Our favorite wellness family! We have been going here since my daughter was two years old. Our first time walking into the clinic they greeted my son and I both by first name. Gave us a tour of the clinic and 100% have made us feel like a part of their family. We got a cute personalized letter in the mail and Ive never been more impressed by how a clinic treats its patients. Not to mention the amazing 10 minute hydro bed massage that Mom gets complimentary each visit!! Highly recommend.

I recommend Maximized wholeheartedly! I was struggling with sciatic nerve pain throughout the second half of my pregnancy. It was keeping me up at night. I was skeptical it could be fixed, but after a referral from my OB, I thought I’d give chiropractic care a shot. Within 4 weeks of starting treatment at Maximized, the pain was completely gone! Maximized is hands down the best chiropractors Ive ever gone to. We started taking our daughter when she was 9 months old in hopes of avoiding getting her a helmet and with the care and techniques used by Dr. Alex and Dr. Kelsey we were able to avoid a helmet and get my daughters head rounded back out! Just about any help you need when youve had a new baby, they have it: lactation consulting, chiropractic adjustments, water massage beds to relieve new parent stress, and tons and TONS of love and moral support.I will never forget the first appointment that I had with them when my first baby was 3 weeks old: I was in the new parent fog and super stressed with all the pressures and unknowns of being a first-time mom. Plus, my sweet little baby girl was fairly cranky, having problems with nursing, and refused to be set down or to let anyone other than me hold her for very long. I wasn’t quite sure what the chiropractor was going to fix for either of us, but I was willing to try anything to help her nurse better.Upon walking into their establishment, I was greeted by the characteristic calm and warmth that is still so prevalent at Maximized to this day. Karli, the office manager, gave me a tour and helped me feel settled. Whitney Coleman offered to take my little babe so I could have a few minutes on the water massage bed before our appointment; it was heaven! She has a magical touch with babies that still awes me. And for this mama, who was touched out and hadn’t been able to hand off the baby to anyone else in 3 long weeks, it was the most beautiful gift ever.After meeting with Dr. Alex Coleman and discussing my baby’s nursing issues, we made a care plan. Within one adjustment my baby got so much better! And the problem completely resolved itself in a few weeks under their care.Fast forward to my second kid: Getting adjusted in my pregnancy was so helpful in keeping me (mostly) pain-free. And when I needed help with breastfeeding problems once again, I already knew whom to ask. Whitney (resident lactation consultant) helped me identify that my 2nd kiddo had a tricky tongue tie and was able to recommend some stretches to help. When the stretches weren’t quite enough, she knew exactly who to refer us to so we could get the best help for our problem. It makes such a difference to have the team at Maximized as a resource!Since our first visit the staff at Maximized has doubled, and each of them add so much to every visit. Dr. Kelsey has been integral in keeping my 2nd baby well-adjusted as her tongue healed from getting revised. Megan and Bre are so wonderful with helping me keep an eye on my rambunctious toddler, as well as holding my baby so I can steal away for those blissful 10 minutes of mommy-time on the water massage beds. I honestly can’t imagine the place without them!Going to Maximized is so much more than just getting chiropractic care for us. We get to be a part of a family and have a team in our corner that helps us with any parenting/family hurdle we need to conquer. I never knew much about chiropractic care and how much it can help infants and children until I went to Maximized! My 3 month old was having issues with stiffness and gas and we haven’t had any of the stiffness issues since going and I’ve learned many ways to help him release his gas. My 8 year old goes as well and he absolutely loves it! Every Tuesday and Thursday he looks forward to going to see Dr. Alex and Dr. Kelsey. It’s such an amazing environment with some of the kindest individuals I have ever met! I suggest to anyone and everyone with children and mothers that are expecting!

