I have been here twice and both times weren’t pleasant. Especially the second visit, I had went and had a few questions. I spoke to two different front desk ladies. The first one (had eyelash extensions- don’t know her name) was extremely rude and was cutting me off mid sentence, it’s like my presence was bothering her. I truly don’t know why she was being so horrible. I kept my cool and left to get something and then returned and encountered the second front desk lady she was nice at first but towards the end of our conversation she seemed annoyed and bothered. I don’t know why people get jobs they don’t like especially in health care!! Pattern up, it’s really embarrassing. Will NOT be returning.

To pushy about covid vaccines I dont have a problem with poeple that get them. But the doctor that saw me that day for a check up kept arguing with me and then walked out of the room. Total waste of my time.

Dr Nelson was SO rude for my physical. she wouldnt test my thyroid levels said they were just taken a few months back but I need it done regularly because I have an autoimmune condition and she refused to do it. She wrote on my notes in my allina account I asked for numerous blood tests she seemed very annoyed with it and not sure why but I have a history of low levels of nutrients. There was other things too but that the main things I wanted to express.

I seen Dr. Birdwell today. I had shoulder pain 12 days solid. He is an orthopedic surgeon. I couldnt believe w/ in 30 second or less after cortisone shot the pain went from a 8 to a 2 immediately. It was completely gone. Remarkable.Highly, Highly recommend. Assistant was very nice, funny, personable. Front desk were all friendly & welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. I give this place 5 stars & A++Thank you

Allina in Blaine, needs to stop canceling their patients appointments 30 minutes before their appointment starts. Not a professional thing to do, especially when they do it multiple times.

I am new to Allina and my new primary care DOCTOR was AMAZING! Dr. Nelson was a fabulous listener and was not the type of doctor to reply with typical memorized responses like a robot. She conversed like a caring person and the dialouge was not generic but targeted to the individual patient, me. She knew, as we all know, each patient is different. We are not all the same. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding and great at explaining medical diagnosis in laymens terms. AND... WOW! She is on top of communication updating test results on my online chart! Thank you.

Very happy with Dr. P Kelkar. He listened closely and found a solution that works best for my allergies!

We love this Clinic. They have a great staff with great providers. I have Dr Anatalak and my wife. Has Dr Nelson. Both are great listeners.

Professional and courteous. Scheduled appointments have been on time also.

People in the lab are great. Not crazy about my doctor and the whole Allina system is terrible. They consistently screwed up my prescriptions and didnt refill them to the pharmacy. My last 3 months of prescriptions have been called in wrong. Luckily I have new insurance and can switch back to HealthEast.

I don’t see the doctor very often because I have been fortunate enough to have great health and when I have gone to see a doctor I felt like I was a number pushed through the door. I started seeing Dr. Schieble and can only say thank you!!! Great doctor, very thorough, concerned, and helpful. Wish we had more like him.👍

Incompetent professionals would give less than 1 star if that was possible. My primary care doctor was a nice intelligent lady. Second she went on leave of absence I realized how lucky I was to find one there that knew anything. Be warned, this is the last place I would ever want to go for care. Hopefully your experience is different if you choose to risk it.

I had some paperwork i needed filled out and this was for 09/19/2019 and they didnt let me know until a week after getting it that they couldnt fill it out i had to have someone else fill it out. Ok so i sent it to the other clinic and they waited awhile too. Even when i stressed to the clinic that it needed to get filled out. The doctor told me paperwork is the last on there list to do. Ok i understand that patients are important but helping someone whose been in pain almost a month is important too. Bad customer service. Its a chore to get allina to do anything or to get a prompt response. Now im back to square one and have to try to get my primary to sign and fill out forms for me. This is how they get your money you need something done make an appointment.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now and Dr Kate Marten is the best she takes her time with you and she listens to you and she works with you and truly cares about her patients

They take pretty good care of things here. As with any office, its always important to advocate for yourself. That said, they are pretty fair here. Theres worse places you can go.

