Having very extensive dental work over the years due to affects of chemo, I need a GREAT Dentist, ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC!. Dr. Bastianelli and his staff are outstanding. I had a recent dental infection in the outer gum of a crown molar. Even though the office was closed due to the State Executive Order, I reached a live receptionist and she referred me to Dr. Bs emergency number. He called me back immediately and arranged for the meds I needed with my pharmacist. He followed up multiple times. My problem was resolved, and it was very reassuring to know that I can count on he and his team! Also, his very knowledgeable receptionist gave me info to help identify a better dental plan last year from my existing provider and it has saved me a lot of out of pocket costs.

Treated my wife worse than an animal. Gave her no motrin or antibiotics after a botched procedure so glad another dentist was able to help her the same day after this dentist failed miserably on a root canal for her. Couldnt give proper care..Negligent is not the word.

This office is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and kind. They do a very good job of thoroughly explaining treatment plans.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They send text reminders about appointments with text confirmation.

One of my upper eye teeth cracked at random, where a chunk of the tooth came out & left a significant hole. I live an hours drive & sometimes its difficult to coordinate schedules, but as always Dr. Bs staff did their level best to accommodate me. I wasnt sure how serious & involved this repair job would be. Dr. B was off on Monday, so his staff was rescheduling all his many regular appointments & at the same time trying to find a spot to fit me in. They went the extra mile & got me in. Dr. B was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion, with the excellence of workmanship he always performs. I cant even tell anything ever happened to my tooth. It feels & looks just like it did before the incident. As always it was a painless & relaxing appointment. Thanks to everyone who helped schedule me in on such short notice. I am happy with this experience & continue to be a satisfied patient of Dr. Bs since he opened his practice in Bham many years ago. The hour drive over & back is so worth the care & treatment I get at Dr. Bs. Thanks to all who helped get me in to solve my problem. Best Regards....Linda Samul
