I havent been to SmartStyle in a long time, so I thought I would try it again. I should have never went. The lady working Friday, March 6th, 2020, (I know her name and can PM if I need to) butchered my hair. I wanted a lot of layers, but instead she wanted to put steps in my hair. I almost started crying, but left before it got any worse. I thankfully got it fixed at a different hair salon. I wont be back.

The stylist was friendly and listened to what i wanted her to do. Great place!

Makeisna did a great job and with a cheerful pleasant attitude. Would go there again.

Stacy is the best stylist in the state I went for a mess up someone did on me and she fixed it right up. I strongly recommend people to go directly to Stacy in the salon!!!!

She was patient, but she hurt my baby at several places and still few places were left undone. I would not recommend for younger children.
