I got a lash extension fill done by Shelby! I had been going to a different salon in town, but a coworker of mine told me how amazing Shelby was as a person and at her work! She took her time filling in my lashes, explained everything she was doing, and answered any questions I had about lashes that I never felt comfortable asking my previous lash lady. She’s your gal if you’re searching for a lash lady!

I visit Bismarck every year and spend 2-3 months here. I have tanned in this salon using monthly memberships when visiting Bismarck. The salon has excellent beds including a stand up. The staff is friendly every time I come in. The owner is a fantastic person who is very friendly and kind. The establishment itself is modern and clean. I usually use the stand up or a high speed bed both limited to 10 minutes or under. The beds are clean and I have noticed no discrepancy with the bulbs wherever I have chosen to tan. Oh and Im a very picky guy. I visited several others before walking in here. I also get my hair trimmed here regularly and what ever else I decide I need. I have no issues on doing this also.

I went for a hair color and trim. AMBER WAS AMZING! She is so friendly and really knows what she is doing. I have a hard time finding a stylist that does really great work, Amber is one of those great stylists. I would definitely recommend her for your hair needs.

After working in a tanning salon for almost a year and my sister managing one, you can say Im a pro tanner! I was really disappointed in all of the tanning salons I visited in ND, this one especially. I figured with their name itd be a perfect place to go after becoming a resident. After my visit Id say nope! Not only does this salon NOT have any high pressure beds, or any upgraded beds, the bed they did have with facials were unexposed! The owner said they didnt make a bed with 2000watt bulbs, but I assure you they do and they are amazing beds!!! Check it out Matrix is the name! Anyway after tanning in her upgraded bed I wanted to slap her! My hair got sucked in the fan, due to her saying that I should lay where my feet should go to increase the tan on my face, since they cover their facials. And she said that facials just cause wrinkles. I hope the owner reads this, and I hooe you have it known that you are a complete fool and if you had half a brain about tanning beds and a successful business you would change your attitude and get better beds! Dont waste your time here. Much less anywhere in ND. They have cheap basic lay down beds, and stand ups. The acrylics never get cleaned and most the bulbs are wore and u can see the black specks! The best place I tanned was a hair salon in RUGBY!!

While on the way for a massage I recieved a call cancelling my appointment. It took over two weeks to get the appointment with Arica. I could of gotten an appointment somewhere else in that same time. Now I will have to wait atleast two more weeks until I can get in somewhere else. Ill never go back to this place. Terrible customer service.
