I opened a new account with financial one with Caitlin and was done very professionally. I chose FInancial One based on the google reviews compared to other local credit unions and Financial One services. For my needs, I believe Financial One and the staff at the Blaine office will be great.

They did tell me in advance but I dont like that they put a hold on my check for 10 business days.

We have been members of this credit union for 20 years or more. When we moved to the south metro it was no longer our primary bank. We kept the account open. We are glad we did, we called to inquire about used car loan rates and were offered a very attractive loan and asked if we were interesed in a consolidation loan - We worked with Barb and the process was quick and efficient and she provided excellent customer service to us.

Ive been a loyal customer the past decade...but Financial One has been more loyal to me as a customer. Always looking out for me and what is best financially. I recommend anyone to bank with Financial One! The best bank Ive ever been with. Thank you Financial One for all you have done for me and my family.

I have worked with Ka Yang on a couple of personal loans, and a car loan throughout the years. She is amazing to work with, is very patient with any questions I have that may arise, and her sense of urgency to do what she needs to do in a timely manner is unmatched! I have moved about 45 minutes away from the Blaine location (north) and have still/will still bank with them because of their customer service, user friendly app, and atm fee reimbursement. Keep up the good work!

This bank is by far the worst bank Ive ever had to deal with, their customer service is complete garbage and the way they go about their business is utterly disgusting. I will NEVER deal with these people again and will be closing our account as soon as theyre back in their office !!!!!!!

Barb was AMAZING to work with. She was meeting my new member needs before I even knew what I needed to ask. My account was opened swiftly and my loan was transferred with ease. She kept me informed throughout the process and kept me updated on what I needed to supply to her to keep the process going to completion.

UPDATED - So, the VP of Branch Operations spent some time explaining this to me in a way that made sense - Even made a few spreadsheets to help explain - I feel that this person did a great job helping explain what the previous employees could not - Also gave me a few ways to prevent said issues from showing up again - He was also very calm in explaining things I didnt understand. I appriciate this greatly as Im sure this is not how the VP of Operations wanted to spend his Friday - But he provided great customer support!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Absolutely the worst customer service - Had some confusing things happen on my account - Called talked to 3 different individuals and none of them could explain in any way that it made sense, then the last support person starting getting snippy and having attitude because he couldnt explain it any way of which made sense. Which leads me to believe either they were lying, or just trying to BS till I hung up. Still doesnt make sense what happened. Will be closing accounts ASAP

I have been banking with Financial One Blaine location since 2011. Their service is outstanding! Every time I am there the tellers greet me and are very helpful. Also, Tammi, the branch manager, I have done many transactions with, she is amazing! I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I have been with this bank for 6 years and when I say this bank makes you feel good about banking with financial one I mean it. I have been to the other locations but this one here is by far the best. The tellers are excellent they treat you with respect and dignity no matter how large or small your account reflects. Ka and Barb are absolutely amazing as well. They listen to your needs and give honest feedback. I just feel good about the service I receive from the blaine location. I drive the extra miles if I need anything except the atm which one is located extremely close but I rather this location.

DONT SIGN UP FOR A WIN SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!! This institution takes that auto-transfer at all cost including before paying out our rent. Obviously not concerned for your saving habits if they return your check just to take your money and charge NSF fees all on a day that at end of business we had a balance with an extra $500 to cover said NSF check.

For as long as Ive worked for my company, theyve been using Financial One. Weve never had a problem.

You could not pay me to do business with this credit union again. Every single encounter I have had with these people has been an ordeal. The latest one involving me being interrogated while sitting on the lobby sofa. The woman (I dont know her name, I guess I wasnt worth the time for an introduction) started our meeting by pointing at me and asking What do you need?, while I was waiting for a banker (right after drilling another waiting customer as to why he was waiting). What followed was a very brief monologue of Thats our policy and I dont make the policy. I was there to handle an insurance claim for my vehicle, which is financed by Financial One. Apparently they feel entitled to any insurance payout you receive, and dont care to take the time to even evaluate the situation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION. They dont care about you, they dont care about your finances, and they will constantly refer to you as a non-member if you dont have a full membership with them. I would rate this credit union a 0 star if Google allowed it.
