I definitely recommend Dr. Poczatek! Hes so easy to talk to and a compassionate doctor. If you want someone who actually cares about their patients, I recommend giving him a try.

Dr Menendez is a very compassionate and caring doctor. He explained my injury in a way that I could understand. He took time for me to ask all questions I needed answering. I would recommend he to everyone.

If Im honest, I had really hoped to see a neuro at another local hospital. Because my primary doctor and my ortho is at St. Vincents, they referred me to Dr. Menendez. And, being honest, I have been very satisfied! On my first visit he spent time explaining my issues and what he thought the best course of treatment was. Even with covid ongoing, I had surgery a little over a week later. I was very impressed with both Dr. Menendez and his PA Mr. Pilley. Everyone in this office has been great and very professional. I dont think I could get any better care anywhere else!

Dr. Carter Harsh is AMAZING! He listens and discusses everything you need to know. Dr. Harsh is also direct and honest. We are so glad to have found a doctor to help my husband with his back.

The nurse Jessica called Sept 18th and left a voicemail saying the Doctor wanted her to call me. So i called back within minutes got a voicemail. Since then i have called everyday i still havent got a return call . today is Oct 3 . I sure hope its noting important because it seems they dont care .

Neurosurgical Associates is the best experience I have ever had with a surgical team. FromThe front office, to the nurses, to the financial team to the surgeons and PA’s. Everyone involved are professional, compassionate, caring, they listen and they make you feel so comfortable in one of the most difficult times in your life. Great job team!!

The doctor was wonderful, but his staff are rude and hard to contact. It took a month to get the appointment because scheduling had to be done by one man and we could only get his voicemail and it was always full. I have been trying to get medical records for 3 months and again all I can get is a voicemail.

Dr. Poczatek was good. The office is not great. I was forgotten in the office a couple of times. He recommended I needed surgery and spoke with Dr. Wilson. Dr. Wilson has already cancelled my appointments three (3) times. Ill be looking elsewhere. I am obviously not a priority.

I’m three weeks postoperative from cervical diskectomy and fusion and feel like I am doing great. I took pain meds for only 3 days. Unless something goes horribly wrong, I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Dr. Clark and Ron have been great.

If you need neurosurgical help I highly recommend. IveI had exceptional care, recovery and service.
