I have not been to the dentist during the pandemic do to concerns of safety for my family and I (we are higher risk) and this office has been very accommodating and very sensitive with my concerns. They are also doing well to implement safety procedures as well. Very satisfied and will continue to see them while my family is here.

This dental office is full of people who care about you as a patient as a person. The office has a nice homey feel and its very relaxing instead of being one of those sterile corporate medicine type places. The staff is friendly. Dont worry about pain or discomfort because both Dr teeth and the hygienist are very gentle but thorough.

I can’t even begin to tell you how awesomeThis dentist is and his staff as well. I have never been treated with such empathy and compassion. I have never felt more comfortable in a doctors setting, let alone a dentist. I have used several dentists over the course of my life but would never go anywhere else due to the treatment this facility provides. I can get a filling and root canal anywhere but the care, understanding, communication and the genuine understanding for how his patients are feeling is unmatched. The office staff is also amazing, always work me in, explaining billing details if I don’t understandThem. All in all, this place is the place!!! If you aren’t using Biloxi family dentistry you are NOT getting the care you deserve.I would never go anywhere else!

Today was my first dental visit since the beginning of the pandemic. When I checked in, I was assisted by Cindy and Cheryl. They were both incredibly courteous and welcoming. I was also greeted with affirmation, which made me feel better at the start of my visit. I was seen by and had my dental cleaning with Ms. Kaylan. She was very skilled and remarkably professional. I was then seen by Dr. Teets before I was finished with my appointment. He was also incredibly nice and professional. I was so impressed and delighted with the overall service the staff provided me in Biloxi Family Dental care. They really care about their patients and treat them as family. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit with them.

Very friendly staff and very clean facility. I wouldnt go anywhere but here. Dr Teets is very knowledgeable and friendly I wouldnt trust my dental care with anyone else.

In a combined military and civilian career spanning many decades, I have traveled to over 125 countries and had countless dental experiences on 5 continents including Budapest, Sweden, England, Australia, Taiwan, China, Japan and others. Bar none, my experience with Dr Teets was the finest ever! I could swear he used acupressure vs a needle to administer a shot given the complete absence of pain and discomfort. And it got even better from there as he worked on my tooth and wrapped up the visit. Between his bedside manner (think Dr Welby), his professionalism, his superb staff and the office environment, I can recommend him unequivocally!

Biloxi Family Dental was able to squeeze me in for an emergency visit. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dental assistant Carlos was wonderful. He made me feel at ease and was very helpful. He provided detailed information about suggested treatment. Dr. Teets was kind and welcoming. The two make a great team. Glad a was able to get treatment I needed. I recommend this dental office.

Dr. Teets and his staff are beyond amazing. They are patient and do everything to make sure the patient is happy and satisfied. They took extra care when I had to get a crown to make sure the placement and fitting met my expectations. The extra care they give their patients is top of the line. They are the best on the coast.

Dr Teete and his staff are attentive, detailed and dedicated to dental excellence. I have brought all of my kids to him and will continue too as long as he is practicing dentistry. The staff is gentle, my kids feel safe and not intimidated in any way to go to the dentist now, thanks to this amazing group of people. Ms. Tina is the hygienist and she is so thorough and helpful, and helps the kids to understand what they need to be working on with their brushing. I have always been intimidated by dentists, but Dr.Teete put my mind at ease and I simply will not go anywhere else for myself or the kids.

They explain all your options, make sure you feel comfortable and express a genuine interest in you. Convenient to Edgewater Mall and they have evening hours which works out GREAT for me! I love this place! When I went to my first apt I had to bring my newborn. They were so attentive and kind about it. They didnt make me feel bad and even helped rock her carseat.For my second visit they were just as great! My baby girl is now almost 9 months and the dental tech/assistant put on her fav cartoon while I got my cleaning. So ded family friendly!!Dr. Teet is kind and the service is great and affordable!

Dr. Teets is amazing! His gentleness and great chairside manner helped ease my dental phobias. Dr. Teets was very thorough with his comprehensive evaluation, explaining to me each step and what he was looking for. He showed me my xrays and identified the problem areas, and worked with me to develop a treatment plan. Today was my third appointment with Biloxi Family Dental Care, and I am very excited to have found such a professional, yet friendly, dentist office at such a convienient location here on the coast!
