The staff is rude both to the residents and their families. If you need a nursing home for your loved ones, this place is not it. The staff yell and mistreat the residents, and only go by their rules when its convenient for them. It needs to be shut down

Understaffed. Staff overworked. Managers, Nurses and CNAs do the best they can but Administration seems to keep piling on and then verbally attack those under them when they cant get everything done. Administration doesnt seem to give a damn about doing everything they can to drive good help away as fast as they can.

Ive brought in Loose beads, string materials, Findings & Experience for the clients to make jewelry. The Activity Rep.& Patients have always been appreciative. ONE older, supposedly knew about Jewelry making, CNA gossiped,(?) No one participated last time I was in. Not been back...

Former employee here, if you truly love your family members and care about their standard of living, Do not put them in this facility .

Worked there for 3 weeks and quit. It’s sad how people get treated if you don’t have money. I wouldn’t put my loved ones there. You get what you pay for.

Very nice location, rooms are much better than hospital rooms. Everyone seems very nice, I dont understand why it has such a bad review.

Eagle Cliff just hired a gal who gets into patients personal business and causes rifts/separations with extreme false accusations against family members!! Patients BEWARE!

The HR department is a joke. I got transferred to 4 different people before being told nobody could help me. Its like dealing with angry children. I wont be calling again.

The gatekeepers in this facility are NOT to be trusted. Due to the COVID CON scare, visitations are not allowed. I called the front desk to see if some important paperwork will be delivered to my wife for her to fill out. The receptionist said yes. I dropped it off with her and my wife did not receive it
