I am very satisfied with my continuance of care with the staff at Hetland ENT. I had a surgery 6+ years ago and the doctor who had performed the surgery left the area. I then transferred my care to Dr Hetland and his team. They have been outstanding! His nurses are always kind and caring and listen to all of your concerns. Brian and Jackie are also very kind and knowledgeable. I recently had an emergency surgery and my follow up care has been top notch! Dr. Hetland did a great job taking care of my grandfather. My grandfather has Chronic Leukemia with a low platelet count. He had to have surgery to have cancer removed from his face. Dr. Hetland did a great job with the scar/suture line. But when my grandfather developed a large hematoma and heavy bleeding along the surgical site, the nurses grew concerned.The had expected some of the bleeding and bruising, but due to his blood counts, the bruise grew quickly and bled heavily. Dr. Hetland came straight back down to the hospital and was absolutely wonderful. He was very concerned, and attentive to our needs, and questions. He made himself very available to us after the surgery and during the next few days of recovery. He was patient and kind with the nurse who assisted him in placing a drain. He was also patient and kind with me while giving me post-op instructions on how to care for the site, drain, and bruising. I was impressed, I knew Dr. Hetland was a friendly, great doctor, as I work at the hospital, but I did not know he was such a kind and caring human as well :) Thank you Dr. Hetland for taking such good care of my Grampa!

We were very satisfied with the staff at Hetland ENT. Everyone was so friendly starting with the receptionist who took our first appointment. They were very professional, thorough, and had the best technology to discover answers to our questions.

I recently had surgery to reset my broken nose. I am very pleased with my care from initial consultation to post-op followup. Everyone from Hetland ENT and The Sinus Center were very kind, caring, knowledgeable and informative. I especially appreciated Dr. Hetland and the anesthesiology team speaking to me in depth prior to my procedure. I will definitely recommend this group to my friends and family for their ENT needs. I know I will be using them for all my and my family’s future ENT needs!!!

I had surgery for a thyroglossal duct cyst. Dr Hetland was very thorough, kind, patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Before surgery he stopped in to visit once again and gave me a reassurance everything was going to be all right and to answer any new questions or concerns I might have. Surgery was quick and went wonderfully. All of his staff from clinic to hospital were pleasant and did their jobs professionally. Id highly recommend Dr. Hetland and staff.

Drove from williston. Totally worth the drive. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and definitely recommend.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. Appointments are quick and efficient. They took time to address all my issues. Through the process, a tonsillectomy (a surgery I was very nervous about given my age) was avoided...for now anyways. Turns out the major issues are in my nose. Surgery will correct those. So very happy. Brian is a very compassionate man. He explains everything very well and seems to care. Thank you to the Hetland team!

I had a sinus surgery with Dr Hetland and had a good experience. I had difficulties getting a hold of receptionists when trying to call but got quick responses when I started using the clara messaging app instead. Overall good experience and nice facility.

Everything went well. Highly professional staff. Long drive for me, but was well worth it.

Fancy, high end facility. Great nurses. Pre op communication was average. However, when complications DIRECTLY related to surgery arose post-op VERY, VERY poor patient care, or communication to check in on child. Im assuming its more profitable to ignore post op infections, and fevers related to surgery than to address them and have to figure that in on their surgery success rates. Highly disappointed with post op care. If you take on so many patients and surgeries that you are too busy to care or check in on your patients- after surgery- who have to go to the ER less than 24 hours post op....possibly take on fewer patients and surgeries. Just exemplifies what is wrong with our healthcare at large....$$ over care, profits over people, and bottom line over actual doctor/patient relationships. Glad this ordeal is nearly behind us, and my child is recovering well now after being put on TWO separate antibiotics to cover infections that were starting DIRECTLY related to surgery.....and only because as her parents WE took her to the ER, when Hetland wanted to just have her stay home and **see** if the antibiotic would work.....A good Dr would want to physically see and check a child less than 24 hours after surgery who is running that significant a fever. Not impressed. And will not recommend this ENT to anyone in future. Parents be your childs advocate. Pay attention. Personally follow up and refuse to be ignored. Trust your instincts with YOUR child, you know them better than ANY Doctor. Dont allow your concerns to go unanswered, or to be dismissed.

I Thought the MD was Abit cold when giving me my Prognosis, Just straight forward nothing can be done? A little Compassion goes a long way....

Dr. Hetland took his time explaining the process and procedure. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to any of my family or friends.

This guy is an amazing person. He helped give my Beautiful wife her life back. She was brutally assulted back on March 29th 2019 working as a custodian at the state hospital in Jamestown ND and the person who did this broke my wifes nose in multiple places and gave my wife alot of shame to walk around in public due to the appearance of it. But about 3 weeks ago that changed as he gave my wife her nose back and almost looks like nothing happened. The staff where respectful and caring and that helped us get thru these ruff times. Even after the surgery was over I could tell the differnce. This doctor is a miracle worker and has an amazing talent second to none. God bless him and his staff.

The nurses, doctors and the the rest of the staff where very polite and non stop checked on me before and after I went into surgery. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
