I just came home with my baby girl yesterday from here, and I have to say, I kinda miss them. The nurses were all super compassionate and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They helped so much with this first time mom and I started crying with overwhelming greatfulness when we were getting ready to leave. Absolutely 110% a place I will send more people to and be back to one day. Love these ladies!!!!

My daughter just delivered a baby there and it was an absolute great experience. The nurses and doctors are absolutely Amazing. The cook lady that brings breakfast and lunch is the sweetest lady ever. I can’t express enough how amazing everyone here was

Grove creek was an amazing experience for our birth! The medical staff were caring and knowledgeable! As first time parents The staff were more than willing to accommodate our birth preferences and help us along the way! The staff were happy to let us be in charge of our experience and that made the biggest difference!Huge shout out to Nicole (our midwife), Mandi, Gina, and Aimee (our nurses/breastfeeding experts), and dr Casper!! We would not have been able to have the positive and environment and experience without you all!!Thank you! 😊

I just had my second and my last baby here, I will admit walking into a scheduled c section was very nerve racking. But the staff at grove creek made it so much better especially our nurse Colette, she was a literal angel on earth; from talking me through the spinal block to really encouraging me while trying to learn to breastfeed. And when my son was born and needed oxygen she treated him as her own and helped him get the oxygen he needed. She made sure he was okay to do skin to skin. She’s definitely the nurse I will remember for the rest of my life. I cannot say enough good things about her, I hope she knows she truly made my stay at Grove creek the best experience.Now the food was amazing, and I love how attentive all the staff members are and how they really are all about keeping the baby and mom together and letting them bond.Dr pugmire was amazing as well during my c section, she kept conversation when conversation was needed, she checked in on me while she was doing everything, I have no complaints.

This place is amazing!!! My wife and I just had our first baby and Doctor Casper did an amazing job delivering and taking care of us. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and also took great great care of us. We are definitely coming back here when we have the next babies. 12/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone! 😊😊😊

My husband and I delivered our child here and we were we more than impressed. Almost all of the staff were prompt, explained to our understanding, and always acknowledged the understanding of my support visitors in addition to mine. They were all clean, prompt, and courteous, including the cook staff, and janitorial. Dr. Pugmire was my doctor and she was everything i needed during my delivery. Dr. Wortham was the pediatrician who was there for our stay and he was so wonderful with our baby. The building is somewhat out dated which they are working on fixing things, nothing of the building effecting our stay except the temperature of the rooms which the nursing staff were prompt to help with for what was in their control. We will for sure be delivering here for our next child! The nurses Sierra, Jenny, Melissa, and Ian and the aid Gina were all exceptional for my care!

We had our second baby here and it was such a wonderful experience! I left a review two years ago and still stand by it. This go around I actually got to stay! This child didn’t have to go to NICU so I really got to have the full birthing experience. My Nurses were amazing! Carolyn was with me the whole time and Jenny held my hands while I was getting my spinal just like she did last time 2 years ago! Jenny also has this way about her that really comforts me when I’m freaking out before I get poked with a spinal! She’s just such a fun personality! I was so happy to see familiar faces. This pregnancy has been rough and Caroline has helped me a few times with IV treatments because of how sick I was. I always felt really comfortable with her! She help me get my child latched and help me with the first of breast-feeding. I missed out on that experience last time because my son had to go in the NICU. So it was kind of different trying to do it right away! But she really help me out with it! My night nurses were also great! I’m pretty sure her name was Jessica. That her and Ian helped my little girl because she was having a hard time sleeping. The cleaning staff was amazing the cooking stuff was great! I am just so thankful that I have somewhere close that provides more than a five star experience! I was so grateful to that during the crazy time of Covid that they knew it was important to let you have at least one other visitor with your spouse. My sister flew all the way from Tennessee and was able to be there like she had always wanted to. I can’t begin to express how much I truly love this place and all the people who work there. I missed seeing Sierra but I was so happy and grateful that I had Caroline with me! She is an amazing nurse and you can truly see that she loves what she does and loves being with patients. I never felt overwhelmed it was just the perfect mixture. This place is worth the drive from Pocatello! I truly help that we are able to have one more child and I can spend some more time with these amazing people.

Grove Creek Medical Center is one of the most perfessional and compassionate facilities you could hope to visit. My wife and I had our first baby here and the amount of support, comfort, and specialty assistance was phenomenal. Ontop of their personalized attention, they are so prompt and provide you the tools and support for baby during and after delivery. If you are expecting a baby, expecially your first, I cannot recommend this medical center more.

I don’t even know where to begin. This facility is absolutely amazing. The medical staff is incredible. The hospitality staff is incredible. I’ve told my friends, if you ever want to book yourself a mini vacation, try booking with Grove Creek for a weekend. They took such amazing care of my partner and myself; not to mention the new little life we brought into this world with their help! The building itself could use a little updating. It is slightly dated and the staff truly deserve the best surroundings! We cannot thank everyone enough. THANK YOU FOR BEING INCREDIBLE!!!

