Naura is an amazing lash technician! I’ve tried many other places but she’s by far my favorite. She takes the time to listen to what I like and my lashes always last a long time after my appointment. She is super sweet, funny and friendly. I always leave my appointment feeling happier because she is a great person to talk to and my lashes look flawless every time! I would highly recommend this place and can never go anywhere else now that I met Naura.

The owner of this salon is completely unprofessional I used a Groupon with her and paid an extra $50 for an upcharge on longer fuller lashes. First of all every where Ive been to get my lashes done they clean and sanitize products and clean your lids before applying the lashes she did not. She was extremely gentle putting the lashes on once finished I handed her the extra $50 and swiped my Groupon to used as i was getting ready to leave she tells me tip was not included in price I obviously was aware of that I was chosing not to tip because my lashes looked horrible. She pushed a tip for a good $10 mins until I said tip is not required. One side is fuller then the other the lashes started to fall off a day after getting them now I know lashes fall off for the first day but oh my gosh I feel like I already need them done again but beside the point I contacted Groupon and told them about my experience they gave me a full refund and I left a review on Groupon two days later she calls me says I want to talk to you about your false review on Groupon I didnt chose to talk with her she then insisted on calling my phone over and over again I didnt answer she then sends me an email stating shes going to contact her attorney because I left false statements and didnt pay my full charges well i could have chose to just use the Groupon and walk out paying nothing extra I chose not to tip her because of bad services and unprofessional personality I will never send anyone her way and I will tell everyone about the experience I had with her do not waste your time and do not let her harrase you. Do your research I did not and I regret it if you read through her reviews this is the experience you will get

Very unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon. When I entered she took my temperature. This was fine as covid is going around. She then took her purse out and proceeded to take some form of medication. She then asked me why I coughed. I cleared my throat. I said I did not cough I cleared my throat. She said oh my God your chest it is moving funny and you are wheezing. I said no I am not. She repeated this several times. I stated several times that I was not wheezing nor was my chest moving funny. She then stated that she would pray for me but she could not service me as she was not going to catch anything as thought I had Covid. She didn’t ask me if I had had the vaccine or anything as it was clear she did not want to work on me due to the Groupon and her pill addiction. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a Groupon and go to this person!!! She has a problem. I am a substance abuse counselor and this woman is on something besides what she took in front of me.

It was my first time with Naura. What a sweetheart. She did an amazing job & was very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend her in the future.

Great quality and awesome customer service. Ive had lash techs in the past and while they were very nice the work did not live up to my expectations.... Beauty & Me completely exceeded my expectations!!!I travel a lot for work and its important for my lashes to remain in tacked because i tend to be gone for 3 weeks at a time. Im able to go three weeks before my next fill in with NO problems because of the quality of work that is done. I highly recommend Beauty & Me … you will not be disappointed :)

I’ve been to many different lash technicians and I can say that Nauru is by far the best. My lashes always look glamorous and they last longer than others. Naura always makes me feel comfortable and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She will be my lash tech forever! I know there are groupons out there but her first time customer price is honestly a better deal if your looking for a little more length and fullness.

