Very kind and the most thorough explanation of how to take my medication that I’ve ever had. My NP also gave me some great tips and tricks of things to use over the counter to help relieve my symptoms. I was surprised at the level of service. Great experience!

No compassion whatsoever. My sister-in-law is a Hurricane Ida evacuee & the doctor refused to see her to have a prescription refilled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, $$$ & above all have your family members treated like they dont matter.

The nurse practitioner stood at the door never coming close to me. She told me if I feel like someone is squeezing my heart or feel like someones sitting on my chest go to the ER. I was given over the counter RX for acid reflux. After I told her Ive taking tht stuff and its not working I think something else is wrg. Total waste of time and money. Im seeking additional treatment today.

I walked in for SINUS issues, (i had COVID and went through my two week isolation period) and got a negative test after said COVID issues, i was okay for one maybe two days before i started to get severe sinus problems. i walked in this clinic to attempt to tell her what was happening and the lady at the front desk was so rude! she cut me off immediately saying “we’re done with COVID testing for today”, and i was trying to explain i did not need a COVID test as i already received a negative one, and she rolled her eyes and said even more rudely, “we are DONE WITH COVID FOR TODAY”. i explained i just needed a Z pack or steroid shot or something of the sort to get past this, and she rolled her eyes and would not say another word to me. i have never had anyone talk to me like this, especially when it was very uncalled for. i do not recommend this placeupdate: after reading everyone else’s experiences i’m just wondering why in the world the receptionist still works there.

Sent employees and myself today to get tested to see whos positive and not. All employees were done in 45 mons except for one. Its now been 3 hours and still in waiting room. Only diffence between other employees ND this one is Insurnace the rest had insurance and this one did not.***update receptionist at the front is rude******told my employee I cant talk to their employees like that but they can talk to customers like that***

Ridiculous wait time at this location!!! Came in at 1:15 was told they were really busy, put my name on a list was asked to return at 2. At 2 pm was signed in for an appr and my license & insurance cards were taken. 2 HOURS LATER I am still waiting!! Why not in the very beginning schedule me to come back 3 hours later instead of wasting time there when already not feeling well.

I have been going here for over two years for almost all my general care and urgent care needs. I have seen every doctor and nurse practitioner here. Check in is very simple. They have recently required that you give them credit or debit card information to leave on file, so that if you have cost outside of insurance they can charge your card. They said they wouldnt charge the card without calling first and getting approval. Im not sure why they are doing this. I mean if you cant charge the card without my approval then why not just get the card number when you call me with my balance. I have a primary and secondary insurance so I have no copay or out of pocket costs. But I was still required to give them my card information. The front desk/check in staff are not friendly. They can even be rude. The other staff that do your initial vitals are so so friendly. But the doctors are amazing. Every male doctor has been very knowledgeable about whatever illness brought me in that day. They ask questions and they listen to what I have to say. Now I have seen a female doctor on two occasions and she is not friendly. She does not listen and she makes you wish you had the other doctors. She refused to refill an anti-inflammatory, which is not a controlled substance, even though I had the empty bottle in my hand. She just doesnt care and she acts like she doesnt care. Even when they are busy, the wait time is relatively short here. Usually Im in and out in less than an hour. I noticed when they are busy, they actually hustle to get you checked in and seen by the doctor. They have an on-site pharmacy. This is super convenient. By the time you get out to the lobby your prescription is filled and waiting for you. The pharmacist have always been super friendly as well. I would recommend this location. Overlook the staff because the doctors are amazing.

This is a great place to go. Everyone was very nice and caring. I was in and out within 1 hour.

I really like Dr Hawkins. He seems to be the only doctor that knows what he is doing. The nurse practioner is very rude.

The doctor gave me another patients prescription (malpractice)and doctors excuse(HIPA). Obviously he was ready for his memorial day weekend to start. I went in for a back injury from.work and was given a steroid shot. Evidently he didnt look at the list of medicine I was taking because the injection shot my sugar over 700(it wouldnt even read on the glucose meter) and almost sent me into diabetic shock. Of course Im not a doctor and didnt know that was an effect of the shot but he should have! Beware of Dr. JERRY HANKINS if you do go to this location. This is why I dont go to doc in a box! But i was in alot of pain...and still am.