As a mother of 5, I am soo thankful for the maximized team!! I started taking my 4th child into maximized because she was irritable, not sleeping, having irregular bowels, and her irritability was causing alot of stress on the rest of us.After meeting the team and meeting with both Alex and kelsey I knew I wanted to get the whole family in! So I started taking my 5th baby when she was 3 days old! She is now just about 3 months old and is my ONLY baby to sleep through the night this soon. Our family loves Maximized! Dr. Alex and his family and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. They have created a new space that is kid friendly and has a homey feel to it. So thankful to find a wholistic care option with a doctor who takes time and is interested in his patients vs telling them what to do. The kid friendly environment they created is fantastic! When my son was born, we faced so many challenges finding a reason for his failure to thrive. We were so incredibly lucky to he introduced to Dr. Alex Coleman and his wife Whitney. They were a huge part of my sons journey of healing, and continue to be part of his health and wellness! I started seeing Dr. Alex recently as well due to injuries that occurred during labor. The staff are incredibly welcoming and amazing at making you feel like a family. And the facility is the best, my kids never want to leave!

Love having them for my boys and through out pregnancy. My 1st son didnt have to get tubes because we came to them. My husband has felt so much better then he has in a long time. Plus they are very accommodating especially if my kids nap over the appointment I can always call and change it.

Dr. Alex and staff are hands down the best! We originally started taking our 8 week old because of reflux issues and trouble sleeping and now my entire family gets adjusted. Dr. Alex has created a plan for all of to help us feel healthy and happy! My son’s relfux and sleep issues have dramatically improved since starting. When we are sick, our illnesses seem to me much shorter. Our immune systems are boosted. We feel like family when we walk in the door! The atmosphere is clean and great for children. My kids get excited the minute we pull into the parking lot! We are so thankful to be part of the Maximized family!

We love everything about Maximized Chiropractic! Dr. Alex and Dr. Kelsey are so wonderful. I’ve had two pregnancies in a short period of time and a pretty significant health history and they have done wonders to improve my overall wellness. Maximized is unlike any chiropractor place I have been too. It has fun and caring staff, that want to help you however they can. They diagnosed my problem and told me how exactly to fix it. They gave me exercises to do at home and good posture tips. They have a very relaxing environment and I look forward to going there knowing that Im taking a step in the right direction. I loved going here during my pregnancy. My sciatic pain was minimal thanks to Dr. Alex. I took my son at 4 days old, and he’s a much happier baby when he’s adjusted. Thanks your Whitney, our breastfeeding journey has been going much better than I expected even with a tongue & lip tie. She makes sure to answer all my questions. 15/10!!

Helped relieve tension in my newborn after his lip & tongue tie revision so he was able to nurse effectively. We’ve been ebf since he was 9 days old! Super awesome place that helps entertain either of my kiddos and helps me feel welcome and relaxed.

I started going to Maximized Chiropractic during my pregnancy as I saw their advertising on Facebook and how they specialized in pregnancies. They are really such a great group of people that work there and are always so welcoming! They have a beautiful space and the massage beds are so wonderful for a quick wind down. They made a great kid friendly area and will hold your baby or watch your kiddos while your getting adjusted or relaxing in the massage bed... super awesome of them!Dr. Alex is really great and really seems like he cares for yours and your families wellbeing.I love that they have so much to offer with help during your pregnancy and so many resources to guide you for the best pregnancy and even all the support offered after pregnancy.I recommend them to anyone looking for really great focused care for you and your family!

I came to Dr. Alex, after 10+ years of back pain, as a last ditch effort to avoid surgery. After a very informational consult, Dr. Alex set up a care plan and virtually eliminated my back pain after only a few months of treatment! When he decided to focus his practice on chiropractic care for children, it was an easy decision to visit Dr. Alex any time one of my 3 children had any issues. The knowledge and personality of Dr. Alex and the Maximized Chiropractic staff is more than enough to set any patient or parent at ease when it comes to visiting a chiropractor. I could not recommend them more!!

I have been going to Alex for about 3 years now and love it!! Its so relaxing and family friendly environment:) my kids also see Alex not as much as I should bring them but when they do see him they love it too!! My youngest was having issues with potty training and I brought her in and within 2 days she was fully potty trained:) It was like she wanted to use the toilet but just couldn’t feel the sensation when she had to go so got her adjusted and she has never had an accident not even at night! I highly recommend Dr. Alex for your whole family:)
