The place is an amazing place to workout. Whether you are present or past military. That is if you can handle Richards smack talk.

Words don’t describe what this incredible resource place has been for me and many other veterans. APC has provided a renewal of life for many veterans not only to start working on themselves, enhancing their lives, but also provides a way regain their health and fitness as well as enabling veterans to work through or with any seen or unseen injuries acquired in or out of the line of duty. Among the many other services provided is the the wonderful staff and volunteers, Mitch and Karen, the two owners are two of the most selfless, compassionate, fun loving people I’ve ever met and Richard is a great trainer that has a strong passion to help train and work with his fellow veterans. This facility provides an awesome environment for veterans of all fitness levels and disabilities to better themselves as well as provides knowledgeable trainers to assist any of the members as needed. The sense of community and fellowship is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and has led me to consider not only the staff and volunteers but also many of the members to be as close as family. APC provides a home away from home where veterans can relax and share their experiences with fellow vets as well as future vets and acts as a place veteran’s can regain their confidence and footing in the civilian world. As I started with, words are not enough to express what this place has done for me, APC is such a positive constructive environment that makes me want to not only help my fellow brothers and sisters but also push myself to accomplish goals I never would have thought possible. Whether your looking for fitness, rehabilitation, community, understanding, or a place to relax and feel at home, APC provides it all and there’s not much any other place I’d rather be.
