The staff were great. They were helpful and assisted us with our individual situation. The hearing aids are awesome (maybe 😂) as now Mother-in-law can hear everything in the house and everything we say. She loves that she can control them with her smart phone. Highly recommend them!

I had my hearing tested and I got new hearing aids. The hearing aids sound great! They even have features for noisy places that actually works! The office was easy to find . The staff was knowledgeable and friendly with exceptional service. I was impressed with the office hours and the days they are open. I can walk in and be serviced the same day, not that theyre not busy. The office seems to have a steady flow of people but they have three Hearing Instrument Specialists there so someone has always been available. The only down fall was the parking...a bit congested.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE their version of INCLUSION because their neighbors may not be the most desirable according to some closed minded people but these guys make it work, exceptionally well, its a win-win!! Miracle Ear makes this a wonderful wonderful collaboration way to go Miracle Ear!!

Great service, Nice staff, great products that have the potential to create miracles in hearing. You get what you pay for. Want Quality have to pay for Quality. I suspect Mr. Shillingstad created an opening in his busy day to accommodate my fathers arrival time. Thanks for doing that.So far his hearing is vastly improved ! He even called us on the phone and we have a normal phone conversation. For the past 8 months that has not occurred. He faked us out in phone conversations and then would give the phone to his wife. After hanging up, she would yell to him to explain what I was trying to tell him. Not a good quality of life. His old hearing aids were not up to the task. Time to upgrade and thus his quality of life has vastly improved. Excellent
