This is our first year in providing case management services to families in the Shelley area. We are disappointed in the lack of communication and willingness to assist us with linking families in the Shelley area to resources. Many of these families are not as familiar with resources available in Bingham County area as are the residents of Blackfoot. Despite numerous attempts by our agency we were not able to get accurate information until it was too late for some of the families to get assistance for the holidays. We have been very frustrated as an agency and feel that if we cant get accurate information we can only imagine how frustrating it is for the families. We have had to link some of our families to Idaho Falls due to lack of communication in region 6.
