What an AMAZING experience!! I went for a spa day and it was the most relaxing day I’ve ever had!! It was much needed and much appreciated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every service I received. I did a body wrap and lazer lipo ans lost over an inch in my mid section! That massage was beyond what I expected!! The sauna was a perfect way to start my day of pampering. Thanks ND life spa for making me feel like a queen 👸🏼!!!

ND Life Spa is an exceptional health and wellness service. My husband and I have used several of their services, from chiropractic to laser light lipo to body cleanse and body wrapping and facials. Every employee with whom we were involved or who served us was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and compassionate. Dr Blackwood is extremely helpful and an incredible communicator. He doesn’t speak medical jargon but talks in plain language and helps you understand what is going on with your body and what you can do or expect to archive. Highly recommend N D Life Spa!

I went to ND life spa for weight loss. They provide everything you need along with a coach to help you every step of the way. I lost just under 25 lbs in 12 weeks 🙌 I would highly recommend checking them out. All of the services feel like a spa day.

Be forewarned: The salesgirl WILL lie to you to get you to join one of their $5000+ programs.I was told that adjustments to help with my pain management was part of the program, but it turned out that I had to pay out-of-pocket for each adjustment ON TOP of the thousands of dollars I has already paid.The body wraps that come with the program gave me severely painful and itchy welts all over my body.The infared sauna was uncomfortable at best, and for someone who has fibromyalgia, such as myself, painful to sit in.The only positive I can give is the staff, aside from the dishonest salesperson, is excellent.Overall, I would say to keep your $5000+ and use it for something else. What you end up getting isnt worth near what they charge.

I have been struggling with my health for over 15 years and am finally on the path back to better health. Not quite two weeks in and I am feeling better than I have in years not to mention losing 13 pounds. I have never felt any pressure to buy anything. They make suggestions and its up to you as to whether you want to do them.Dr. Blackwood has also been very helpful with keeping me in alignment.Ive hit plateaus and times where Ive not eaten enough and they are always able to offer helpful advice, even Annie who Im sure I drove crazy texting whether or not something was ok to eat.The program was worth it to help me get my health back on track. You should check it out, it doesnt hurt or cost anything to have a consult.
