went in for an employer drug test, the drug test itself usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The wait time is usually based on first come first serve. I was the 2nd person to arrive. The 1st person was called within 10 minutes of my arrival. When the 2nd person was called I started wondering what was going on. Maybe he had a scheduled appointment and these go first? Okay, Ill wait. And then the 3rd person went in, this person clearly stated they were there for a walk in appointment. And then the 4th person. An hour later and the lady at the front desk starts telling the nurses that Ive been sitting for a very long time, and asked them why I havent been helped. The nurse whos been helping everyone else comes over to me, in an unfriendly tone, Have you been helped?! I replied, Nope, not yet. They start looking for my paperwork which magically disappeared. The secretary found it next to the paperwork of the 1st and 2nd persons who went in before I did. When I was finally helped, it was a different nurse, not the one everyone else was helped by.Did my skin color have anything to do with this? Im Asian-American and Ive never experienced anything like this for a 10 minute drug test. Yes, the 4 people who went in before me were all white. And yes, all the employees of this place were all white. And yes, all the employees were unfriendly towards me for no apparent reason except the secretary, at least she was nice.Ill let you guys decide if you want to go here or not. Thanks.
