Thank you for taking such great care and thought through this process for us. You guys were amazing. From the creation of the slide show, guest book memory, record keeping of our flowers, and best of all, picking up my grandmother at your other location and bringing her to the right one was above and beyond! Our Minister, Gail Nord, was also wonderful and very accommodating. We couldn’t be happier with the services we received and want to thank all of you for your compassion and excellence. Our families were very impressed and remarked they’ve never seen such a beautiful display of a persons life at a funeral.

The Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel and staff were amazing. The funeral home in Blaine was beautiful. During these crazy times of Covid-19, the chapel was large enough to accommodate a large group that could be social distanced. Plus they had an extra overflow room with a large viewing screen. They also had a webcasting option so the memorial service could be watched remotely for friends and family that couldnt attend in person. The webcasting could be watched live during the event and it remained posted under the obituary section for people to watch after the event. Ive watched it several times and over 200+ people have viewed the webcast links. During the visitation, there were multiple large screens that flipped through all the pictures and they had sections in the chapel with my framed pictures and added props. Pictures of my husband fishing were surrounded by fishing equipment and nets, Coaching and sport pictures were surrounded by sport memorabilia, Vacation pictures were surrounded by Disney/vacation props and Family pictures were surrounded by Family themed props. Everyone was so impressed by the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend Kozlak-Radulovich in Blaine, MN. They were professional and caring at every step. From picking up Mom’s remains, to funeral planning and the service itself, and arranging for Mom’s headstone. They’re even placing a temporary marker at Mom’s gravesite until the permanent one is placed. I was so impressed with the care, gentleness, and respect they showed. I don’t recall the last time I encountered such a caring group! And the facility itself is beautiful.

Every aspect of the beautifully decorated room, videos, special mementos, and staff accommodations at Blaine was outstanding! Both young and old appreciated the openness to gather and visit while enjoying all the special tribute areas created by the staff. Our brother would have loved it!Highly recommended!

Kozlak-Radulovich was amazing to work with. They were kind and compassionate. They gently guided and walked with us through all the many decisions that needed to be made. We have had so many comments on how beautifully they set up artifacts that told my husbands life story. I had never seen anything like it. They went above and beyond.

I used this funeral home 3 1/2 yrs ago when my husband passed and again when my mother in law passed. We attended a funeral yesterday and loved they way they celebrated our friends life. The staff is wonderful to work with so kind and so attentive, the home itself is beautiful. I would recommend this funeral home to all my friends and family.

Kozlak-Radulovich was so great to work with. The personalized approach was so incredible. The open house had stations around the room, which represented aspects of their life. It actually felt like our loved one was there with us. Their care and consideration made a difficult day a moment of celebration for our loved one. We are so grateful for them!

The video tribute, room decorations, memorial folders and detailed personal guest book was a great way to share memories of mom with family and friends. I would give Kozlak-Radulovich 10 stars if I could. When a loved one passes, especially unexpectedly, you are vulnerable and overwhelmed. Daniel and Karen were so amazing, compassionate, no pressure and they first asked about my spouses interests, hobbies and anything I could think of so they would get an idea of who he was. They took it from there. I provided photos, a list of music choices and memorabilia. They took what I gave them and turned it into an amazing celebration of life. When we walked into the room before the visitation, my family and I were amazed at the detail and thought that they put into honoring someone they didnt even know but seemed like they knew him forever. We all shed tears of joy and sadness at the same time. The music was playing softly, the photos were projected all around the room with videos running behind the photos and many of his items were displayed as they would be in a department store window. It was beautiful. Everyone that I talked to said they had never been to such a wonderful celebration of life and for those that may not have known him that well, they knew him by the end of the celebration. Thank you so much to Karen and Daniel. I know my spouse was winking at me and loved it.

Danielle, Karen and the entire staff were so amazing to work with. Having to go thru a horrible time in our lives, they made it much easier for our family. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our services were. People had never seen anything so wonderful.We were so happy we chose this home to take care of our loved one.

Danielle and her staff were great to work with. They really helped us get through a very difficult time. They were all so kind and treated us like family. Today we laid my father-in-law to rest. Ive been to many funerals over the years, but this was one of the most amazing celebrations of life Ive ever experienced. The staff at Kozlak-Radulovich in Blaine did such an amazing job, and the photo slide shows were perfect! They captured my father-in-law perfectly with the background videos behind the still photos and the displays of his hobbies and interests were so cool. I felt like I was in a professional museum made about my father-in-law. Great job and thank you!

Over the past 10 years, I have had to work wtih many funeral homes and to date, I have not had as positive an experience as I had recently with you and your staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was treated with respect and if I made a suggestion or asked for something to be changed, it was done smoothly and without making me feel that I was being demanding or interfering. I was also impressed by the warmth and friendliness at the funeral chapel. Walking in, the layout was very nice but also very inviting and soothing. It was also nice to know that there was enough staff present, even with a small service, to deal with anything that may occur. I never had to go looking for anyone which was really nice. You and your staff are easily the best funeral folks I have worked with and I will recommend you to persons who ask for help in this area because I feel certain that they will be well cared for and treated with compassion.

They did a great job with my dads funeral. Very professional and courteous.

It has been 5 months since my mom went to heaven. I was lost and confused about what to do when she passed suddenly. My first call was to Kozlak Radulovich and spoke with Nick. He explained what they offered and I said I would let him know. After a long day and unable to decide. Nick called me back just to make sure I was able to get arrangements made. I hadnt and I knew at that moment, that Kozlaks is where we should be. They did a wonderful job! They made the process so much easier to handle. They treated us like family in our time of grief. The funeral home was nice, but the staff, especially the older gentlemen in charge, was very rude, uncompassionate, trying to rush people to leave the cemetery before we had a chance to talk to family members.
