Dr Roche is the absolute best.Always kind and compassionate i was with doctor Rotche the entire time through my journey.I could call the office or schedule an appointment very rapidly without waiting for two or three months he was always there to help. He is a phenomenal doctor and will certainly be missed and the Blacksburg office. He has a kind loving and caring heart he sure chose the right profession I wish him nothing but the very best on his semi-retirement. Hes worked hard for it and he deserves it. My personal opinion of Dr. Robert Rotche is that he is pretty thorough. Listens to what you have concerns about and also has recommendations on what might be or should be done next, that might correct or help the problem. Goes over your lab work and explains it to you. On a scale of 1-10, I would say he gets a 10. Would highly recommend him if you are having problems.

The cancer care in Blacksburg Va. are the most caring, sincere and professional medical people Ive witnessed in many years. I always have a better feeling when I leave the office than I had when I arrive for appointments. I feel that each member of the staff sincerely cares and understands what folks with cancer are experiencing. Best people in the medical field. Give credit where credit is due.

Everyone of the staff there is the utmost professional, from the front desk, to the people In the labs and the ones who administer the treatments.

Dr. Rotche has been wonderful. He was not only honest in answering my questions but also he would dispel and fears I had. He was encouraging even on my bad days.