If I could give less than a one I would. My entire family was recently diagnosed with covid at this location. My parents both saw the same provider but somehow did not get the same prescriptions. I called the next day to try to get my mother a prescription and I was told that it would be no problem and that it would be done by noon. It was never done and I called again and was once reassured that it would be sent to my pharmacy. It never was. Here I am the next day still waiting for a prescription for my mother that I was assured would be done days ago. This facility and staff are awful.

The only thing you’ll get here is a bad attitude. Waited for over 2 hours, the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the entire staff were not following proper covid infection control. Not to mention, the facility itself seemed very dirty and needed a lot of updating. Not a good look for somewhere you expect to be clean and get better. I’m usually pretty understanding of isolated bad experiences, but this seemed like a chronic toxic environment with a bunch of “that’s not my job” minded employees.

Receptionist is rude. Dr is rude. Staff is rude. They dont know how to do their jobs. People walked in and be seen 30 mins later and people been sitting here for 4 hours waiting to be seen.

My name is Danny King. birthday is 07/08/1957..On April 9th I went to the office on gateway. I was told I had bronchitis. On the patient was a list of medications. I was given a hand held nebulizer to use at home.. I was not given the instructions or medication for the nebulizer. I have called numerous times to find out why or maybe send the med to my pharmacy to no avail... that was almost a month ago.. if i need the nebulizer and med and instructions how about calling me to iron out this poor service...

Doctor was extremely rude because I wanted a covid AND flu she wanted to just give me a covid test because she was 100% positive I did not have the flu then the nurse came in to test me and was absolutely rough with the flu swab and not the covid my nose was not just barley bleeding but dripping all over my clothes and here 2+ hrs later my nose is still bleeding I’ve had both tests before and never had that problem ever !

The staff was friendly and Dr was knowledgeable.

3 hours sitting in the waiting room and still havent been called back. About to walk out and leave. This is the last time I will ever come here. Med Help is way better and way faster at taking care of people. Would have gone there but they were closed today. Dont waist your time to go here. So not worth it.

I was there yesterday, doctor said I had bronchitis gave me two shots and not five minutes down the road I had a severe reaction had to call 911. Easy check in process, courteous staff. I came in around 3:30 on a weekday afternoon and was helped quickly. Did have some wait time in the waiting room then exam room but better than my normal hospital experiences. I had a good experience at this urgent care clinic.

The receptionists here are wonderful and were great about calling me back. However, the social distancing in the waiting room is not well practiced. Additionally, the wait time inside the facility was longer than I was comfortable with. I spent 15 minutes in the waiting room and an hour in the back waiting to get a nasal swab. I would very much recommend that a different method of queuing be enforced to allow for more practical and safe social distancing.

I went to this building to do a covid test because recently I was in contact with a family member who tested positive, very professional the nurse who attended me but it did not seem absolutely unsuitable to hear the colleges outside the room practically laughing and joking for the motivation of my being here.so rude and unprofessional.

I have been waiting to do my review, so I have had 3 different experiences here and all the experiences all 3 times were horrible but my last visit was the one that got the cake. If you get injury on the job do not go here because they don’t care. I sat for 3 hours before I was seen for a follow-up had to ask twice when I would be seen, can you imagine people walking in long after you got seen way before you, when I was seen and put in an exam room I sat there waiting only to hear two ladies saying that they don’t like doing workers com because it slows you down and too much paperwork, I wondered if they knew I could hear them. my thing is if it’s too much of an hassle then stop seeing these patients, because their clipboard will sit on the counter and the nurses or whatever they are call will just look on it then move to the next person so they won’t have to do a lot of paperwork because it slows them down. I repeat do not go here for a work related injury.

They are wonderful! I dont have health insurance and they still gave me excellent care! I wasnt overcharged either. The staff were suped nice! Even with getting Xrays done and prescribed medication I didnt spend over $250! Which is amazing in my book. Anytime I need to see a doctor I will always go back to American Family Care. 5 Star rating in my book!

