I have been working with a counselor here for a few years now. She’s been great to work with, has been helpful, loving, and understanding with all of my struggles. Their billing dept has a little struggle of their own, but I always get answers, the receptionists are always fun to speak with on the phone and I never have issues getting through. If they don’t answer due to being on a call, you wait 3-5 minutes and they answer. I would recommend.

Worst experience or place to go to for help. I actually went to an appointment to be told it was canceled but yet i was not called or notified what kind of place does that to people who are suffering for mental health issues

My friend has been calling and leaving messages for the past couple weeks. they have not returned one phone call and took his evaluation but never sent it to the court. unprofessional.

Absolutely dreadful and unprofessional upper management! The best thing they could do is sell this non profit to new owners so the sellers can have a clue how to treat others. Nightmare or horror story (you choose).....one upper level management needs mental help and that is serious.

Most unprofessionally I have ever been treated when I had a question on my billing, not only by the billing person, but the owner as well. Also tried to double charge me for a visit. Counselors may be great, but I would not trust the business.

Far to expensive even after insurance! Billing is an issue. They continue to submit to my insurance which is than denied as a duplicate claim because they already paid it. They than send me the bill repeatedly even after I have paid it, threatening to send me to collections. Cant ever get through when calling....always goes to voicemail.

We have loved working with Anna Weisbeck. She is amazing and we would highly recommend her!

Dont waste your money!

I was unable to make a couple of appointments actually three and called back to see about continuing with the possibility of working with Summit counseling and was stopped short by the receptionist staff who told me they have a three strikes you’re out rule I asked to speak to the receptionist staff supervisor who would not let me allow me to finish a sentence and told me that it was indeed a policy of the receptionist staff to discontinue the possibility of services This kind of policy would not be good for anybody diagnosed with my kind of mental illness
