Before we moved out of state, we had been with Right at Home from when they first started and were their longest-serving client. To be honest, we miss this agency! The owner, Beau, and Alecia, office manager, were top rate. They had our back, so to speak. Their commitment was to getting us care, good care. It took awhile before they were able to find the right fit - unfortunately all agencies have this issue - but now that we are away, we miss them a lot. I heartily recommend them. However, I tell everyone, always be around no matter what agency you have. This is not a substitute for family, just a help for family to be sure your loved one gets the right care.
