I went there today; their service was great! I went there ahead of my appointment, and I did not have to wait. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Many thanks to Lagerta the lab tech that processed my lab order. She was courteous, super nice, and I did not feel the needle penetrating my vein. As far as directions, google maps led me there without any trouble.

Dude answer the phone. Get lost, look for place you can’t find, call and listen to robot talk for an hour, no answer….then start all over again. This is like the quest to find the holy grail.

Finding this location was literally like being in a scavenger hunt. It took 20 mins to find the admissions area, which is where they provided me with a word document that included directions. The directions were so vague: “make a right at the surgical center” as if you will know which area is the surgical center. I was able to find a nice doctor who walked me to the location—next issue—after my blood is drawn I have to find my car in the parking garage. Who the heck knows where that is after I’ve walked through this whole place. I would pick another location unless you are looking to add a few steps to your day and possibly lose some weight. Lol

Terrible experience here. Took off work twice to get a screening neither time were they able to. First attempt I was told they had no water? Second I checked in at 305 instead of 3 thus they couldn’t test me. However, they didn’t mind letting me wait in the waiting room 25 mins before telling me. (Also note paid parking after 30mins). Either experience could have been aided by a pleasant staff; however, no such luck.

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE from the moment you walk in the door.

Arrived and the office was closed. Had tried calling before arrival and couldnt get through. Their automated phone system said they were open and there were no notifications on their website stating they would be closed.

I scheduled my appointment the day before to insure a time efficient visit. The GPS did not guide me to the location so I called over and over to get someone on the line to insure I would find the location and no one ever answered. I was able to find someone that guided me to the office. As soon as I opened the door and signed in an African American woman with Dred Locks approached me very rudely by asking if my one year old son in a stroller was getting drug tested. I said no ma’am. She then asked if I had someone to watch him and I clearly was standing before her alone with my son. I said no ma’am. She then begins to walk away saying he couldn’t come back there with the testing was happening. She was so unprofessional. She lacked empathy and had no heart for people. There was no sign or verbiage to suggest my son was not welcome. He was properly secured and with a mask on. I had a 48 hour window to be tested at that site or I couldn’t get the job I was offered. She is responsible for the anguish I was caused today and I fully intend on escalating this issue as far up as I can go as she was a horror to deal with.

An excellent experience. I was a bit leery at first due to the previous reviews, but went ahead with my appointment and was treated very well. Signing in was easy and I only waited approx. 5 mins before Nicole called me back. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I was actually done and back in my vehicle on the way home in less than 45 mins from the time I arrived.

First time here, staff very rude, disrespectful. Considering this is a business they don’t act like it hope I never have to use this location again.

Staff was great but having to pay $4 for being there less than 30 minutes is way too much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This lab is horrible! My doctor is in the process of diagnosing me with Cushings, which requires many saliva tests to be done. I go the first time to turn in my saliva test just to find out they gave me an expired tube and would have to redo it. They are horrible at communication and made me do it while the dex sup was still in my system, leaving my dr with inconclusive results. I finally do a third saliva, just to find out in was also inconclusive and there were no results from it. This lab is extremely unprofessional. I am in pain every day and keep having to reschedule my appointment to go over results that dont exist!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Labcorp.

The worst place to come into they dont greet you and very unprofessional not warming at all! It was my 1st visit and the lady did not have much customer service skills at all!
