My daughter suggested I see Dr. Travis before I decided to have surgery. Am I ever glad she did. I couldnt have been more satisfied in the relief I received from the treatments he gave me. Great knowledgeable staff... Not the kind of chiropractor that purposely adjusts you in a certain way so you have to keep coming back. Unless youre like me that has multiple problems... I was very hesitant on going to the chiropractor as I always heard horror stories of how it made people feel worse. I woke up on a Sunday morning feeling extremely stiff in my neck and left shoulder. By the end of the night I could barely move at all without it sending pain down my neck and into my shoulder. Monday morning I was feeling worse then Sunday night. I knew it would be impossible and I had to do something. The scheduling lady Paige did an amazing job at working me into their busy schedule. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Travis did an excellent job at explaining everything he was doing and why. Within a few hours I was already starting to feel like my normal self. I wasnt in a constant pain anymore. I will most definitely continue to go and see Dr. Travis on a normal basis even after my neck and shoulder are feeling at a 100%.

It didnt take long for Dr Livesay to pinpoint my problem areas and start working towards adjusting me so I have less pain. In doing so, I am now feeling more energy💪during the day doing other things that I used to waste trying to control the pain.Another big plus is Dr Livesays communication with me, as a patient. He considers my preference in techniques of adjustment and how much he adjusts that day based on what I think my body can handle. Dr. Travis is amazing at what he does. He turned my terrified kid into one that loves to get adjusted. He is great with adults, kids and even infants. The office girls are all great and ready to greet you with a smile.

Im sure I wouldve loved their care if I couldve afforded it. Everyone was very nice from the time of the scheduling to the moment I walked out the door. Unfortunately I had some misconceptions after giving my insurance card to the receptionist and she said nothing about them not accepting my insurance. Instead, I was given a plan that was above and beyond my expenses as a college student and ending up paying out of pocket for my initial exam, xray and adjustment. Disappointed in the way they try to make it a sales pitch fully knowing they didnt accept my insurance.

I can tell Travis loves what he does and cares about his patients because he is always making sure you understand what was causing you pain and how to prevent it. I look forward to every appointment. The front staff are always nice and fun and make you feel like you’ve become a part of their chiropractic family.
