After the second appointment which did not go well, I am giving up and taking a reference from a colleague for another dentist. Among the things that were badly done: Dr Blass criticized the hygienists cleaning job TO ME ; nevertheless she is still working there: I was mis-scheduled for another cleaning when I had specifically made an appointment for a chipped tooth to be X-Rayed for a crown. After keeping me waiting nearly 40 minutes and making three failed X-Rays, calling me by two different names and trotting me from office to office about six times, I gave up and left. It might be different if the rates were more reasonable.
