Very prompt, courteous and goes above and beyond to apply for savings programs on my behalf! They took the time to save me over $1,000 off my perscriptions! I can call or drop in any time and the hours are excellent. I sure wish theyd make a drive through though!

Weve been treated well. REVISED We needed a Covid test on short notice so that our daughter could go to school on Monday. GP performed the work. We paid the charge at the pharmacy. BCBS stated they would cover the cost if they receive a receipt with the med codes of the work. GP refuses to give us the codes or at least a full and accurate description of what they did in order for us to forward the BCBS for payment.

I did a 5 start review on gateway pharmacy south 3 years ago and I wanted to do another one because they are absolutely amazing! They have great customer service! Best pharmacy by far!

I always pick my meds up from Dans. At times they get busy but the staff are usually sweet. I rarely have problems. 😉

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 Stars because both of my experiences here have been absolutely foul. I will NEVER pick up my medication from this unorganized place again. Each time they have told me I cannot pick up my meds either for a reason they cannot explain to me, or because theres no prescription to pick up which is complete idiocy considering I had confirmed with my Doctors nurse the day prior that a prescription was sent into this pharmacy. Waste of time. Disgusting.

We have gotten our prescriptions here for over 10 years. The last few times the ppl helping dont want to look for coupons. Never had this problem before. Service is getting really bad. They apparently dont care about return customers!
