Cataract Surgery for both eyes successful with no problems afterward. Dr. Is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and skillful. Took time to answer all my questions.

Attended appointment with a friend in her 70s who was the patient. The dr was friendly on the surface but did not answer questions or concerns with substance or education about my friends condition. She instructed her on 4 medication changes but did not provide the information in written form. There was no after visit summary provided. When paying with a credit card we were given printed forms which I assumed contained a list of medicines and a receipt for the charge. Instead it was a list of 4 or 5 previous charges and no information about the current charge and no receipt. Im assuming the Dr is quite knowledgeable about her field and she does smile, but no focus on education, improving health literacy, or engaging the patient. Never asked if we had any questions. Wait time to see physician was about 45 min.

Great and caring doctor. Answers ALL questions and her skill set is remarkable. Diagnosis was right on the money...Decrease in medicine always fantastic...KNOWLEDGABLE...I went to see Dr. J for an emergency office visit and GREAT bedside manners. Very thorough examination. Impressive. I spoke of my mothers eye condition of saracodosis as well as cataract surgery. Ask Dr. J would she be willing to see my mother, for a second opinion. Without hesitation, Absolutely. My parent drive 2.5 hours to see Dr. J. Now both my parents are patients of Dr. Js. The fact that my parents drive 2.5 hrs to see Dr. J and she gets them in which is awesome. I dont mind waiting. It is hard to find a GOOD doctor. Thank you very much Dr. Jancevski for making my mother feel so very comfortable. We just love you Dr. Jancevski!!!! You are the best!!!

Dr Jancevski gave a brief, somewhat vague explanation of treatment during a short 5-10 minute appointment. She came across as uncaring and dismissive, possibly because my problem was minor, but I found her lack of responsiveness to be unprofessional. She also abruptly asked me to follow her out of the room and then left me at the check-out desk, without telling me the appointment was ending or giving any opportunity to ask questions. Definitely would not recommend.

She diagnosed an eye problem that two other opthamologists missed. She is very pleasant, professional and punctual.

Twice, she has diagnosed my problem that other doctors have missed.
