As a former employee, I would advise against placing a loved one here. The administrator and management are all feckless I will allege. The executive director especially treated me disgustingly. My mom donated hundreds of dollars worth of provisions during covid and didnt even receive a simple thank you card. I will use my professional opinion to recommend anywhere else to anyone else that will listen. Once Im practicing medicine on the coast within the next few years I will refuse to treat anyone that resides at Brookdale Biloxi.

Do not put your loved one in this facility; Unless its your in-law that you cant stand and wish them dead sooner than later. Jessica Lahaie, ED of the place, is a horrible director and does not have your loved ones best interest at heart. Read this review and move onto to the next place if you love the person youre trying to place.

I am an employee and enjoy each day I am able to make a difference in our residents lives. We have an amazing staff with wonderful caring associates who treat the residents as if they were members of their own family. We are also fortunate to have a knowledgeable and experienced nursing staff who each day exemplify what nursing is all about - providing care and a healing touch! Our dining services make sure our residents are given delicious and nutritious meals and our residents have many choices in activities which range from trivia, auctions, book club and exercise programs.

I called this place seeking more information about getting a relative placed here. A very nice lady named Sheryl answered when I called and then I was transferred to a woman named Jessica. This lady was so short with me and her tone was very rude. I didnt even want to set up a virtual visit that was offered. If shed speak to me that way theres no telling how shed treat my Uncle. Bad customer service! Will consider other places instead.

Mom has been an assisted living resident of Brookdale Biloxi for going on two years now, and our family and she could not be happier to have found such a caring and companionate community. Staff and management are professional and have performed at an exceptional level and were successful at keeping COVID-19 out of the community until late in 2020, and for that we are all very grateful.Mom has used words such as marvelous and wonderful to let us know how much she likes it. She really likes the way the in-community beautician fixes her hair, and she enjoys the food too! She has become more engaged and more active by taking advantage of all the activities the staff plans for the residents.If you have a family member, extended family member, or friend that needs living assistance, I highly recommend Brookdale.

My wife and I were sent to Brookdale Biloxi by our son. We stayed there for four months. The staff was great, the food terrible. The same food was served for lunch for two months straight. I existed on hot dogs and coffee and MREs which I bought off the internet.

Great place to work!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When you go in you can count on seeing a smiling face.

I wish I could leave less than one star. The management over Biloxi is awful and constantly makes false promises. They dont communicate and they only care about what you can do for them. They are often understaffed because they treat their employees so badly. Superficially, they look great. But once youre inside you see how nasty it really is.

Negative stars if possible.Please be aware of Jessy the salesman...they look out for there own intrists...Your loved one could be taken advantage of.If true religion is taking care of the helpless then what is it called when you purposely take advantage of the elderly???