All around this place is great!! Food here is Amazing. The chef Rena was awesome. She makes the best food and is the sweetest lady. Nurses and staff are also amazing. The nurses are well educated, trained, and confident in providing help, even with proper feeding cues and breastfeeding. They are avaliable to assist you without being over bearing. And they try not to wake you if you are sleeping when they come in to check on you! Jenny was an amazing delivery nurse, offering kindness and comfort continually.Very laid back environment and everyone here did a great job. Thank you Grove Creek Medical Center.

Amazing place! Dr. Pugmire has delivered all 3 of my children. I have had amazing experiences all 3 times. I was so happy to hear Grove Creek Medical Center opened up and now they had a place just for moms & babies separate from the hospital. I just had my baby (11/30/20) and had an amazing, perfect experience. Every single employee they have is amazing. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, OB’s, pediatricians, chefs, housekeeping. Every person I came across was so polite, educated me on things I didn’t know, and they were there to help with anything you needed. I have now had my 3rd baby and had more then a perfect labor, delivery, recovery thanks to the employees of Grove Creek. I can’t thank you guys enough! I will be recommending to anyone & everyone. ❤️

The staff was nice but my child is almost 6 months old and I still cannot get any documents (birth certificate, social security) because the staff put in THEIR address wrong when they sent in the paperwork. That small mistake has caused so many problems.

The most wonderful experience any new mother could ask for! All the nurses were so helpful and understanding and made me feel so comfortable. Staff took really good care of us and our room making sure we had all we needed. 10/10 the best birthing center around

The staff at this facility made our experience with our first baby better than I could have ever hoped for! The nurses were so wonderful, kind, and always happy to help. The rooms are private and comfortable with room for visitors. Our guests were treated so well and welcomed. The hospitality is fantastic with a delicious and varied menu and cheerful service. I just cant praise the people there enough. They made what could have been a scary and painful experience into one of the best moments of my life. I could focus on delivering my baby in the best of circumstances with the best of people. I feel so blessed we have such a good and caring team in Blackfoot. ❤

Absolutely beautiful place! The environment was exactly what id hoped for. Renas food was delicious and she was very consistent in checking on us and, giving us everything that we needed. Nursing staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth birth process from start to finish.

I loved the nurses and the ability to move freely. They accomidated positions to labor and birth. The food is Amazon g and Rena is a very caring nutritionist who takes care of moms and dads making sure theyre fed and happy .

What a great birthing center. Very helpful and loving nurses. It is very family friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. On all accounts my next child will be born here too.

Staff was awesome, everyone was nice and were pretty respectful. Im a first time dad and we both were blown away by the care. Also a shout out to Rena who is the best cook. Food was amazing and plated very well. Everyone has been amazing. Thank you as well to Dr Weaver. If I could rate 9 1/2 out of ten stars I would.

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We just had our baby here and could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and kindness we were shown. Rena is hospitality was amazing. Always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. All of the nurses were outstanding. We were sad on our first night when our nurse left because we thought there was no way the next one could be as good, but they all were!One thing I liked about Grove creek besides the staff was the process. They let you have your baby immediately. I had a baby at Portneuf in Pocatello years ago and the staff was terrible and they take your baby for 30 min before they let you hold it.Thank you to grove creek and their amazing staff. Keep up the good work and thank you for being so nurturing and kind and intelligent and hospitable.

This new birthing center for bingham has been the most incredible experience! I am so in love with the staff and the care me and my new daughter have recieved. This has the most wonderful experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

All of the nursing staff was fantastic and extremely helpful especially for us new parents. The rooms were comfortable and private and the food was far and beyond what you typically think of as hospital food. The TVs in the rooms had Netflix and Hulu and comfy leather couches.

Very clean and very friendly staff and nurses.. one of the cleanest offices and medical staff around !! Would recommend anyone getting ready to have a baby to go there!!

Being a first time Mom this was the best place I could have asked to give birth to my new baby girl I want to thank all the staff for helping out so much

I dont think i could ever give this place enough praise. From the moment i checked in i was impressed. They took me right back to my room and let me fill out paperwork while i was in there. My Csection team was amazing. My anesthesiologist did so good i didnt even feel the spinal. Doctor Weaver was amazing as she usually is and so were all the nurses. I was put at ease with them. The moment they put my little boy on me till discharge i felt like i was their number one priority. The csection went so well and my care afterwards was truly outstanding (if i had gone to any other hospital i know i wouldnt have received that amount of attention. ) My son had to be put on oxygen and Dr Ullrey was concerned for him. He treated him as if my son was his. He suggested later that night that he should go to the NICU. This amazing hospital knew how important it was not to separate a newborn from his mother. They actually discharged me (talked to the Dr of course.) I cannot tell you how much i appreciate what they did for me. That night was pure hell between a few things and what was going on with my son i just needed to be with him. All the nurses made sure to help calm me down. One in particular was named with a Sierra i will always hold her in my heart. She was son concerned and made sure i was with my little Maverick. While we were waiting for the ambulance to take him to NICU in Pocatello the nurses came out with a laundry basket of gifts for us. And what they said has stuck with me, We give this to the really special moms. I will never forget that kindness. Sierra walked us to our car so we could follow the ambulance down and the way she comforted me and hugged me i could feel the genuine love she had for us and we love her too. We love ALL the nurses we had on March 13. That was the dream team and you are very lucky to have each and every one of them. The whole entire staff was amazing and im so thankful to have been there and met those amazing people.
