I have seen allergists before and he was completely different! He is all about getting off medication, actually identifying the problem rather than covering it up with medications you have to take for the rest of your life, and he has incredible knowledge on complex immune diseases, asthma, and allergies and how they all work together! I have never had a doctor get to know me so well. I felt like he changed my life in one visit. No migraines for 8 months after I was going to the ER four times a month for them! He is worth at least one visit!

This man has changed my life! Please, go see him. If you are on the fence, dont be. I wish there were more than 5 stars I can give him. He takes the time to talk with you and doesnt just throw a pill bandaid on it and shuffle you out the door like most doctors these days. He looks at your whole body as an interconnected system and is concerned about your whole wellbeing. He takes the time to explain to you how everything is connected and how one health issue you might have is connected to another.I have a very rare disease and no other doctor in town was wiling to see me and treat me. Dr Tano is not only helping me but he has decreased my flares by 50%! I have my life back. He is amazing and I cannot sing his praises enough.

Struggled for years with allergies and various other symptoms. Always tired, weight issues, constant headaches, frequently had sinus infections and U.T.I.S. This isnt a doctor, this is a salesman. Using anecdotal evidence and buzzwords instead of research and medicine. He tried to pawn off a saline nasal spray as a deterrent to COVID-19. He should have his license revoked and feel ashamed of himself
