I was referred to Dr. Pearson after having an unpleasant experience with a neurologist in Huntsville. Dr. Pearson was great! I feel very comfortable with his treatment plan.

Dr. Pearson is an amazing surgeon. He made sure I was comfortable and spent plenty of time going over options and answering all my questions. He preformed a cervical disc replacement and the surgery went flawlessly. I felt better immediately and the recovery has been extremely smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearson to anyone.

I have been to Dr. Pearson for 3 surgeries in the past and would never go to another neurosurgeon. He was referred to me by an orthopedic surgeon who said there are only 3 neurosurgeons in Birmingham he would use and Dr. Pearson was the best of the three.The last surgery Dr. Pearson inserted a brace on my second and third lumbar vertebra to rebuild my lumbar spine due to a collapsed disk which was causing enormous pain. After the surgery and a short healing period the pain was gone and absolutely cured all my back trouble. No more sciatica, no more back pain, I feel better now at 70 years old than I have felt in the last 30 years!! When I wake up in the morning there is NO back pain at all!! I can quit buying new mattresses every year.Dr. Pearson changed my life for the better!!

Our cousin was diagnosed with a tumor on the spine. It had circled the spinal cord and was strangling and crushing vertebrae. We were not sure if it had grown into the spinal fluid area. After a 5 hour surgery, Dr Pearson came in looking like a man who had just had his first cup of coffee and was ready for a full day. It was truly amazing to hear what had happened in those 5 hrs of surgery. We were the last of 5 major surgeries in that day. This man is very talented and a gift from God to our health system. The tumor was cut away from the spine like a tenderloin being filleted. 5 pins in the back and a couple of plates and screws to rebuild and support the spine. Our cousin is now back at work and slowly regaining strength. It is quite a miracle. He would most likely be paralyzed permanently if Dr Pearson’s hands and the grace of God had not been there for him. Thank you Dr. Pearson and staff @ Grandview Medical Center.

Dr. Pearson completed my surgery while part of another practice and now is refusing to see me and I am having issues after his surgery. This is unethical.

If Dr Pearson had a cape, I would call him the Super Dr. I would run out of glowing adjectives to describe his skills. He did my back surgery and what an incredible job he did. He is going to do the other side after several years and putting 77 years on that spine. He literally got me walking again. I would not go to anyone else for his specialty. You would think I was kin to him, but I recommend him without reservation. Thanks Dr. Pearson.

Dr. Pearson replaced 3 cervical disc in my neck with artificial disc replacement in 2016! I have done great until recently I am having issues with level above where he did the work. I have another appt with him to see what we need to do. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearson, he is a very caring, very compassionate & professional!

Absolutely phenomenal surgeon! Performed a decompression on my son and it went like clockwork. Great personality, great staff, cant say enough good things!

His lack of concern for my grandmother, almost cost her her life. She went in pain numerous times and he did no further test to see if her systems were cause from something other than her fracture. Thank God her pain management doctor listen to her and sent for more testing because she just been diagnosed with a mass on her spin that is cancerous and could have been caught months ago had he take. The time to listen.
