He is a fine Christian man and family man. He truly cares not only you are emotional your over all health. He used to tell me he cares for the whole person which is true. Ive been seen seeing him about 18-19 years. He has always been there when Ive needed him without fail. Now hes leaving, Im falling apart just thinking about it I wondering what Im Im going going to do without him. He taught me so much,he gave me the tools and I think I can deal with life but he was/is my safety net and thats what Im scared of him not being there for me to call on when I doubt myself and need his encouragement is positive reinforcement. And a positive influence. I going to miss him so much. He has been a huge part of my life for so long. I feel like it going to like a death of a trusted friend who I will miss and I will grive for a very very long time. I wont ever forget this man, I hate that he is leaving me because he has been the Dr Ive ever had and he has always recommended any Drs I needed which have tuned out great. I never went to a a new Dr without asking his opinion 1st thats how much I trust him. Dr. Tieszen youll be missed and I love you too.

Dr Tieszen is an amazing diagnostician. He has been one of the only physicians I’ve been to that attempts to find the source of the problem instead of simply treating the symptoms. Would recommend him to anyone as he truly has a heart for his patients.

Dr Teiszen was recommended to me by my neurophsycologist. I called 3 different times on 3 different days during a week. I left 3 messages to try to make an appointment. They never even bothered to call me back! Obviously not somewhere I want to go!

Love Dr. Tieszen!! Hes a busy man so phone lines are always iffy but if you genuinely have a need, they will do their best to take care of you. Email is my favorite way of contacting them and I believe Ive always gotten a response to my messages, whether emailed or called in. Staff is always so sweet to me!

Dr Tieszen has been my dr for ten years. He is so kind and compassionate and has helped me through some very difficult times in my life. I highly recommend Dr Tieszen!

Excellent doctor and excellent care. He really listens to his patients and looks at the big picture. He doesnt just focus on one symptom, but rather the whole person and the whole body.

As others have stated Dr. Tieszen is a very good at is what he does. It is unfortunate that service and support from a customer service perspective is on the other end of the scale. There are times when the service or need you have will work okay, although not the most desirable method, with leaving a voicemail or an email. However, there times when the customer/patient needs to actually talk with real person such as when it is not a standard process or request. There are times when the most effective and efficient way for the customer/patient to communicate their needs is to actually talk with someone on the staff. Thus the current process of listening to a long mesage shows how little value is placed on the customer/patient.Im sure the current process is more efficient and is a cost saving for the practice. But what is not considered is how efficient or well it meets the customers needs who are generating the revenue for the practice.Myself and many others are professionals as well and/or have a job. Our time is just as important, valuable, and limited during working hours as Dr. Tieszen and his staff. We all work in different environments. Just finding the time at work during the day to make the phone call is a challenge or nearly impossible. Much less have access to a computer or even service to send an email.All that said, some times the customer needs to talk with someone. It is very frustrating and aggravating from a customers perspective when you have to listen to a long winded message on a machine. Most of the time several times to figure it out.This is based on my experience with trying to contact the doctors office. It may not be like this during their entire operating hours. But I have a job to keep. It may be just my luck that when I can find the time to call while Im working I can never reach anyone to talk with.Blue

I just called to get an appointment. The person on the phone cut me off mid sentence and explained that I would be required to see a counselor before Dr. Tieszen even saw me. I was referred by my doctor of 10 years who retired...I have been through YEARS of counseling and have been stable on my medication for about 7 years. I was then told my therapy visit would cost $220 AND my eventual visit with the doctor would cost $220. So, $480 for a patient with no insurance to even begin treatment. NO THANKS!

The staff is horrible!!! Not professional, and no empathy for the patients. Extremely rude and act as though the patient is an inconvenience. Half of the messages do not even get to Dr. Tieszen. Dr. Tieszen is aware of the issues with his staff but has done nothing to change it. The staff will not be very helpful. Stay away from this office!!!!!