I went to this location on September 18th 2020 for a follow up for Work comp Dr. Marotta was very rude he came in the treatment room and asked if I were here for a CO-VID shot I said no for a follow-up for work-comp he then blowed his nose and did not wash his hands and then he asked me to put my mask back on I was only answering his question he asked me and then he tried to force me to go to a ortho doctor that he liked I told him I liked UAB and he still tired to force me to go to the one he liked because he doesnt like UAB. If hes trying to protect his self from germs then he needs to follow basic hygene and washed his hands! And just because he dont like UAB that doesnt give him the right to try and force me to go to a doctor of his choice. If this is the way he treats patient Ill never come AFC for witk-,comp again.

The staff is rude!! They act as if they dont want to help. I cant say that about all of them but Ive been there four times and theyre rude especially the front desk. Sitting there talking about everything except the customers.

Horrible service. Tried telling me my insurance didnt cover a covid test because it had been 4 days since my last test. Called my insurance company to find what I had been told was not true. The lady also raised her voice and had an ugly attitude towards her coworker about the whole thing. I wouldnt reccomend this place for my dog.I believe the staff thinks some people are incompetent to their tactics and it just felt like they were trying to skim... Go somewhere else.

Went in today after cutting my knee pretty bad working in the yard. Intake process was smooth considering how busy they were. They got me back quick and the nurse was kind and personable. I needed 6 stitches and was particularly lucky since the doctor they had working today was actually a surgeon! Stitches went quick and painless and I’m sure they will heal great since he was a pro. Onsite pharmacy was also convenient. Hopefully I don’t do this again but if I did I would definitely go back there

The staff was so very friendly & efficient. The wait time was no time. I was having problems with my hip & was nicely offered a wheelchair. The staffs assistance & treatment was so very helpful. Dr. Roman is the best. I always feel better after my visit. Dont want to get sick again, but if I do I Will return to AFC Trussville Location.

I’ve been to this location multiple times over the past few years and each time, I’ve received exceptional care. My need for assistance tonight was no different; my injury required immediate assistance and the front desk associate, nurses and sweet doctor made sure to tend to my bleeding wound and well. From front desk to private room, I was cared for, heard and assisted. Several stitches later, I was out the door and headed home. It means the world to me to receive the care I deserve and desire, thank you AFC for treating me and my person so wonderfully, I appreciate the team!

Great service! Victoria mainly assisted me and the service was great. Had to wait for an hour but during COVID, other patients visiting and being a walk-in. I was happy with this location.

Everyone was wonderful there, very helpful and kind. They were also expedient and professional. I was very impressed with the service. When I didnt seem to be much better by the end of the week, they even checked with the doctor who treated me earlier in the week (Doctor Roman) to see if I should come in again. She was super accommodating and saw me almost immediately. And, its weird but I didnt even mind going a second time...which Ive never said about any clinic Ive ever been to before. I feel I am in good hands and hopefully on the mend. I know for sure they didnt leave any stone unturned as Dr. Roman was detailed and thorough, while also getting me on my way as quickly as possible which I appreciated (quick, but not rushed, by any means, if that makes sense). I also love that there is a pharmacy right there inside the clinic. The pharmacist was equally as helpful, kind, and professional. For a place I would rather not have had to go 😜, I would definitely go back (although hopefully I wont need to too soon 😜) and would most certainly recommend American Family Care to anyone else. I would not use this place for getting a Covid 19 test for International travel. The staff is confused.We received the wrong test after explaining the situation.

Awesome place with professional and pleasant people. Everyone is very helpful and tried very hard to make sure my grandson, 11, was comfortable and not frightened by being at the Dr. Office. He likes it so much that he wants to go back and take cookies when he feels better.

I had a quick experience getting tested for Covid last Tuesday but its very unsettling when I call 6 days out and cannot even speak to anyone on the phone. It rings and rings and then someone picks up and immediately hangs up. It is very frustrating when I need to let my employer know something and I NEED to know something for peace of mind.

Once I got called back, I was triaged quickly and then seen by the doctor not long after. There was not a ton of waiting around to be seen and treated. I really appreciated the service. They fixed me right up with shots and prescriptions, and I feel so much better today! I wish I had not waited so long to go to the doctor.

