I booked online three days in advance through Google. I came in early and the gal was straightening her own hair - there were no customers. I said I was booked at ten and got ready to show her what I was hoping to get. She instantly said that they don’t connect with google booking and she didn’t have me on her schedule. She said they were too busy - even though the place was empty. She was not kind or apologetic - she seemed annoyed at even having to talk to me - like I was an inconvenience. I understand the app not booking correctly is not the fault of the employee but she was rude on top of it and not professional at all. Not to mention she was not busy and didn’t even offer to help me reschedule.

The quality is NOT worth the price! They must only hire the people who fail hair school. waited for the lady to get off her phone while sipping her coffee to even acknowledge I was in the store waiting.

Tried to set up an apt to get my sons hair cut. The girl asked if 4:30 was good and I said no I need it for 6:30 she asked me to hold and then came back and said there was only 1 girl working at that time and she had another appt. I asked when the closest apt after 6:30 would be and she replied back with I dont know I dont know how long it will take the fact that the girl had no customer service and really didnt seem to care is very irritating as well as the fact that only 1 person working is ridiculous. This is why I usually try and go to pocatello or idaho falls

I have never been a fan of the discount chain hair salons. They dont ever seem to either listen to the request or only have the skill level for one type of hair cut. The staff are always friendly so thats a plus.

Ive had probably a half dozen haircuts here. I only need a simple mens haircut, but theyve always done a fine job. They can be pretty busy, so its a little disappointing that I often cant just pop in and get a haircut in a short timeframe. Best to call ahead for an appointment.

There is a Hispanic woman that works Sundays in this hair salon. The first time she said she didnt have time to cut my hair with over an hour before closing time, after I asked her why she didnt have enough time, she cut my hair and did a horrible job. Tonight I caught her right after finishing another gentlemans hair and asked for a haircut. She said she had a few appointments and one was a perm. We shopped around Walmart for about 45 minutes and when we walked by to leave she was texting on her phone. Customer service has taken a back seat lately and I refuse to be treated like this. Us pesky customers pay your salaries, I would suggest either just closing your doors or firing this lady with horrible work ethic. Everybody I know will find out about this, and I will always find a different place for a haircut....

Worst Customer Service and Very Rude. Tried to make an appointment for a haircut after work around 5:15 pm. One of the girls told me she could get me in if I came back at 7:30 pm. I came back to find out the young lady was gone and when I asked about getting my hair cut.....One of the older ladies in a rude way said absolutely not. I told her what happened and she said well she didnt write you down! Not only did they waste my time but they had no care in the world of what they did. Will never try their services again!

We have given them several chances and have regretted it every time. They have screwed up my sons haircuts in so many ways! In addition, they cant keep appointment times and the customer service is terrible.

My 9 year old daughter wanted her hair highlighted with blonde. I was a little nervous. I didnt want her to look like a fried blonde and to blonde. Kinyah did such a beautiful job at making her hair a perfect line that is noticeable but not crazy. My daughter is so happy. Thank you Kinyah for doing such a beautiful job.

I asked for a Trim and got an inch shorter on one side then the other. I got my hair cut a different time and I had to go home a correct huge chunks of it.

I will not be back....I did not get anything that I asked and paid for. My hair is damaged beyond repair and had to be cut just to try damage control.I asked for something very specific, very simply (I thought) and left feeling like I was the reason my hair was done incorrectly and could not be fixed.First she was late, and then I was given attitude about the price I was quoted by the head lady the day before (she was not there until 3 hours into my delima this day). I was not asked any history on my hair, then was again given attitude about what I did want....was rushed from the very beginning and yet it took 4 hours to complete a simple color and cut...and then nothing was what I wanted...not the color, not the style, and not the damage done. She had absolultly no interest in making small talk, or being hands on while I was processing the first, second or third time my hair had to be colored...YES, three times my hair had to be processed,washed and blow dried! Needless to say it is now a dried out matted mess. And then it is still NOTHING what I wanted. I had to have it recolored all one color just to be able to even leave the salon it was so bad....and it is STILL the wrong color!. And when I did leave I had color all over my face! She never appoligized once but did repeat that the person who colored my hair previous must had done something...and she did repeat that she should have used a higher developer, and she did repeat that she should not have toned it so many times...And I cant for the life of me understand why she did NOT use foils to do the roots on the already blonde part of my hair that she had already stated should NOT be rebleached becasue only the roots needed to be done. !!!I finally left with what I had, simply because I had had enough AND after 4 hours I had to pee so bad. I was told I would have to walk through walmart becasue they had no restroom in their salon! WHAT?I had color all over myself, my hair was a mess, I did not want to have to go through walmart to use the restroom.So now my hair is orange, super dry, flat,matted, not cut well and I was told to wait at least another three months before trying to color it again....it looks worste than a bad home box job...The last person that colored my hair was learning at the academy in Idaho Falls and did a PHENOMINAL job, this time and I paid the same price, I am sooo dissapointed. $70 is a lot of money for me to spend on myself...To have it turn out so bad is just so disheartening.SLOW DOWN, give your customers the attention they deaerve, act like you actually want to be there....at lease TRY to show your client you have the lease bit interest.

When I went in my hair was down to the middle of my back. I asked for my hair to be trimmed one inch. When I came out it was To my shoulders. I dont know what that lady was thinking but I would never ever return to this salon. Theyll ruin your hair.

3 different stylists, 3 horrible haircuts in a row. Should have learned the first time.

Doesnt know what a trim and remove about an inch means. One side trimmed the other side is so long wind blows and the hair hits my ears.

My hair wishes it was cut evenly 😲

I went there and when I was getting the cut they left a bald spot

Laura insisted my son had head lice and all he has is dry scalp and some dandruff. We are running the furnace in the evening and everyones hair or scalp drys out some.I took him home and wash his hair with selsun blue and she wouldnt even take a second look. Just insisted he has lice.

Took my nephew a few months ago. It was just an ok job, kind of rude too. My husband went a couple or so weeks ago, his haircut was so uneven and the lady was rude as well. Never again.

I just walked in and they made time for me. Laura was fast and efficient and asked what I wanted, with frequent checks to make sure my hair looked the way I wanted.
