My experience with company is completely opposite what I’m seeing in other reviews. We had oxygen delivered today for my mom. Erik was great, patient and through. He double checked everything before he left and was so sweet. Great attitude. They will be delivering a bed tomorrow. We will see if they are just as good. I bet so.

Terrible terrible. Never worked somewhere where they lie as much this place does. Trust me stay away they will tell you what you want to hear to get you in just to mistreat you work you non-stop and and set you up for failure do to the chaos up top (owner)

Was driving around Homewood today and one of the driver out of no where got in the car before me, and was so close that he almost brushed my car and caused the car before me to break suddenly (mind you it was a two lane road so he had to face the upcoming vehicle to do that) could have caused a very big accident. As if that was not enough he was swerving around the road like he was completely drunk. I see other comments complaining about the drivers, but apparently nothing has been done, maybe y’all would take it serious when he causes a huge lawsuit for y’all to handle. Very unprofessional.

If you value your privacy, do not work for this company. If you already employed by them, think about keeping the company phone in the company vehicle after clocking out. They can always call your personal number if they need you.Discovered IP camera software hidden on company phone along with logs of it being accessed while I was on or off the clock. Some of the access logs where even after work while I was with a partner having sex.Had my suspicions after a delivery audit where I overheard management talking about where I was and what I was doing earlier that day before work. Owners played dumb after mentioning what I found on the phone. Sent a screenshots of found software and logs and never got another response.Afterwards it seemed like all my deliveries were getting pushed off till very end of shift causing me to have to work late. Eventually got fed up with it, decided to sleep in, and got fired.

Most unprofessional “business” I have ever worked at. I hate that I even gave this place the time of day. All day, all you hear is one of the managers, yelling at staff and demanding orders. VERY unprofessional work environment and do not waste your time or let them fool you in the interview. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Meshach (if thats how he spells it), was the driver who delivered my husbands supplies with one other guy. The driver never got out of the truck, instead,he sends a very nice guy in to sit it in the middle of the floor and after going back to the truck to leave,he comes back in to say that he probably needs to show us how to work it. The driver got me so upset because he was so lost,he literally had to stay on the phone with me until my husband drove down the driveway so he wouldnt miss us. We live on a cut off road and theres only so far you can go. I literally gave him directions several times and kept telling him the number on the mailbox and its like he ignores everything Im saying! This company needs to properly train the employees and not only with the way theyre treating sick and terminal patients but driving and all around respect and manners! If I didnt know that these people were coming,and knew that they were a business...I wouldnt have let them in. I wouldve thought they were thugs off the street. Im sorry,but very unprofessional!

One of your drivers driving 85 in a 70 Which is technically considered reckless driving. Making abrupt lane changes and tailgating. Some people need to lose their license and job. You’re representing yourself and your company act like it. Fine outfit you all run.

I had the opportunity to interview for a DME setup and delivery position with this company.I waited patiently for 30 minutes past my scheduled interview time. The interview manager called me in only to take an extensive phone call from his mother.Thereafter, he discussed the finer points of sleep studies and erectile dysfunction. The interview lasted 5 minutes with him stating that I would receive a call on Monday. He wasn’t the guy to make these specific hiring decisions.Never called me back. The office had a sporadic feel and was totally disorganized. Wouldn’t care to hear from them. Extremely unprofessional.

Driving west bound on hwy 280 today. A truck from this company cuts me off for no apparent reason- 5:00 on a Sunday- mile marker 98- not much traffic at all...then proceeds to throw multiple cans out the driver side window! Careless driver and littering! I see multiple bad reviews here... I’ll be sure to steer clear of this company!

This supply company is the absolute worst. They have brought broken/incorrectly functioning equipment to us twice, made us wait several days for a replacement, damaged my floors, allowed a priority order which is a 3-6 hour turnaround to be placed then 8 hours later when the order was checked on hospice was told they dont do priority orders on that product and it would be the next day. Nobody called from the company to let us or hospice know this. There is never an estimated delivery time given so youll have to sit waiting all day for products that in my experience may not come at all or if it comes its probably to be dysfunctional. Their beds and mattresses are junk. They are the cheapest most basic beds Ive ever seen in my life. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not get involved with these people. The left hand has NO idea what the right hand is doing. I dont think either hand knows what its doing.

Totally unprofessional. Even the owner of the company!
