Dr. Joseph Carlson is phenomenal. He walked through all the possible options for my bad shoulder. After ultimately deciding on the surgical option, I am extremely happy with the results. At one month out, surgery was a success, and I am already back to doing my favorite activities.

Dr. Norrie was very attentive and detailed in his care when performing my rotator cuff surgery. He was very polite and professional and I would definitely recommend him to future patients.

Although my son received proper care and is healing, my experience as a parent was horrible. First, getting an appointment was initially denied because we have been making payments on a previous balance. After several calls, they confirmed we HAVE been making regular payments, only then we’re we able to get him seen. Next, the wait to check in and be seen was horrible. You could tell the receptionist didn’t care to work efficiently to get patients checked in, then making people late for their appointments. And finally, I was asked to sign a release (I’m assuming) against a wall with the workers hand covering the entire paper. I had no idea what I was signing. When I asked I was told “something for insurance”. Then I was asked to sit in the waiting room after signing this paper. 15 minutes later I was told we could leave. Not sure what I was waiting for or why and what the paper I signed was even for. I will be finding a different source for our families orthopedic needs.

I have been out of work for two years with a bad foot I have seen other Doctors but Chad Carlson is one amazing Foot Doctor hands down I have a foot fusion coming up and Im thankful this if you have foot issues see this Doctor even ask for a AZ cast I have had it for a good time and it stops some of the pain but not all staff very nice we drive from Sidney Montana even though I check in early they still do a beautiful job getting me in and out very blessed for him and his staff thanks Doc

I just want to share my great experience with Dr. Norrie and The Bone and Joint Center. Dr. Norrie reattached my pec tendon back to the bone in February of 2020 after a skiing accident. The injury was not common to begin with but I can honestly say that the entire process from start to finish was as smooth as could be. Due to his exceptional work, my recovery process was cut down substantially and I can honestly say the whole experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone that is need of an orthopedic doctor to reach out and meet with Dr. Norrie. You will not be disappointed.

Ive always had good results in this place I came here for my knee surgery they fixed that up pretty good and my next surgery turned out pretty good on that too now Im coming in because I broke a finger so yes I would recommend this place to anyone

The entire staff are professional, caring, and extremely good at what they do. Their goal was to get me well and return my shoulder to 100 percent. Im sure that this will happen as I progress through physical therapy and the healing process. It already feels great and is working very well. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.

I want to thank the entire staff that has anything to do with my (surgery)s for the pleasant experience and my time in the Bone and Joint and also surgery days in St As.I always tell people who ask me about my experience, that the staff is like a well oiled machine. It runs perfect and the staff is as pleasant as it could possible be.I also tell them that enduring the pain I endured prior to my first surgery was something that they should not endure. Go get your hips replaced and enjoy life.I am truly enjoying my family more that I could have possibly imagined and dont do like I did and wait almost two years to get my really bad hip replaced. Get it done and get on the road to recovery. My second surgery was 6 months and 9 days after the first.I am sure my family is as happy as I am, that they are both done, so they can quit looking at the face I must have had, with the pain I was enduring.Thanks again for everyone that has done anything for me while I was in the hospital.May God Bless each and everyone who work in both facilities. They will not let you schedule an appointment with them until you have multiple years past worth of notes from other podiatrists. Really ridiculous. Even if old practices you have seen have went out of business. Really rude receptionist. Took all the time to set up a file over the phone just to be told she will not schedule me without those office notes. And if you cant get them, too bad Dawn wont schedule you.

Great place very professional will go back

So far, not so good. My appointment was for 10:40. It is now 11:30. No communication, I had to go and ask the front desk what the problem is? I was told they were waiting for a room. I hope the experience gets better once I get to see the Dr. Ill keep you posted as the day goes.