Do NOT recommend beauty and me by Naura!Purchased a Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions (supposedly at a $200 value).(Please go to google reviews and read the many complaints other Groupon buyers wrote which is all similar to each other! Everyone is saying the same thing. Naura is scamming the Groupon buyers).Made the appointment through style seat which required you to hold the appointment with a credit card. Arrived to the appointment and Naura and I greeted. She asked me to take a seat in her chair prior to putting on my extensions. She stated since I was a new client she needed to have a consultation with me prior to applying my extensions. During the consultation she continuously tried to upsale me on spending additional money outside the Groupon if I wanted the lashes to be noticeable. She stated the groupon only covered natural lashes which means you will not be able to see them at all. She told me I would not be happy with the Groupon lashes and recommended that I upgraded for $45. (Well no one pays for invisible lashes) I told her I did not want to pay any additional money and that her Groupon was very misleading and felt like a scam to get clients into her studio. I told her to go ahead and put the natural lashes on me anyways but she refused stating I had already made it clear that’s not what I want. So I asked her was she refusing to service me at all. She stated I could just pay for the consultation and be refunded back for the Groupon. I informed her that I would not be paying for a consultation she forced me to have because at the beginning of the appointment she stated it was required since I was a new client (she never stated it cost for her to talk to me). Naura got very defensive, rude and demanding and at that point I no longer felt comfortable getting any service from her. I tried to shake her hand and thank her to leave on good terms but she declined. And kept asking how was I going to pay for the consultation. I restated that I purchased a Groupon and only arrived to get serviced of that Groupon and never asked for a consultation. I told her to have a nice day and left her studio. Few minutes later I was notified that Naura charged $25 to my credit card that I was required to put on file to hold the appointment. I text her that she was not authorized to charge my card and she stated that she charged me for the consultation that I received. I made it clear that a consultation was never asked for nor was I informed that she would be charging me. Long story short she sent me threats about having her lawyer contact me and fake emails about criminals charges if i void the charges. None of which scared me at all! I reported her business to my credit card company who now have her beauty and me company on their watch list for fraud and thankfully I have a great credit card company who with no problem returned the $25 back to my account at their own expense. It disturbs me that they will let her have the $25 since it was such a low amount but I will be posting my experiences on every platform to hopefully avoid others from getting scammed by Naura!

Just awful. I purchased a Groupon for this service, called for days and could not even reach someone to make an appointment. Tried to book online but they wanted a credit card that “would be charged after my service.” I didn’t want to book that way because I’ve already paid for my service and did not feel comfortable doing that. Luckily, I reached out to Groupon and they refunded my money.Do not purchase Groupon for this place. You won’t be able to even schedule an appointment!

Working with Naura was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any salon or at any business in my life! I almost lost all of my lashes but Ive been diligently using castor oil and a lash strengthening mascara to grow them back (thank G-d its working). Ive also asked her multiple times to remove all photos of me from her social media and she still hasnt. If she removed the photos and didnt have her friends gain up on me on social media when I told her I was upset, then I wouldnt have even taken the time to leave this review. I not only lost my lashes, but she up-charged me multiple times after I went to her for 3-4 consecutive months and spent thousands of dollars. Shes just not a nice person.

I have consistently gone to Naura for months now and I love her! She is extremely friendly, professional, and an overall genuine person. I have been getting the volume set lashes since I started going to her and these lashes are amazing, in quality and quantity. She always makes sure my lashes look gorgeous. I have gotten my lashes done at other places before, but nothing compares to Naura! My lashes always last more than 3+ weeks which is the longest compared to my other past lashes. I always get so many compliments on my lashes wherever I go. It is always a pleasant and fun experience when I go to Naura and always look forward to it! She is a wonderful person and always makes sure her clients are fully satisfied. Her work studio is also extremely clean and comfortable. I love Naura and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their lashes done!

One can simply go to a licensed professional who gets the job done or you can choose the life changing, transformative experience that allows you to leave with confidence and a newfound respect for those that do work within the beauty industry. Nora performs the latter. Her work space is kept clean and outfitted with modern, sleek furniture. She calmly did my lashes while I slipped into meditative state, aided by the quiet that filled her work area. While she applied each lash, she carefully instructed me about the dos and donts of wearing mink lashes so that I knew what to do when I left. If it werent for the fact that your lashes cant touch water 48hrs after application, Id have cried upon opening my eyes. These lashes look EXACTLY like the videos of exotic beauty gurus and starlets who wear similar products. Nora did an EXCELLENT job. Id recommend and definitely revisit for touch ups. 5 stars.

Naura then stated she felt uncomfortable with providing my services and stated I should contact groupon for a refund. It was a complete waste of my time and an incredibly terrible experience. This is a classic case of bait and switch. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews for this provider before purchasing. I see now that this is her standard operating procedure. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews as I see they are coerced by Naura with promises of price discounting.

Worst place ever do not waste your money and do not be fooled by her I purchased a Groupon also with a fill when I came in she told me the Groupon is not what I really want and then my eyelashes will not look the way I want them to that its an additional $45 .Please go somewhere else avoid at all costs plus your lashes will not last long.