Ive never had a bad experience there until yesterday. Went to my pharmacy after to pick up the scripts and was told one wasnt sent by the MD. I called and was told it was by a receptionist. My husband called 2 other times to be told the same thing. He went by there today to check. He was then told by one receptionist that it wasnt prescribed so could not have been sent to the pharmacy. The girl who told us both that it was sent was sitting right next to her. He proceeds to use their pharmacy to get the script filled and had to check after about 15 min to be told she needed out insurance information again. TERRIBLE communication and customer care this time. Very lazy receptionist. Straight up lied and didnt even check on what she claimed had been done. Super disappointed. Nurse practitioner was wonderful and caring.

In February 2020 my husband went to American family care and was treated. He went back again two weeks later for a recheck since he was not much better, but the front desk refused to let my husband see one of the doctors there to get the care he needed because he only had cash and a check. The front desk told us that he could not receive care at American Family Care because they only accept credit cards. We were told that because we did not bring a credit card we would have to go elsewhere to get medical treatment. They would not let him get treated because he only had cash and a check. Refusing treatment because you have cash or a check and not a credit card seems to me to be against medical ethics. If you don’t have a credit card you will need to apply for one if you want to go to American family care. If you have a credit card be sure to bring it with you otherwise you will not be treated and will be turned away and told to go elsewhere for medical treatment. That is what happened to us.

It would have been nice to be given more than a day on work excuse. I came in Monday 9/9 afternoon and was initially set to return to work on 9/11. It would have been nice to be given more than 1 full day to recover.I ended up calling back to request another day on my work excuse, and will need to go back to pick it up. That was a little inconvenient. Other than that, no issues.Everyone was nice and friendly and I was seen quickly. Thats very important when you arent feeling well. Thanks for great service! Ill definitely be back

The office staff was very unhelpful with my concerns about the drink machine in the office taking my money.. then when I called the number on the machine couldnt contact anyone.

I originally went to the location on Montclair but was told the wait would be an 1 ½ hr or longer. She kindly told me the nearest location was in Trussville. Thankfully I took her advice. There was no wait and I was treated in no time. Staff worked efficiently and professional. I was also able to fill my prescriptions at that location which was very convenient. I wish this was an option at more locations. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with all of the AFC staff I encountered at both locations.

I dont know how anyone can write a good review about this place. I have gone twice. Both times I saw a different doctor. Neither of them seemed to care at all. They didnt check me or anything. Just let me say what was wrong, gave me a shot, and sent me out. I never got better. It took a while to be seen, and the doctors were in such a rush, they didnt even stay in the room for 2 minutes. I will never be back.

In and out in 1 hr. And 45 min. Had temp, blood pressure, taken;met Dr. Romanhad sinus X -ray, blood drawn, and 2 shots given. And spoke with Dr. Romanagain! Very efficient staff!😀

This place is horrible. Mom went in at 2:00pm to be seen and sat till 6. She and some others went to the front desk to see what was going on turns out the girls at the front desk did not have everyone signed in. They were over looking names and not paying attention to who was going and coming in. We will never go back there again. We asked for our copayment back and left.

Everytime my family or I call to see what Dr.is working noone answers the phone it rings and rings then someone hangsup on us...

I love Dr. Vic Bonuel and love Dr Thomas Dodd, they theyare so wonderful..... The reason that I gave one star is because every time that I call when the phone rings after a few rings the receptionist hangs the phone up

I am giving an extra star bc I like the DR. Deidra but this front desk receptionist has been takin literally over an hour to type in my drivers license information which then allowed at least 7 people to go ahead of me bc I AM NOT here for covid 19 testing. Im trying to see if I have a hernia or not and I am in pain...while the one front desk clerk takes her sweet sweet time...this is a joke and I am not laughing...lucky I gave 2 stars. Also sign on door say no one can enter without a face mask but receptionist is not wearing one at all seems strange...taking g my one extra star away one left bc I like doctor who I am going to see if hell freezes over..lol..again ridiculous!!!

Dr. Dodd was very calming to talk to. He handled my issue very precisely. The staff was very friendly and professional. U Save Pharmacy was amazing and knowledgable as well. I highly recommend American Family Care for several issues.. illness to handled in a very professional way.

The service at trussville is terrible. Doctor automatically assumed I had Covid did not offer to treat the other symptoms said he would give a steroid shot did not, I told the lady I would fill my prescriptions there, when I got ready to leave another lady comes in and said your medicine has been called in to your pharmacy, got to the pharmacy it was not there. There are no communication skills between the doctors and nurses, the worst place ever and will never return there, and I will also post this on social media and call my insurance company and tell them not to pay you a dime because you did nothing.

