Apparently short staffed. I was asked to have my paperwork done and to arrive early. I followed directions but was not seen at the time of my appointment. This is a huge unconvincing as sitting in unconfirmed chairs for extended times is extremely painful for me. After waiting 1-1/2 hours and patients arriving after me were seen and left. I was finally asked for urine sample then left to wait even longer.A doctors appt should never last more than hour from time of arrival to exitI had no choice but dont recommend this clinic.

Sun Coast pain clinic has excellent Dr’s and physician assistance as well as excellent experienced Nurse Practitioners in my experience. On the other hand their office staff in my experience has always been non listening and simply RUDE.I am also complaining about the telephone messaging system they have set up.#1. The menu voice is too low in volume.#2. The message plan / system is not user friendly. Period !!!Note: I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to actually answer the phone so I could leave a message for my Nurse practitioner . The menu in there answering system is botched and not working... The office staff doesn’t show genuine concern for the patients )who actually in the Long Run pay their paychecks)...

I cant be more happy with the results of my injections, wont have to be on pain pills the rest of my like. Really helpful staff, Michelle Graham is the best ! Dr. Chin really really seems to care about his patients. Nursing staff really nice and good at what they do

My father was in pain and he couldnt even walk. Between a trip to the emergency room and then unable to do the procedure on the second day due to my error (I had given him some food), we rescheduled for the third day. The staff and Dr. Chen were unbelievably helpful every step of the way--checking on him, helping him in and out the car (no easy feat), and once the procedure was done, all the staff that had interacted with him over the two days came to check on him post-op. Dr. Chen was amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff. Kind, considerate, and understanding were only a few choice words to describe them. I would take any of my family members back there in a heartbeat. Thank you Dr Chen and please extend my thanks to your entire staff.

Very thorough and caring staff. Dr. Chen took time to answer my questions, relieve any fear and give me a game plan for relief and recovery without pain meds, which I prefer not to take. I had a transforaminal injection today and the process was perfectly orchestrated, comfortable and I left educated on my after-care. A perfect process for me.

My mother was discharged by Mr Meeks after 5 yrs of treatment due to an error with lab results. Before she began medication she discussed at length with him concerns of addiction. He assured her that as long as she took the medication as prescribed she would not become addicted. This was a LIE and he had to have known it. Any PA with brain cells knows that 5 years of opiod treatment WILL result in physical addiction. Suddenly when an error is made in the lab it appears that my mother is a liar! She is a 75 year old woman with intractable back pain who turned to them for help. He actually told her that his hands were tied, there would be no investigation into the lab error because there was a 1per-cent chance of human error!!!SHAME ON YOU! You left her opiod addicted and in pain and claimed your hands were tied by law. This is unethical and you know it!

Dropped from their program because no pain medication showed up in my urine even though I told dr. On several occasions I only took pills as needed. The nurse treated me like a criminal on the phone. I was not allowed to speak with the doctor

The staff at this clinic is very disrespectful..there is no personal interaction..i felt like just a number.. I had bad experience with getting medication filled..i was yelled at and treated unfairly..that is no way to treat your patients!

There is something nefarious going on at this clinic regarding NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY OF UA. Steps will be taken.
