Went in to get some perfume, two associates helped me find what I was looking for. Also helped me pick out foundation brand and color. With their help I got exactly what I was needing. Very helpful and kind. I probably wouldn’t of gotten everything I needed if it wasn’t for them!

Staff is friendly, but not always helpful. Biggest issue I have is that they will have products in stock and in store, but arent available for the pick up option. I always order online and pick-up curbside because of my busy schedule and 3 kiddos.

I stopped today to pick up conditioner and hairspray. I was a little disappointed because I had a few questions and didnt see staff nor greeted until I reached the cash wrap. The gal who rang up my order zipped me through as fast as she could with little interaction. I felt like she was trying to rush me out of the store. I think I will stick to online shopping with Ulta.

The last two times I have been in the Bismarck location I cannot find the products Im looking for. I aways come into the store to buy Proactiv and they were completely out. Also, trying to get a staff member to help me was difficult the past 2 visits. If I need help locating a product there should be someone available. The staff are too busy talking instead of providing decent customer service.

I didnt mind the staff on the floor, they were alright. But the lady who rang me up, from the moment I walked up to tge register...acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Just rude the whole time. First and last time shopping at ulta. Not to mention she didnt know how to spell interstate.....when she asked me for my address.

Most of the time I have had a pleasant experience here... Not recently though the cashier(starts with a K) have not been friendly or even really acknowledge customers at check out! I do believe I should not have to ask to use my rewards or ask about my birthday gifts for being a rewards member... Ill probably just shop online and never go to the store anymore or just use my card at Sephora...

LOVE Ulta here in Bismarck. I can always get top of the line makeup and purchase worry free. If I don’t like the item I can always return it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have always received excellent customer service from the ladies and gentlemen that work here.

I love Ulta Beauty! It is a store that has pretty much everything all in one place. Every time I go there the girls are so nice and willing to help. Sometimes I see they are understaffed but even then, someone will always come and help me. I love the rewards system also. The points add up fast and I always have money to use towards my purchases. The return system is also awesome for rewards members because you you can return anything even if youve opened it, which is nice for drug store brands that dont have testers or for products that just dont work well for me. Also, I know a big concern is that they will be out a free gift when a customer goes to check out but some customers need to realize that all of their signs say while supplies last. Every time I have gone they have substituted something in place of the gift that is out of stock. I love Ulta and all the rewards, coupons, and gifts you get when you sign up for the free rewards system. Its so nice having everything I need all in one place.

Had a 60 minute customized facial early in the day. By night time I could see a change in my skin and my acne look much better. Already got my next appointment. Great service with a great price.

I just have to say this....Michelle at Ulta Bismarck did a fantastic job....more than I expected this weekend with my hair! I’ve been looking for more than a year for someone to get my highlights just how I like it....not yellow and this girl nailed it! If you want blonde hair this girl is the one that will pull it off! She is also a lovely lady and I will follow her wherever she goes! Thank you Michelle!

Went to Ulta for nail polish, left with amazing eyebrows!!! They fit me in at the Brow Bar last minute and I feel like a new woman! I go to Ulta for all of my beauty needs, but this visit was different and even more amazing than normal! Chantel crushed it and I will be going back!

Great people, amazing cashiers, super visited store by the people of bismark. Sometimes the more common products are out, but they stock them asap so just check again. Also can get your hair and makeup done by professionals here. Good place to go.

Decent selection, however they are incredibly pushy and rude about signing you up for their in store rewards. I have been told that you cannot return merchandise without signing up and also that if you do try to return, they will automatically sign you up at that time.

Decided to treat myself to a signature haircut with deep conditioning treatment and did not leave disappointed! Shay manages a great salon and did a fabulous job making me feel welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be back again!

The Salon at Ulta in Bismarck, ND is amazing!! Carlie Wolfe is so incredibly talented! She listens well to the customers wants and delivers above and beyond with her expertise. She keeps up to date on all the trends of the season.

Very helpful stafff once we got their attention. Lady working was real nice to my 2 year giving him a piece of gum when he was fussing. Everything in the make up world under one roof.

Carlie Wolf is the stylist I go to. She has changed my hair from blah to Fab. She knows what she is doing and confident behind the chair. Something I look for in a stylist. She makes sure that I understand what to expect and how long it will take to achieve the look I want. Some things just cant happen over night. She is so helpful and takes the time to answer my questions about hair care products; as I know nothing about hair.

Been to many Ultas in many different states. This Ulta has some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen.

Zarha was working. She had to call Maddy to the front from across the store because her radio wasnt on. Maddy then checked us out, but tried to call a manger on the radio for help, but no one came. She then had to go get Brittney to help from the way back of the store. There was nobody helping the only cashier at all even though there was a large line of 6 people. I get theres other things to do, but Maddy wasnt helping anyone in her department at the time and the manager Brittany was just very unfriendly to the customer (she didnt even look at my friend or I). Maybe Zarha should be manager rather than the unhelpful staff members at this store. But its the only ULTA so of course Ill be back, but I dont want to.
