Good quick & quality job for eyebrow threading. Convenient location to get in and out quickly. My only recommendation is that they should use cotton balls to lay brows and apply the lotion/aloe vera after vs. bare fingers for hygiene purposes. The same tech doing my brows was using her fingers to answer the phone and ring up customers.

They ask that you put a new stocking cap on to try on wigs. The customer has to pay for it if you don’t purchase a wig is just tacky! You have a limit of 3 wigs to try on. No thank you.

They are a clean location with semi high prices. However, its worth the price because similar hair and beauty supply stores are too far and the savings would be lost in gas. They also keep good stock with a wide variety of brands. Im happy to see more ethnic options in Hoover.

Nina (wig/weave lady) is the best, wouldve been 5 stars but the store has a lot of flow and only one wig/weave person, come on management lets get her some help!

Management is horrible. The store closes at 7:45 per management not 8. Nina is the bomb!! Love her!!