Dr. Norri is a great doctor, engaging and reassuring, at no time did I ever feel worried about my surgery. And the staff is amazing made me feel very comfortable. Definitely five stars

This is the second time I have seen doctor Chad Carlson he is an average doctor. My issue is the last time I saw him and this time I am seeing him i have waited more than 30 minutes both times and I have an appointment. I would suggest seeing someone else or going to another place. Its a good thing today is my day off because apparently my time doesnt matter.

Dr Norrie and his team performed miracles on my broken ankle 2 weeks ago. After surgery, including 6 screws and a metal plate, I have been steadily getting better. The care I received was nothing short of perfect. I thank God for Dr. Norrie and his caring staff.I would highly recommend Dr. Norrie to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

I have seen a couple of different Doctors at The Bone and Joint Center and I have always had great treatment. Dr. Chad was awesome for an ankle injury and Dr. Norrie for a hand. I highly recommend The Bone and Joint Center.

Dr Bopp is an surgeon with Bone and Joint. I had surgery on my left foot to correct a bunion and hammer toes and he did a great job. I also had both my knees replaced and again he did excellent job and I will have him do surgery on my right foot in 2020.

Very detailed in his work. I feel he really cares about my well being and that I have functionality after surgery. I could go on and on. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I have always seen Dr Bopp for all my orthopedic problems. However, he is now only doing a few select problems now so he referred me to a colleague this time. As he winds down his career I wish him the best.I was not however, impressed with Dr Pierce. I thought that he was rushed and did not spend a lot of time going over options for my injuries. I have enough knowledge to know that it is not one that we’ll heal itself. I have since seen another orthopedic doctor and the problem is going to be fixed. I’m not happy about having to have surgery but it is the only way to fix the problem.

I received excellent care for my recent Total knee replacement In January 2019. Dr Joseph Carlson and staff provided excellent preopertive care explaining expectations processes. Post operative follow up appointments and questions have been answered quickly.

Dr. Ackerman is the best. He has worked on me twice and both times he has been caring and professional. I am in recovery now from the second surgery but all indicators are that it was a great shoulder repair.

I cut my left forearm about two inches up from my wrist, through both bones with a circular saw. The only thing holding my hand to my arm was the bottom set of tendons and skin. The crew at the bone and joint center put me back together, I was able to return to work about four months after the accident. Awesome crew!

I will recommend Dr. TJ Juelson to anyone who needs knee surgery. I tore just about everything in my right knee, it took two surgeries to have it all fixed (it would have been 3, but I am stubborn and insisted that I wait for donor cartilage instead of having my second surgery sooner.) I have since come to a full recovery, with the injury I sustained I may not be able to run long distance but I can do what makes me happy again back on my motorcycle. I am so blessed to have gone to such an amazing doctor like Juelson. He knows how to communicate with his patients in language that you will understand. From injury to recovery for my injury was about a year and with my injury I feel that was an amazing recovery time. It has been almost 3 years since the date of my injury. This is not only a review but a thank you to an amazing doctor. I feel blessed to have you as my surgeon in my time of need!

Asked for help for severe shoulder pain. I was asked if Id been seen by any other doctors. I had, well over a year ago. A local ortho who had me set for surgery the next day and last minute told me it was end of year and I could get by with a cortisone shot. The pain continued and Ive been dealing with it for two years now with little to no relief. Bone and Joint doctor Joseph Carlson treated it as a second opinion and refused to even see me after Id spent a month transferring records and waiting for a response. They never notified me, I had to call them. Im really at a loss. I dont know what to do. Ive never been refused treatment. Staffer would not provide any explanation for the denial. Terribly frustrated.

Dr. Chad Carlson is awesome! He is so friendly, and explains everything so well. His nurse, and everyone that works there is top notch.

Dr. Cote was great on both occasions for me and my sons visits and he listens to patient and explains the course of action perfectly. I recommend to everyone.

Dr. Juelson repaired my shoulder. I have outstanding results with full range of motion, my strength is increasing and I am back to doing the things I love. I did my research and think youd be hard pressed to find a specialist with his experience and precision without traveling outside the state.

