Wonderful veterinary service! Dr Rob and his partners have provided care to our 2 cats and 4 dogs. All but 1 is a rescue and all different breeds. They give a level of care beyond my words. 4 of our pets have lived a full life, with dignified, loving care all the way to the rainbow bridge. We have 2 still with us receiving loving, knowledgeable care. The entire staff are excellent!

From asking question over the phone to making an appointment, to being greeted kindly and received with enthusiasm, to then being treated with care, respect and thoroughness by experienced, knowledgeable and kind support aide and doctor, we can say that going to Big Sky Pet Center was an overall excellent choice. We have had a dog for forty years so we’ve had many Vet Clinic adventures; none have been as professional, budget friendly and patiently considerate to both us, the humans and our dog, as the service-oriented doctor and staff at Big Sky. The facility is clean, spacious and welcoming. The location allows us to get some errands done while we’re in the area. We appreciate the folks at this business and we will make Big Sky our go to Pet Center from now on!

Dr. Davis was wonderful! She did a thorough exam and spent the extra time to clean my pups ears even though Im sure the rest of her day was very busy. She also listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable.

Dr. Rob & his team showed the upmost care. Having only visited Dr. Rob & his team twice, they expressed only concern during our visit. I recently took my dog in for the first time non-curbside and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in and out within about 20-30 minutes, very quick and efficient. My dog was experiencing hives on her in response to her flea/tick meds and the vet gave me a lot of options as far as treatment, switching out her meds, etc. The office also called me a few days after the appointment which I was not expecting! They seem to genuinely care about their pets and are great with staying in communication with owners.

Highly recommend Big Sky Pet Center. I have very high expectations when it comes to my kiddos vet care and they were fabulous with all three of our dogs. Dr Whiteley communicated all treatments & recommendations clearly over the phone (curbside due to covid) the techs and all staff members we spoke to were fantastic! We are so grateful we found them! It is worth the 45 minute drive from Bridger. Highly recommend this place to others!

I absolutely love Big Sky Pet Center, our beloved fur-baby was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma and they have made experience as pleasant as it could be. All of the doctors on staff are amazing! Dr. Rob and the staff go above and beyond to communicate before and after his treatments to check on our pooch, and are very caring. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough.

My daughter just got her first pet. The whole office was wonderful and respectful, encouraging to her as the pet owner, allowing her to make appointments/ask questions/taking time to explain things in a way she could understand.

Took our cat in for a check up and a rabies shot, never had such a seamless trip.to the vet. The nurses were very nice and helpful and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind to our cat Artemis actually enjoyed it.

I just moved to the area and googled Veterinary Services and chose Big Sky as they had very good reviews. I took my kitty in to meet her new vet, Dr. Davis. They checked out her overall health, gave her the necessary vaccinations and clipped her nails! They found she had a bad tooth so I brought her back and they took good care of her oral health. Marrakech is doing very well! She has a new health care Dr. and assistants! I highly recommend Big Sky Vet!❤️

Dr. Davis was incredibly vocal about the treatment of my kitty for litterbox troubles, and listened to me when I suggested the possibility of him having anxiety and evaluated because of it. Im very impressed with the care they took of him, despite it being difficult due to his anxious nature, and suggested we evaluate him again in 2 weeks after the UTI has cleared before talking about medication which I love - very thorough, kind, and empathetic. And not to mention, their pricing was absolutely stellar! Im not doing amazing financially as a young adult and they are extremely affordable with *exceptional* care. I will be a lifelong client here on out.

Dr. Whiteley is a great holistic vet and I trust her with my animals. I appreciate that they offer titer testing for vaccines and they have a certification that help cats stay calm during visits. I dont know of other clinics in our area that offer all of these services.

Everything was good for my new puppy Buddy. I have always like Dr Rob. He is very kind and caring. He has a lot of compassion for my pet. Even when we had to put our loving Wicket down. His staff is very caring too.

Dr. Rob is amazing and was able to fit Otis in after his wellness appointment to clean out his ears and give him his allergy shot. No matter what Vet we see, the team at Big Sky Pet Center goes above and beyond for my dog.

I was able to get an appointment booked as a new costumer, with little wait time. Prices were very reasonable. Doctors, assistants, and receptionists were all very down to earth. Big Sky Pet Center was very pleasant to do business with.

I have been taking our Siberians to Dr. Rob and our kitty to Dr. Davis. Both are very professional and thorough. This is also true of their staff. We board are animals there also. Highly recommend.

Rose is a cat. She is 16 years old. She would have like to have been a feral or barn cat. She doesnt like anyone touching her anywhere, pick her up or poke at her. We have found that female veterinarians are the people she would rather have help her in her time of needs. To find a veterinarian that will understand this is hard, but I was told that Big Sky Pet Center has a female vet that likes cats, Dr. Davis. She was great with Rose and of course Rose was at her worst for Dr. Davis. Rose didnt once give Dr. Davis the paw or teeth! Roses way of showing that she really like Dr. Davis and mad at me for taking her...

