My 19 year old son had a neurosurgeon consult with Dr Kraljic this week. My son has numbness and tingling in both legs and feet with intense pain in his lower back from an accident at marine corp bootcamp. My son is no wimpy kid. He has been told by 3 doctors that he has a herniated disk. Kraljic came in to the room, spent literally 3 minutes with him, told him he is fine and to “get up and walk,dude”. And he stood up and walked out of the room. It was the rudest, most uncaring, worst bed side manner experience I have EVER had with ANY doctor!! He didn’t ask if we had questions or anything! We were mouth agape just looking at the door he walked out of like “did that just happen!?” *WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Dr. William Hwang is the best neurologist I have had In a very long time he is very nice and understanding and the staff were very friendly

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The doctor actually called my doctor on my phone and called them mindless and asked them why they sent me to them. Also right as the nurse was walking into my appointment she turned to the doctor and said this is going to be a waste of an appointment. I understand things get crossed but you dont treat people this way. I have never cried so much in my life

Very good doctor! The referral for medical procedures is very slow!! I was told that they would send my referral in the day after my appointment only to find out by calling my insurance company that the referral has not been sent in yet and it has been 2 1/2 weeks later! So disappointed!! Called to talk to a representative only to find out that they are out of the office for another 3 weeks....GRRRR!!!

Staff was very kind, but communication was poor. They called The week before to ask if they could move my appointment. I wanted it sooner, they wanted to move it back. I couldnt move it back because I wouldve missed another day of work. Got there on a Tuesday to find out that they had wide-open schedule on the Monday I wanted the appointment. They did stay late that Tuesday for me but the doctor was very ill. Not sure how they knew that he would be ill the week before, but they did. I had tests on my arms and shoulders. I noticed that when the electric stim didnt seem to have the right results she would test and retest until it did. Also when the doctor came in I saw the screen with the red boxes and marks on it but he said that everything was fine even though there was a warning box. He used needle like things and the little electric shocks to check my spine but where he placed the needles were not parallel, it wasnt symmetrically tested so Im not sure if that changed the results. My doctor did get the results a week or so later and said everything seemed fine, little bit of a bulge on two disks but nothing that would cause my pain in my shoulders and arms . Nothing was said or explained about the unusual results in the red boxes. Seems they were just a little bit out of the ordinary . Three MRIs and now this and nobody can tell me why I have such terrible pain shooting down through my arms. I was hoping for an answer . I just think the results mightve been a little more accurate if the needles were symmetrical or if he would have been feeling better and not been in a rush .
