GREAT EXPERIENCE...I arrived at the spa 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appt time ( was in the area and hoped theyd take me early). The nice lady at the front desk asked me to have a seat while she checked on bumping up my appt time. Less than a minute later I was escorted back to a lovely private room which was dimly lit (in my opinion to provide a relaxing atmosphere, which it did). I was then given prep instructions and the privacy to do so. After an appropriate amt of time, Ms. Penny returned to the room to do my wax. I explained that this was my first waxing and she walked me through it step by step. She was very careful, nice and professional. Great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definately go back!