Big Sky Pet Centers facility is inviting and very clean on the inside. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are very quick to schedule appointments. Additionally, there was a very short wait time during the visit! They were open to answer any questions I had and were reasonably priced! Thank you for the great care!

They have always taken extremely great care of my dogs. Even had to call the vet in the middle of the night and he called me back right away. Then he called again in the morning to see how my dog was doing. The entire staff have a friendly positive attitude to me and my animals.

Wonderful veterinary services. Techs and doctor are caring and friendly. My pet has had two procedures over the past year and I feel he was treated very well. There are always follow up phone calls to check on the well-being of their little patient which are presented warmly and with concern. The lobby and exam rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff engaging. Previously patronized vet clinic was more of a business but Big Sky Pet Center looks at the value of these animals as family members and not just a paid procedure.

Everything was perfect. We made an appointment, the doctor saw us within 10 minutes, she didnt rush through the appointment and then we were on our way. Great service!

JD regularly attends day care at Big Sky -- he cant wait to get to the back to play with his canine friends. Recently, I had to make an out of town trip and he stayed with them a little over a week -- I called several times to see how he was doing. Always good reports! They sent a wonderful picture of JD and a message from him saying Hi Mom -- how cute he looked! Just made me feel good all over. Ive been going to Big Sky for my Vet needs ever since I got JD 4 years ago. The Vets are terrific- all of them! Staff likewise have gone the extra mile to ensure that JD is well cared for- I judge a place by how my dog reacts, and JD cant wait to get inside the door each and every time -- How great is that?

Awesome vet, glad I found this place! I have a cat, and love the little things they do to make a vet visit as painless and stress free for her, such as getting put in the exam room right away and using Feliway in the exam rooms. Being open on Saturdays is also a huge plus, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

We have been going to Big Sky Pet Center since they opened at this location and before Dr. Rob was are vet, just about 14 years. We have such confidence in the entire staff, they are so good with all our dogs. We have had Newfies, Labs, and Pyrenees. I highly recommend them, they treat our pets like their own.

Dr. Rob is a wonderful surgeon with great pet-side manner. It was obviously a busy Friday for the office, yet he took extra time with all of our dogs to answer questions and get to know them, not forcing anything unnecessary. Great moderate, open minded and personalized approach to veterinary medicine. Well worth the 5hr drive. He also found a very small additional mass, saving our Star either another surgery at least, or her life at most. The entire staff was very sweet and accommodating to each of our dogs, thorough requesting old records prior to our arrival, and updating and checking on us throughout and after the surgery.

They were very nice, courteous and compassionate about my situation with my dog the other day. This was the 1st time I have been to their vet clinic. Based on my one and only visit so far, I would say that they are definitely worth going to.

Big sky pet center has knowledgeable staff that are supportive, professional and friendly. In the double emergency I had they coordinated the policemans visit to the vet. They were able to handle the care of our family animal and the needs of us and the police. Way to go Big Sky Pet Center

I am new to the Billings area and left my Malamute and Husky here for 3 days while I was traveling. I noticed something was wrong the moment my Husky came out from the back, she was beyond anxious and was trying desperately to get to the door and get out of the building. Ive never seen my dogs that anxious in the 3 years Ive had them. Their beds were covered in piss and torn up, something very unusual for them. They have been to at least 4 other kennels over the years and only the very first time did one of them pee on their beds and they have never chewed their beds. My dogs themselves were covered in piss, presumably from sleeping in their own urine that was never cleaned up. I am not sure if they were just left in their kennels for extended periods of time or what was going on back there... whatever it was, for $50 per day I should have at the VERY LEAST received a phone call about what was going on and they should have cleaned the pee so my dogs werent living in their own urine. Absolutely horrible service for my dogs and zero communication to me. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

While they have some good Vets, the vets need to be able to work with larger dogs as well as the smaller animals. We have had issues during the COVID situation where the vets were unable to handle a large dog. We had to go in and regain control of the dog and take it out. The owner was not there to handle nor teach the other vets how to deal correctly with a large dog. We are still using them to see how things go now that COVID rules are relaxed.

I have taken my furbabies to Big Sky Pet Center since 2005 and wouldnt take them anywhere else. They gave my Jakey excellent and personal care until I had to let him go last March - then took care of and returned his remains.There was no doubt in my mind when I got my new furbaby came into my life that they would be the ones to care for him. I didnt even consider anywhere else.

I also working with Sonja - she has come to the house many times. My cats hate being loaded in their crates and they do well with Sonja coming to the house. I also really like all of the employees you have at the Center. They are all very friendly.

Dr Whiteley is our familys favorite vet. We never feel rushed and she is extremely thorough and sensitive to our pups :-) its a great feeling knowing that you have a good, solid vet to rely on.