Went in with no Ins. for a Lymes test, called prior to going in to get a price quote, got the bill and it was DOUBLE the quote, on top of that there was no Dr. follow up after the test only a letter. When I visited Cambridge Med. Center the Dr. there ran blood and urine tests to find a serious infection.Blaine clinic didnt seem to care, if you dont have insurance you dont get the care, I pay my own medical bills, they shouldnt assume if your uninsured you wont pay the bill!! What ever happen to treating patients and curing them, they have become accountants worried more about securing interests from insurance companies. One more thing, just got off the phone with Allina clinic Blaine, MN and the person that saw me they said was a Dr. was in fact only a nurse practitioner named Kristin Lewicki

I took the Friday off for my appointment. I arrived 8 minutes late and was told I could not be seen that day. They tried to rescheduled me for Monday however I am unable to go because I will be at work. Felt like being kicked while I am down, anywhere else they would have let me wait all day for an opening for my quick 10 minute appt since the rest is lab work.

Not sure how I’m supposed to make an appointment if I can’t make one online and every time I call I’m on hold for 20 minutes with no estimated wait time or “number in the queue” message. Guess I’ll make an appointment somewhere else.

Dr. Erin Mclain, and Jess were amazing. Listened and highly professional, coordinated and proficient. Addressed my concerns, and lab results with Drs comments same day. Under promised over delivered....

Ive never felt a good connection with my doctor before. Dr. Mark Sheible is sincerely concerned with my well being and very straight forward. Ive seen him for a few years now and this is the longest Ive seen a doctor. Thanks Mark.

I went to this clinic and had Dr Kate Martin she was awesome I actually felt relaxed she looked at rash and my eyes and knew it was a allergic reaction and gave me proper advice and prescriptions also the rest of the staff inside I dealt with were pleasant and professional as Dr Martin was I have had nothing but good experience with this clinic and unity hospital and the clinic there too Dr code was just as great as Dr Martin I will utilize this blaine clinic for my care thanks allina

Second visit to Dr. Birdwell. Argumentative over verbage, porcelain hip ball- ceramic. Called co-worker from a different office a LIAR basically but solved the first problem he missed, and that same answer now the obvious solution and answer without getting nitty gritty. Office visit had me in tears, listening skills sucked and obstinate outlook. I am a scientist quite frankly didnt see it. Called him an ass. Worse Dr. Ever. I like writing good reviews but CAN NOT THIS TIME. UPDATE....called to talk to patient representative now that I am calm, TWO WEEKS AGO, was PROMISED a call back, called them back, transferred to wrong clinic although I called Blaine, and rather than be placed on hold asked them to have a return call instead. MRI results done elsewhere PROVE Dr. Birdwell is no damn scientist, as he SO INSISTS. DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK OF AN ORTHEPEDIC ????? WHATEVER HE CALLS HIMSELF. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE BESIDES. LOVE TO KNOW WHAT GARBAGE HE WROTE IN MY CHART. NO NEVER ASKED FOR ANY MEDS FROM HIM OR CURRENT ORTHO. NOT ON ANY. REFUSE TO BE A STATISTIC

I love this clinic and Dr. Schieble is da bomb! Unfortunately, my insurance has Fairview as the preferred clinic and as much as I love them, my doctor (Dr. Knaeble) is so popular that its difficult to schedule an appointment.Anyhow, both clinics are fantastic and my doctors are fantastic! My FSA?Not so much. All love! #Family

So disappointing when Doctors say they will do something and then dont follow through! I have too many kids to deal with an undependable doctors staff!

They never know whats going on. Im always upset leaving this place no matter what doctor I see, however the lab is always fast and helpful.

This clinic has doctors who will actually take the time to listen to what you have to say an that is not something you see very much of anymore!! Most doctors just blow you off an think you have no idea what you are talking about. I would rather drive an extra distance an go somewhere that has people who will listen.
