Great staff, great care. They listened and took my input and customized a solution specific to my needs. (I needed only one hear aid, not two and it needed to be paired to my higher functioning ear. Not easy as I understand).

First of all, I have to say what a beautiful and welcoming office Dr. Binfet has. And she is so professional and kind that it made a huge difference in my heightened anxiety about having something new like hearing aids in my life! I was amazed at the REAL sound they have when I wear them. Not tinny like I had imagined. Other than ACTUALLY HEARING WELL since a long time, I cant tell they are in and if I want to, I can keep them secret behind my ear.

Initially I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, for several reasons including cost, appearance, performance, value, etc. Sarah is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring Dr of Audiology. She is passionate about helping people hear again, she listens to all concerns and addresses them one at a time. The thought of hearing aids was hard for me but after visiting the Blaine location and working with Dr. Sarah Binfet I wish I had gone years ago. Dr. Binfet was very helpful, she gave me a set to try for 2 weeks and I knew then I needed them and I look forward to working with her.

Sarah is by far one of the most accommodating and flexible audiologist I have had the pleasure of working with. I made an appointment for some new aids and walked in with an audiogram, after some discussion (that went over my estimated appointment time, I was the last one of the day) we decided on a particular brand (she had a few brands to pick from) and happened to have a spare set of the aids I was looking for! She let me borrow those for a short time to see if I like them, until my new aids arrived. After a few tweaks in the initial fitting I havent had the need to get them adjusted again!I also been having some problems with a new just released accessory that came out, she and Joel has been working diligently with the manufacturer and myself to get this resolved.I am very happy with soundgate in both Edina and Blaine locations!
