Awesome Im not a youngster anymore but thats my first impression of the staff and the detail of the programs they have in place. I was treated and talked to like I was their favorite uncle. I was very nervous and that was noticed immediately by my team. A team like on TV where they work together and find the best treatment for your ailments. Looking forward to my next visit, Awesome

All reception area staff are always so kind, patient and compassionate every time I come for my appointments. My GP doctor and his entire team here, are truly amazing. Throughout the 6 years of being their patient, I have always been treated with the best bedside manner ever. When I have any type of medical concerns, they are addressing it immediately and thoroughly. I truly am blessed with having the best doctor and medical team.

I am not happy at all with my case management wean i talk to my case manager about things that i am having problems with like my slum lords that i rent from she tells me that she would call and talk to them come to find out that has not happen at all since i have been having problems with them sending some one over to turn this wall heater off it cam on all bye its self and i have tried to turn it off and it will not turn off and i am not happy with case management at all

220 plus dollars for a first time visit to establish care in this area.. wow,. supposed to be the cheapest. thats double what ive paid in the past. will not ever go back. asked them to destroy my consent for treatment. ran lab tests that were completely irrelevant. had a seperate bill for that. just nuts.

I needed to see a doctor while visiting Billings and I had a very positive experience here. The nurses were friendly and caring and the PA I saw was absolutely brilliant. I appreciated how quick and organized everything was and I was impressed with the personable approach.

Sadly, if you have a legal medical prescription for cannabis they will charge you for a drug test every time and refer to you as a cannabis abuser and chemically dependent. This will also apparently disqualify you for every single mental health service they offer. If youre a fellow person with a completely legal and safe prescription Im sorry to say either lie completely every single time or stay clear of this place.

When I call to make an appointment, they state theres no openings. Im told to come to walk in. When I come to walk in I am treated like Im wasting their time. Checked in at 2 pm. Triage nurse did my vitals and made sure I knew theres no room for me at 220. Still sitting here and havent heard a word from anyone. When I asked a receptionist, I am told theres no place for me. Debating going to same day care down the street

The dental student and her assistant were great. No problems, super nice, definitely knew what they were doing. Everything finished up exactly how it should of.

Never go back for dental work was treat like a animal.

Was diagnosed type 1 diabetic late onset in my 30s last fall. Had to move back to MT to be around family while I got this all sorted out. I had NO insurance. Thought I would be financially ruined after insulin and dr visits every week. They got me on a sliding scale and the Riverstone Pharmacy gave me a months worth of supplies (insulin, testing kit, needles, test strips everything) for free. They then got me involved in their MAPS program and got me insulin until I could get on insurance in January. My Dr and the Pharmacy staff are the best people around! Super friendly, informative, and helpful. They have helped me bring down my a1c from 15 to 5.8 in 6 months. I travel constantly and they are always helping me keep my prescriptions straight. They really care and put in the effort to help you! When my insurance mistakenly cancelled my plan they had insulin waiting for me again from the MAPS program before I even knew my policy had been cancelled. If you are a rich person donating to this place please keep it up. Literally left crying multiple times because of all the assistance through MAPS they provide.

I am a patient of Riverstone Dental Clinic and really love it. Not only have they provided my husband and me with exceptional, thoughtful and compassionate care - ALWAYS - but the staff are GREAT. They are very friendly and helpful to patients, they are friendly to one another and clearly have a very positive work environment (which I find to be an important indicator of the quality of a business) and they are EXCELLENT at the work that they do. And they really care personally about how you are doing, how you are feeling, and how your condition affects the rest of your life. I feel extremely fortunate to be a patient in the clinic. I tell this to everyone who will listen, and Im very glad to be able to share this sentiment with a much wider audience through this review. Four thumbs up! (From me AND my hubby!)

Been trying to call for 30 minutes to make an appointment today for my son, unfortunately no one has taken off the after hours recording, so off to the ER I go for a simple thing. I guess if you want to keep it slow and calm just never pick up the phone. Boo to Riverstone Clinic shame on you and your automated phone system.

Riverstone Dental must be pretty hard up for money. Why would you take an appointment that you know you cant provide treatment for unless you fully intended on just getting the $56 dollars for providing no service. When i made the appointment i said i need to get a cavity looked at for my 6 year old daughter. No Problem I bring her in and the first thing the nurse/dental assistant we cant do any work without an x-ray, but we arent equipped to do children SO YOU KNOW YOU CANT DO THE WORK BUT YOU STILL MADE THE APPOINTMENT!?!?! What a joke! Why wouldnt you tell me that when I tried to make the appointment?

Absolutely the longest wait ever. My appointment was at 245 and its now its 411 Im sitting waiting for a doctor.

Horrible I applied for a position that was posted for 6 months and when I got scheduled for a phone interview they didnt call on the scheduled date. When I tried to follow up to find out what was going on they never replied back! Then after a while I get an email saying Thank you for your interest, but we already hired some one else! Very unprofessional never even want to speak of this place again! If the Human Resources is just as bad as the rest of the organization do not waste your time. Nothing but a bunch of liars!!

I have been going to the Doctors here since 2013. I am so thankful that they are in Billings. I will never go to the other clinics in Billings again. They treat you like a human, not a number or just another person to charge the heck out of for nothing. They actually look at what is going on with patients and remedy the problems. Thank You Riverstone!

Definitely chose some where else to get healthcare. These doctor dont do much and tell you to go somewhere else anyway.

Made a simple removel of my wifes birthcontrol at her ob in to a huge ordel caues they wanted the money for it drs are good the company is messed up tho no one should have to deal with this.

Although this clinic saw my husband in an appropriate amount of time and did prescribe the medications he required, they also placed in his chart that he was NON-COMPLIANT with his medications regimen. This could not be further from the truth.He had trouble accessing a primary care MD prior to seeing this one and when they prescribed a medication he wanted more information about he called them and called them and called them to ask questions before taking the medication. Once he had his questions answered he started taking the medication. THIS IS NOT NON-COMPLIANCE, THIS IS SELF ADVOCACY.Now he is being denied insurance coverage for medication non-compliance. As an RN I am appalled at the conduct of the prescribers. Beware that medical professionals do not always have your best interest at heart and can place statements in your chart that are inaccurate and untruthful and will affect your healthcare long term.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

They work with you and you see your doctor when I want or they schedule a new one to see you then tame day