I love this place. I always get better care here when I’m sick than I ever have at a primary care physician’s office. The last two times I have had to go, I’ve actually been pretty sick. They see me quickly and start with some kind of treatment within minutes to help my breathing. ( I have asthma so anytime I get sick, it involves my lungs.) I highly recommend this location of American Family Care. Whether you see a doctor or a nurse practitioner, you will leave with a treatment plan that’s best for you.

Waited 3 hours for a dot physical. 🙄There were maybe 3 people when we signed in. Even called to ask schedule before. Staff was nice but the wait for a physical was a bit outrageous.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And that includes meds from U-Save Pharmacy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and had a great attitude! And Dr. Hankins was phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could! The pharmacist was also spectacular!

Went into this clinic last night. I had a kidney infection. Care was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I was given an antibiotic that was filled on the spot. Im already feeling much better!Highly recommend American Family Care!

This location of American Family Care is the one my family always goes to when we dont feel well. Even though I have other doctors, I feel really good about coming here, because I get good treatment from everyone, from the front desk people, to the techs and nurses, to the doctors, and then the Pharmacy. They are close by us and it takes less than ten minutes to run up there, when I decide, like the other day, that I just cant take my symptoms anymore. I know it helped, because I feel so much better today. Thanks, American Family Care.

This was my second visit to AFC at this location. My first experience was a good one and thats what prompted me to go for a second visit. Again, the staff was prompt, curtious, friendly and very professional. They were thorough in their examination of me and made me feel at ease. I was even feeling better by the time I left. I recommend this location highly and have already referred someone else to visit.#***** I give them 5 stars

Takes almost 2 hours to be seen. Different staff each time and now you have to leave a CC card so they can withdrawal a payment. You got 5 days to make sure you have funds or you with be in the red with your bank. Didnt get to see the doctor.

After waiting over an hour in the exam room waiting for my very sick child to be seen, I went out to the nurses station to ask very nicely about how much longer it would be. I was met with a well, we only have one doctor, what did you expect kind of attitude. Its also nice to know that their lunch conversation is more important than treating the sick patients. I firmly believe that the er would be quicker next time.

I really like this clinic. They are always so sweet and professional. The wait may sometimes be a little long, but given how many patients they see, its really not so bad. Its no worse than any other doctors office Ive ever been to.

Ive been here since a little before 8:30 am. It is now 10:30. I have been waiting in this room and I have not see anyone yet other than the unfriendly registration staff and the triage lady. Ive sat here and listened to some lady talk and curse for at least 30 mins about some form she was trying to fill out only to follow up with ok.. Im going to see room 7 now. Patient care/satisfaction does NOT seem to be a priority here.

They won’t even answer the phone when I call

I came in here New Years Day 2020 with my boyfriend because he was having some flu symptoms. The place was pretty packed when we walked in so we were seated in the waiting room for about 1 hour and 30 minutes which is sort of expected in a doctor’s office. The nurse finally called us back and took his vitals etc. Finally we went into the examination room. We waited for the doctor in the examination room for about a hour before he came and said he was going to test him for the flu. The nurse came in and carried out a nose swab procedure. She told us it would take about 15 minutes for the results which 15 minutes turned in 30-45 minutes.. other than that they seemed very helpful and informative.... But. It just took way too long.

I love that this place is open on the weekends, We came in yesterday, Saturday afternoon. Between me and the kids this was our 3rd visit since november . Overall we love this place. The staff are great! Dr.Slukster was awesome! And the pretty young lady who always sits upfront is so sweet and very helpful. Hopefully we wont need to but if necessary we will be back!

WAITING TOO LONG IN THE EXAM ROOM FOR THE LAST TWO VISITS IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE, ESPCIALLY SINCE THEY WERE NOT BUSY, AND I COULD HEAR THE CONVERSATIONAL BANTER. DR. ROMAN HAS NEVER KEPT ME WAITING SO LONG. SHES GREAT!Thanks to her, on 2/9/18, she recognized my TIA, called the paramedics, who transmitted me to the ER, where I had Cat Scans and an MRI, and was admitted.