Dr Cote is amazing! he did both of my carpal tunnel surgeries, repaired my sisters broken femur she had from a bad fall, and did the surgery on a good friends hip which turned out perfect!!

Dr. Bopp did my right knee in 2014 and it was a great success. He did my left one on February 11th. Truly pleased. Not as much pain and shorter hospital stay.

I saw Dr. Ackerman and was quite pleased with the staff and the doctor. They took the time to explain everything and took a non-surgical approach for my issue. I have used their doctors for the last 17 years and have had 5 surgeries in that time with great results!

The worst Dr. visit of my life. The Dr. was I my room only two minutes.

In the 1991, my left knee was kicked in by horse.. Dr. Charles Dahl was the one who took care of my surgery. I ended up with a piece of bone cut from my hip to replace something in my knee and 9 screws to keep my knee together. A year later the screws were removed. Today, my left knee feels plain normal than my right knee.Update 12/4/2019: My knee still good as new today. Ask his eldest son how my knee is when we go on our snowboard trip coming up in February.

Dr.Juelson is the best. He explains things to a person in detail and so a person can understand him. He is the best. Other things could change.

Dr Ackermans nurse cost me several thousand dollars in pay due to her delays in sending in forms to my employer. I called 3 different times and stopped by the office 3 times and was told it is on her desk but she must be too busy to send it in. They will not return phone calls. This would have taken less than 5 minutes to fax it in. The Doctor is fine but he needs to get his staff to start responding to the patients needs. This has been going on for 2 weeks!

Dr. Bopp is an excellent doctor/surgeon. He is professional and my shoulder is healing wonderfully.

I had a procedure done with Dr Dixon, I thought he and his staff were wonderful to work with. They were excellent with reassuring me what we were undertaking was the correct course to take, and everything has worked out great.

Dr. Juelson is a good doctor and has treated my son well with his recent broken Femur. However, the facility is poorly organized. Weve had three appointments and had to wait 40 minutes, 90 minutes, and the last appt was the first of the day, and still had to wait 35 minutes. to see the Doctor. I did call and try to have the manager call me, and after three weeks, no call back. Just poorly run, wont use this facility again, even though they have good Doctors and people.

Short wait to be seen but otherwise the distance was followed

While our family has received excellent care for the most part, we have had a particular concern that was never addressed despite calling several times and requesting a call back.

Dr. Pierce worked a miracle and basically reattached my right arm with limited restrictions in the end. I have great strength and mobility in my arm still and am greatful to have met such a talented surgeon.

Came from Williston bc husbands doctor said he had a cyst behind his knee, get to Bismarcks Bone and Joint Center AMD they say nothing wrong. Hes in alot of pain, so we know its something... Very unhappy with This place. Would not recommend 2 anyone.

I was referred by Dr. Keene in Williston, I dealt with Dr. Ackerman. Hes a great doctor, very knowledgeable, and very quick to answer any concerns. He did my surgery on Oct. 26th, and did an amazing job! For my post op check up I had Nicole something and she was awesome!!The only thing I would improve is their response time to calls, before my surgery (like the end of september) I called a couple of times because I was concerned with what medication I was going to be prescribed (since Im bf my 3 month old) and didnt get a response until a couple of days before my surgery. Even then it was very vague, and they werent sure.

People please stay away from this place. I was transfered here after my surgery on my femer and pelvis in my right leg. They refuse to make me an appiontment with a doctor because they need a cpt billing code first. I have been told multiple people that patients NEVER have to deal with cpt codes. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery stiches were supposed to come out after 2 weeks and I still cant get in to see a doctor. They left it completely up to me to get this cpt code. These are the most unhelpful people I have ever met. Please do not give this place your business if at all possible go someplace else.

$525.83 for a single injection in my elbow. No xrays just the shot. Celestone per 6mg $19.20, seems like a great deal.