3/14/2018 Came in and was treated right away. Staff was friendly and helpful, the doctor was amazing and very informative. Unlike the Roebuck location that turned me away at 5:55pm, claiming corporate policy allows them to lock the doors. But first I was told the doors were locked because a homeless guy was walking in the parking lot. Whatever! Ill go to the Trussville location in the future, dont trust the Roebuck location with my health needs.

My doctor was great. Ive been treated for many years for migraine. Yesterday, I was in so much pain, and had been for almost two weeks. I received a regular toradol shot, and she also discussed & offered me a prescription that I hadnt tried before. It may not work, but I was happy to try something new. The appointment was quick, even though it was lunch time.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! The staff at the front desk are rude and inconsiderate! I went there this afternoon because I hurt my back picking up something. First off, I was not greeted at all while signing in. Instead he just says I need your license and insurance card! So I gave them to him and asked if I could go ahead and pay my copay right now so I do not have to get back up. He just looks at me like Im crazy and says there are other patients in front of me. (I was by no means trying to skip in front, I was just genuinely in a lot of pain and didnt want to have to move more than I needed to.) so I left my debit card with him and said I will get my cards when they call me to the back to see the doctor. So I go to sit down. The whole time Im sitting there waiting to see the doctor, the guy and girl at the desk are laughing and carrying on being real loud. Then the girl calls me up to the desk and says Dont be leaving your debit card up here! I then try to explain what I told the guy. She had no sympathy for me whatsoever. She runs my debit card and then puts the receipt I had to sign right by her. I had to bend over the desk (which was very painful) to get the receipt to sign. I just scribbled my name and laid it back down. She then proceeds to give me an attitude about me scribbling my name. Then she tells me I have to fill out paperwork. I told her I was just there 3 months ago, all my information is the same. By then I had had enough of the disrespect and unneeded attitude, so I laid my debit card back down on the desk and said please give me a refund, Im leaving. She processes the refund then tosses my card across the desk at me. Like I said before, i will never go back there. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends not to go there as well.

Very nice staff , I got in and out way faster than the hospitals. They are very.professional and kind. I have never had a bad experience in the last five years. Keep up the good work.

I had a very positive experience with AFC. I was too sick to go to the MD and just wanted to stay home in the bed but I received fast and friendly service. I was able to get my prescriptions filled there and then go home. The staff was very courteous and friendly as well. I was in and out after X-ray and shots and sent on my way within an hour. The doctor was very kind and seemed concerned with what was going on. Patrick, my nurse gave 2 shots that I didnt even know I had received until after the fact and he was walking out of the room. I was in and out within an hour and that is picking up my prescriptions too. Very convenient when you feel so bad. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Allen, Lawrance that took most pleasant on the blood withdrawal, Ty that have me my shots and April that greeted me with a smile at the front desk.. They should get a big pat on the back, they all had a great attitude , that great to go into especially when you not feeling your best.. Thanks again keep up the great work. AFC..@Trissville

Awesome doctors and staff. You cant go wrong by getting your medical needs here. The staff truly cares for every patient. I highly recommend AFC.

I enjoyed the fast service by the staff. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The cost was also very reasonable.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. The service is too poor. Have to wait for 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor. When asked about it to the staff, they said they just have one Doctor. Only One Doctor??? Are you guys kidding me. SO BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY, if you don’t want to spend more than 2.5 hours just to see the Doctor. Good luck.

My experience at AFC began with the receptionist barking orders at me with no eye contact at all. The intake tech was friendly. The physician was quite pleasant and knowledgeable and the X-ray tech was very sweet. The tech that took my blood was horrible, rude and disrespectful. She slammed the door, twice!! I believe we should treat patients as well as we would treat our dearest family members. If you can’t have that kind of compassion, you’re in the wrong line of work.

Went in to clinic needing minor procedure . Staff was friendly & extremely personable. Treated me as if they had known me for years. Dr. Nielsen was very professional.Even with several ahead of me my visit didnt take as long as i would have thought.The place was busy & I see why..... great bunch of people.

April has been absolutely wonderful to me. The staff is truely caring. When I came in, there was a long wait time but the staff never seemed overwhelmed nor did their service falter. Will definitely return.

Great doctors, the wait to be seen can be pretty long, so not quite 5 stars. But when you need a Dr at night or on the weekend this is the place to go
